Quality of service: 1 out of 10. I'd suggest using any other cellular company than T-MOBILE, RUN,…read moreRUN, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I recently purchased a new Pixel phone from this store because I kept getting notifications stating that my "storage is full, and I will no longer be able to complete basic functions with my phone such as email or sorting photos. Apparently, Google Pixel "backs up" all of your photos, WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION, AND THEN HOLDS YOU HOSTAGE IN AN ATTEMPT TO SCREW YOU OUT OF MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOU MAY NOT WANT OR NEED!!! The messages do not inform the receiver as to any method to alleviate the issue, such as where you can delete these stored photos or other data, it only states that "you may purchase more storage for $1.99 per month". I even upgraded, at a cost of $100,, to the 256 GB top of the line Pixel because two of their very poorly trained employees told me that it would eliminate the problem I was experiencing. which it does not. After many searches online, and more than one visit to this store, no successful solution has occurred that fixes the issue. Apparently, Google (the manufacturer of the Pixel) has set this scenario up where the Pixel phone automatically "backs up" every one of your photos somewhere (nobody can tell me exactly where these "backed up" photos actually reside) and even after doing extensive research online, there doesn't seem to be a way to delete one's photos to open up storage from wherever Pixel is storing them. My take-away from this experience is that T-MOBILE will gladly sell you a $1,000.00 phone that will hold you hostage in its attempt to extort money from its users, and then T-MOBILE just says that it's "not their problem" and blames it on Google, while offering no solution to make my phone usable. I would also discourage everyone from using this T-MOBILE located at 2 Padanaram Road, Danbury, as my experience is that the training regarding the products they're selling is completely lacking and fails to supply the support necessary to properly use your phone. The employees at this store didn't even bother to offer to contact the PIXEL manufacturer to seek answers to help me. RUN, RUN, RUN FROM THIS T-MOBILE store, and I would strongly suggest that you NEVER, EVER PURCHASE A PIXEL PHONE AS THESE ISSUES AREN'T THE ONLY PROBLEMS I'VE HAD WITH THESE PHONES!!! This company is selling products that not even they know how to operate and apparently they are unwilling to contact the people they're purchasing them from to learn how to operate them.

Just because the employees act foolishly, doesn't call for a business to be called out for poor practices. Matt made well on the deal and I apologize for using such harsh comments. Then again, had I not posted online, the issues would have gone to the wayside. If you have problems with Mobile Rescue (any location) contact them here and get your issues resolved: Customerservice@mobilerescuetechrepair.com It's unfortunate I had to go this route, but when you're out nearly $200 (during the holiday season) and additional money is required to fix the problem, I felt this was the only way of getting the attention needed to come to a resolution. This should be posted for all to know; this team preforms a weekly round-table meetings to discuss issues that arise from one week to the next. And they make good on their discussions, bravo. Being that this is a "veteran owned business", as posted on the front door, it is awesome to know that this American hero, is willing to serve and protect, even now that he's part of civilian life.  A good dude, refunded all of my money & fixed the 2nd issue without hesitation. The staff running the individual store does not always have the last word.

I had my battery changed and now l have 2 Apple warnings. They are both for improper parts used. I am going to bring it back in and talk to the person who fixed it. I do not like having red warnings showing on my phone. I ended up buying a new I Phone from Apple. No authorized Apple Dealer would fix the problem. The replacement battery was put in cheaply, and Apple would not touch the phone. The service person will not listen to you. The owner will talk to you and tell you they do authentic Apple batteries, but the foreign kid behind the counter does not comply. Do NOT bring your Apple phone to this place. Bring it to an Apple authorized dealer!

I called this location and was rudely told that they can't tell me what they do or don't have as it's company policy. Really? I told this woman that I called five other AT&T stores and there was no issue telling me if they did or didn't have the color I was looking for. Her response was "that's not my problem". Pathetic! I then stopped by today when I got into Danbury only to find a handmade sign that says "Be Back in an hour, on lunch". Are you kidding me?! Absolutely ridiculous and with the little business this store gets and the employees clearly not caring about there customers and simply being lazy, Shut This Store Down!

Both AT&T and store promotions . We were required to trade in our phones . STILL WAITING FOR THE MONEY !!. We have contacted AT&T numerous times , and were told to go back to the store . Went back to the store 5 times to have this addressed . Store management was uncaring and only contacted upper management after our insistence . That was 3 weeks ago . Still no word from AT&T or the store. They owe us $800 and we have paid full retail price for our phones . Avoid this store and AT&T ! Poorly managed , dirty and unorganized . This is now December and we are still fighting with them ! Go anywhere else !
