    This place has uneven service. You have to luck out to get someone who really knows his or her stuff. Otherwise you will soon be back.

From the start, his demeanor was unwelcoming and rude, despite us being nothing but polite and respectful. He spoke to us dismissively, grabbed the phone abruptly, and made comments that felt unnecessarily harsh. At one point, he referred to my phone as "filthy" and criticized its cleanliness, which was inappropriate and uncomfortable. The overall interaction felt hostile and, frankly, came across as discriminatory in tone. We should have left, but this was the only location that had the device we needed. Throughout the visit, he aggressively pushed upgrades, which we clearly declined. Despite this, we later discovered that monthly upgrade charges had been added to our account without our authorization. Months later, we are still dealing with the fallout and trying to correct his mistakes. What should have been a simple phone upgrade has turned into an ongoing and exhausting issue involving repeated calls, corrections, and wasted time. Between the behavior in-store and the prolonged hassle of undoing changes we never approved, this experience has been extremely upsetting. It disrupted our entire family plan and has genuinely made us consider switching all of our lines away from AT&T. This was not a minor inconvenience--it has been a persistent problem caused by poor service and unauthorized account changes.

In order to make a sale he decided that he wasn't going to tell us if we wait 3 more months we could have been paying that price. Instead at the end of everything he was smiles and giggles while our new phones were syncing together and told oh hey your new phones have two numbers but its free well guess what in order to make the deal the new phones need to be on another number will a new service plan. I guess long story short we are still paying for the iphone 14s and the iphone 15s. And when i called in we found another issue the iphone 14s we already had never received the trade in value because they said they lost it. I now have to pay off $600 for phones that we have not owned in a while. Save your time and money and go to another phone store you will end up paying a car payment here for 3 phones

I didn't lose any photos or anything like previous times because he was educated and told me exactly what to do. Sadly AT&T is very spotty in the area where I spend most of my time so I will likely be switching to Verizon, but I would highly recommend this store for trade ins/new phones.

I signed up for it. To my suprise, the first mobile bill arrived in July with a whopping $265 (not $80 plus taxes and fees) and the Internet Air was $67 (not $40 plus taxes and fees). Of course, I went to the store where I originally signed up to complain! The manager called the corporate, and a partial credit was given to offset some of the differences. Came to find out that the rep who helped me set up the new account accidentally split the 4 lines into 2 different accounts. As a result, it disqualified me for the promotion. They apologized for the mistake they made and corrected the problem, supposedly! Then August and September's statement both hit me with $265 each, and the Internet Air was still at $67. Needless to say, I was not happy! I came to the store again and spent hours waiting and talking with the rep like the 1st time. Two more partial credits were issued, and another case was opened for correction. Not to mention that I was still overcharged even after the given credits. Evidently, the promised fix in July on my first visit never happened! When the October bill showed up with the same $265 and $67 balance, I became furious. My anxiety was off the roof. The inconvenience, the stress, and the time consumed by this are beyond reasonable! I thought this company scammed me! I was just about to be done with ATT. Then the back office got involved. The loyal department got involved. Over 80 minutes was spent over the phone. Another promise! Another 7 to 10 business days bullshit. As of the time of this review writing, I just received the November statement with another $265, which led me to this review! Please advise me what I should do next? A multi-billion dollar company could not manage to fix a very minor mistake that they created. What a joke!
