I explained I was interested in the IPhone Pro and the Samsung note 10. The employee then said he didn't care if I bought it. I was frustrated and walked out of the store and the employee said "whatever". I called back and asked for a manager and the employee Abraham said he was the manager. I then specified I know he's not the manager I would like to speak to the store manager. I was then hung up on. Upon returning to the store since I had called front the parking lot the employee was surprised. The manager Oscar hid in back and talked to me after waiting for 10 minutes. He said his employee wasn't a manager and then told me his employee had hung the phone up and he was going to try to call me back. Sub par service from a subpar store. I hope cooperate addresses the issue, I'm planning on switching to T-Mobile at the end of the month. I've added a picture of Abraham the low level employee who claims to be a manager. (4:04 pm since Verizon stores record their calls) minutes after posting the review store manager Oscar called me using personal info that was somehow saved asking me to take down the review. I told him not to contact me further unless he is a regional/district manager.

To start off this location is awesome very efficient and very personable staff!! Can you get a new phone and a new plan switched over from AT&T you know it's never going to be easy and they made my experience as effortless as possible. Working with Gigi, there were some small hiccups. She was extremely Patient ! Helped every way possible and resolved every obstacle that we had to face. Even towards the end when I almost had the phone in my hand, it was accidentally shipped to my house. So I had to wait a few days. She went above and beyond to take care of me and make everything right! Really appreciate her customer service and I would definitely recommend going to this location and trying to work with her. Thank you again for your patience! As it is a process to go from one carrier to another and transfer your phone number! Also, my service is way better than AT&T in Minnesota......

Been to this store a few times, and honestly, everyone is amazing. I have had great interactions with everyone that works there. They are patient, kind, and take their time to address your issues and really put their best foot forward to ensure you have what you need. This is definitely the best store to come to! If you are able to make an appt ahead of time, that is helpful because it gets kind of busy, especially on the weekends!

We have been long term customers. In the whole time we have been using Xfinity, Comcast and the other companies, before them, as providers, I have never seen such neglect of customers. But, let's get to the good. I had tried for two days and one night to get my husband's data transferred to his new phone. It just wasn't happening. So off we went to Xfinity, in Richfield, to get the task done. The first guy couldn't get it done. A second guy couldn't either. Then, Abhay Kunar was asked if he might know what to do. He had an idea. Maybe the other guys hadn't used a certain app. It turned out they hadn't. But they weren't there. They were mulling about hanging out with their buddies. Abhay used it, and what do you know. It worked. So, after buying a new phone for myself, which the first guy helped me with, we headed home thinking all was ok. Wrong. But I'll get back to this. Abhay transferred my data to my new phone and helped me get my account set up in a very short time. Now, back to what I was saying. When we were leaving. My husband got a call. His old phone was in a box ready to be shipped. The ringing was coming from the inside of that box. Not his new phone. (Remember this.) Now we had another dilemma. Neither his phone, nor mine, would make calls. So, once again, I'm working on getting it to do it's job. Another sleepless night. No matter what I did, his phone would not make calls. There wasn't any connection. Mine started working as soon as I got home. Finally, I decided, in the early morning hours, to unbox my husband's old phone and switch out the Sim cards. Walla! His new phone connected immediately. If we had sent his old phone off, we would have had to go back to Xfinity to get that straightened out. My husband had been livid when he discovered he couldn't use his new phone. It took me, without any training, to figure out that all they had to do was to switch the Sim cards, from the old to the new. This wouldn't be such a big deal, but my husband mentioned, numerous times, that I had changed out the Sim cards. If the first two guys had been paying any attention, instead of palling around, that should have been done in the first place. My review is more about Abhay, for him to be commended because he did his job right. He was very kind to me. He gave me his card so, if I needed anything else, to contact him. He even wrote his personal number and that he doesn't work Thursdays or Sundays, on it. Thanks Abhay. You other guys need to pay more attention to your customers. That is what you are there for. I mean, I liked the camaraderie, but come on, customers come first. You need to do better. One more thing. In my opinion, Xfinity doesn't need that many employees in one store. I mean there was a bunch.

A few weeks later, they sent me another bill for $144. Called them up. They refused to honor what they told me before and insisted I pay the additional $144. If you are closing your account with them, RECORD THE CALL. Ask for them to send you a recap in writing while they're still on the call. Double check that the email says what it's supposed to. Xfinicky? There's a reason you're losing customers in droves. The answer isn't to put thumb screws to existing customers. Liars and thieves. Never again.

The phones were activated in-store, and so far the devices have worked according to specifications. HOWEVER, the phone numbers assigned to us were incorrect, with my wife receiving my number, and vice-versa. I have spent hours on the phone with AT&T customer support and technical support. The refrain seems to be the same each contact, the rep at THIS store COULD correct the issue, but because my wife was not present with me., nothing was done. Additionally, the PIN needed to access support was not set as the number we requested. And apparently there is no way to fix that, either. I use my phone for work, this isn't simply a minor inconvenience. Folks under fifty simply don't pick up if they don't recognize the number. Despite the fact that this is a major issue, the reps at the store did not make even a small gesture to show they had any empathy for my problem, let alone work to resolve a problem they created. I cannot recommend the Burnsville AT&T store to anyone. Go anywhere else.

The cell reception in my home was so bad that I had to purchase a microcell to run the signal through wifi. Over the years I've talked to their sales staff a few times about getting a better deal on my service plan and upgrading the phone. Each time it felt like an upsell without any additional benefit or acknowledgment of being an 8+ years loyal customer. I finally came to my senses and switched to Verizon - now I have great reception at home, brand new iPhone, and a service plan half the price of what I was paying AT&T!
