    They have a Really friendly manager, John. He helped us out with upgrading four of our tv boxes and was very patient and kind in doing so. It's a lovely big modern store , very clean and a lot on display. Side note *** we called ahead to comcast and they said the Davis store wouldn't have the boxes. Luckily we went in and they did. So I would recommend if in doubt call into the store and see what they can do

    Poor customer service. Stood in line for 15 mins to simply return a modem. No communication from any of the three service people there.

    Honestly, you're better off with att&t. I would not recommend xfinity if you're a student and doing online school.

I was having issues my first 2weeks having consistent dropped connections and no service at times. I couldn't switch back to my previous provider because the line was cut! Three or 4 techs later Karina shows up. I explained all the trouble we were having and she assured me that she'd take care of it. Karina was very friendly and professional explaining everything she was doing. Two months later, my family and I are happy with the service. So what to tell you ,I have never been disappointed with Sonic from the office support to field techs its been amazing ride. Like a great many of you I want someone who I can speak with and not have repeat myself 5 times that's not going to happen at Sonic. And on the other hand I don't want the run around. And I have never had that with Sonic. Now let's be clear sadly Sonic is not in every locations but good news its they are growing thank God. Why do I say that ? you can't beat the cost. like I said I've been with them a good while and there has only been one raise and still there cost is low. I've gotten a few friends to jump on this with me and they are happy and why not, low cost great service people who are really nice when you call and ask about something no hanging on the line for 20 minutes. Okay I'm going to stop now. Remember this I always try to respect the person on the other side and in return we both win. Let shut this down by saying go on line and see when they are planing to come to your area. Trust me you will not be disappointed. No, I don't sales use cars I just like nice people and a company that take care of it's people that works for me. That a reason to support in my book.

I really appreciate supporting local and smaller businesses, the reality though was that the actual speed that we received due to living further away in Nevada County was sub par. We ended up upgrading to the most expensive option and still the quality, even when speed tested by Om Soft was quite low and not fast enough. Unfortunately because of our requirement for a higher speed for work, we had to cancel our service and go with Xfinity. We could have left with a good feeling and simply realized that we were too far for great service but what turned things quite sour was the canceling process. You must know that you have to give a 30 days heads up for cancelation. We began discussing cancelation with them and were working out the time as to when Xfinity was going to come out, weeks in advance and then Xfinity was backed logged and could not come out right away..leading us to extend our stay with om soft. When we did switch over and paid in full for the actual service days, we received a bill from Om soft charging us for another billing cycle, in which we did not actually use their service and were at that time, utilizing Xfinity, all documented and for a much higher speed and 39.00 versus 65.00. We have gone back and forth about this for the last year.. One employee will seem very kind and say that it is taken care of...only to receive a letter in the mail stating that this is a notice. Then I called back and finally offered to pay half simply to stop the nonsense...and another employee seems amicable to this arrangement and then another notice is sent. If you do want to give them a go, make sure that you live close by and make sure to give an advance cancellation at least 30 days in advance and I would recommend getting it in writing that you will not have any extra unexpected charges...otherwise it is a nightmare. The people in general seemed kind to an extent..but the stubborness to charge when service was not provided was and has been quite shocking.

We've been loyal T-Mobile…read morecustomers for over 10 years, but I was charged for a SIM card and service that was immediately canceled in-store because the SIM card was incompatible with my phone. Despite the cancellation, and proof of cancellation. I later received a $117.37 bill from a collection agency. When I contacted T-Mobile customer support, they referred me to the Davis store where the purchase was made. The Davis store then directed me to the Woodland location, but they were not willing to help resolve the issue. I drove to Woodland, they told me that the Davis store needs to take care of this, and called the Davis store themselves- again, the Davis store was not willing to help, they told us there is currently no manager and they can't help. I called T-Mobile's help line again to ask if I could receive a credit if I paid the collection agency. The representative acknowledged that none of this was my fault, but still said they couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. "That it was out of their hand now!" I have a receipt for the cancelled SIM card order. I believe this is unethical, irresponsible customer treatment by the Davis store, T-Mobile, and possibly illegal.
