I dropped my mom off here to pickup her new phone that my sister bought and when I came back they were trying to upswell and charge her for all these things she didn't need. It was them taking advantage of an elderly woman who knows nothing about tech. My sister had been on the phone earlier with them and told them she just wanted the phone. When I came in they were charging for all these things and I asked what is this and their whole attitude changed quickly. They started removing charges and items which my mom kept saying she did not want. Of course my mom is old and doesn't understand quite what was going on making her frustrated. Also their attitude was not acceptable and the chubby guy has some other issues not sure what his problem is. The manager came back and fixed a lot of the problems. I ended up calling my sister again and she said it outright that they were taking advantage of my mom and told me before I came they had a completely different attitude. My advice just do things online do not come into store. My guess is business is not good in store so they try to take advantage when a senior comes in. We won't be coming back in store ever again here. That being said I can at least say that the manager changed his attitude and made things right at the end, maybe because he wanted to go home and all this was taking extra time past his shift.

I decided to visit the store and get help. Ayman and Ronnie quickly identified and resolved a rather complex issue: a myriad of the parental settings and payment options across 3 different devices (my phone, and child's iWatch and iPhone.) Both were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the process. Their expertise and customer service were top-notch. I highly recommend this Apple Store and especially Ayman and Ronnie for their exceptional support.

    UPDATE: I escalated the incident to a senior advisor in corporate apple support, and after…read moreexplaining the issue to him, he was able to get me a replacement phone. He agreed that the claim of liquid damage based on a visual photo of a part was subjective, and no liquid contact indicator had been triggered. After about 12 hours of my family time wasted over Easter weekend and spilling into the following week, I was finally able to get this resolved. But it shouldn't have had to come down to all this. Raphael / Rafael and the technician who "repaired" (more like damaged) my phone should be terminated for incompetence and lack of integrity. At the very least learn to communicate better and recognize when the cookie cutter script from the company training manual just isn't working for the situation. I went into this service appointment thinking about signing up for the Apple credit card since I manage apple device purchases for my family and extended family (a dozen folks and multiple devices per), and I came out of it thinking I might finally pull us all completely out of the Apple ecosystem.

My cell phone bill is a reoccurring transaction on the card. But the big shark company which is still digesting swallowing Discover card recently, put a hold on my payment to Boost Mobile resulting on greedy Boost Mobile shutting my phone down WITHOUT warning. I received an e-mail notification AFTER the service was disconnected. A long FRUSTRATING, UNFRUITFULL, and TENSE call with the card company using a friend's phone, I was left with one option, walk into the Boost Mobile office and pay the bill in person to restore my service. We all know that all businessess charge a fee for paying late. Well.... BOOST MOBILE CHARGED ME A $4.00 FEE FOR PAYING THE BILL IN PERSON. SHAME ON BOOST MOBILE.

After about 30 minutes she had the answer and I was able to receive emails again. She was great! I did not get her name but she working at 2 PM on 13May22. She deserves a raise. She understands customer service. She has a bright future. The other one on 4th...not so much. She should be let go.
