Dom, Elijah was a great help with a service issue I had 6/12. Great asset to your crew!.

I will never go there again! The retail manager there lied to me about not having to pay $200 dollars and I did and had this nagging gut feeling to check my debit balance it went from $300 dollars to 75 dollars I was like wtf!! read more

Great store! they spent a lot of time switching my phone and setting it up for me Next time I switch out a phone this is where I am going. They even went out and paired the phone to my car! read more

These guys are the best. I had an issue with the Verizon store on Federal rd. These guys took care of the problem and wee much more professional and friendly. I will 100% go back again!! read more

Ramon and his team are the best around! Very knowledgeable and professional. No games or pressure, just honest answers to any technical questions you might have. Big spacious store, convenient location, and super fast to get you in and out. read more

These people are terrible! The sales associates are incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Do not waste your time here! Just go to the one on Federal Rd instead they are so much more helpful and actually want to help you. read more

This store has a great staff. I've bought several phones over the years and each time the staff has been very helpful. This month I needed to upgrade my phone and Ramon and Damiano couldn't be more helpful or nicer about what my options are, what the choices would do to my monthly bill and once we made the choice making sure I picked up all the accessories I would need with the change in hardware and to a USB C plug. I highly recommend this store for all Verizon users. read more

After being told our bill would be 117/month by Roy who works at this location, only to be charged 146 the first two months of our contract, we came in to complain. Dom the manager of this location called my girlfriend sugar tits on the way out and was extremely un professional saying "tough s***." We're writing up a formal complaint with this store. Never have I had such a negative experience. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Dan Saputo "store manager" is young, arrogant, and rude to customers. His store/team screwed up a promotion I had on a Verizon line, did not properly add it back on after it was automatically removed when they gave me a non-equivalent loaner phone. After calling Verizon customer service several times, "after the 30 day window" when my bill finally came and I realized that Wireless Zone had screwed me, we went back to the store and this guy acted like a punk, trying to call me out that promotions are only good for so long, that it was likely to be expired, and other reasons why I should "not worry". Yet, I have the same phone & promo plan on another line still going strong without their screw up, thankfully! When I mess something up, I make damn sure I do everything in my power to correct it. Too bad work ethic and company policy is not the same There with either Wireless Zone, or Verizon. These jerks didn't even offer any further assistance, or to try and help here. Dan and his associate were too busy joking around and playing online. SHAME ON YOU, YOUR STORE, AND THE BRAND YOU REPRESENT! read more

The sales people were friendly, but the product was overpriced. Originally went in for a particular phone which was (supposedly) on back order. Purchased a different phone and when I went home to read some reviews noticed it was $100 cheaper online. I ended up returning the phone, which was a simple and easy process. I ordered my original phone online and surprise, it was not on back order and I was able to pick it up at a different location that day. Also, the activation fee was $10 cheaper on line than I was charged in this store store. Long story short - before purchasing anything from them, check the prices onlne. read more

Very very polite people, very helpful and know what there talking about. Always fast and easy. My favorite Verizon store in the area. Always a pleasant experience read more

Went in after getting the run around on the phone multiple times with Verizon and we pleasantly surprised by the customer service at this particular Verizon location. We dealt with Dom The store manager and he was able to not only answer all of our questions but made sure that we got the best pricing and that our accounts were on the best plans. I would highly recommend this location I ended up getting a new phone and they took the time to fully back up my old phone and put absolutely all of my information back on my new phone. That is a first I've ever actually had at work and I've been with Verizon for over 10 years. read more

We went in to upgrade to an iPhone. They never told us they were out of stock instead gave us many reasons why we should buy samsung. We returned it because again we wanted an iPhone when we went back we were told they were out of stock and had been, then we were charged $70 to restock the phone and $35 to reactivate the phone we had!!!!! So $105 spent for absolutely nothing except a lot of aggravation and being treated like garbage by some of the rudest people I have ever met! read more

Buyer Beware! - I bought an Iphone at this store thinking it was a Verizon store but they are not, they are a dealer which means they operate under different rules. My Iphone had major hardware problems after 1 1/2 months so i took it to the apple store , that's when i find out i was sold a refurbished phone. They tried selling me a phone and passing it off as new, which a real Verizon store cannot do. When i went back to the store they wouldn't honor a return they said i had to mail it in and wait a week. I took my phone to a real Verizon store and they took good care of me and replaced my phone no issues. read more

we went in there to get iphones for our family and he bullied my dad into buying android phones that costed more (he also lied to us saying everyone working there used android, i saw iphones charging behind the counter and one of the employees was using an iphone). the employees were unprofessional and playing on their phones while talking to us. he also made us pay a $200 something dollar fee to "activate" our verizon service in addition to the cost of the phones and the cost of the wireless phone service. we came back the next day to return our phones because of numerous problems with them . he said we can not return the phones or replace them ONE DAY AFTER BUYING THEM! he said to just download a program to fix one of the problems (which didnt work and gave me alot of hassle) and when i told him i bought over 200 dollars worth of music on itunes he said just illegally download music and said he never pays for music. we came back a week later hoping that the "store manager" wasnt there and when we talked to a new employee about getting iphones and told him our situation he said they were out of stock, which seemed like bull****. i would not recommend this verizon store at all! these guys are con artists! read more

originally i went in to see if they could charge my phone or if my battery needed to be replaced as my phone was charged but blacked out, the sales guy attempted once to see if their charger would charge my phone. he looked up myaccount and told me i was due for an upgrade anyway. i explained to him that i usually purchase my phone from best buy when they're either free or less than i want to pay. of course he sweet talked me into upgrading to a galaxy s4mini- of all phones. so i kept asking, it's a "free upgrade" right?" he kept stating yes. then he brought in another co-worker to look at my plan, he told me, we'll upgrade your data since you'll be paying the same for more data. i said, as long as it's the same price. the first sales guy kept writing down figures for me, and i finally told him, that i didn't have extra money to pay for a phone, if i upgrade the phone, it better be free. this is when he had showed me the 4-mini. after 2 hours all i agreed to pay for was the case for my phone, which was $29.00, he said he'd give it to me for $20. as he's wrapping my sale together, he pulls out a verizon tablet and starts setting that up. i asked who that was for, he said due to me being a loyal customer, it's free. hesistant, i said, nothing is ever free. his co-worker explained to me that it is free, but i'll see a (1) time fee of $10 on my next bill, again, i asked only $10 only on my next bill? he stated yes. looking at my bill, yes it was for $10 but it's a monthly charge added on. looking at my bill further, the crap phone that he told me was free is actually $18.75 a month. if i needed to pay for a phone, i wouldn't have picked a 4s mini. i happen to work with a girl who did sales for verizon up until 2 months ago, i had her review my bill, she stated that they changed my plan and i'm paying almost $500 for a crap phone. to the sales guy who talked to me about jesus and inviting me to your church....really?? hope the comission was worth it. phony bologne read more
