Been to this store a few times, and honestly, everyone is amazing. I have had great interactions with everyone that works there. They are patient, kind, and take their time to address your issues and really put their best foot forward to ensure you have what you need. This is definitely the best store to come to! If you are able to make an appt ahead of time, that is helpful because it gets kind of busy, especially on the weekends!

To start off this location is awesome very efficient and very personable staff!! Can you get a new phone and a new plan switched over from AT&T you know it's never going to be easy and they made my experience as effortless as possible. Working with Gigi, there were some small hiccups. She was extremely Patient ! Helped every way possible and resolved every obstacle that we had to face. Even towards the end when I almost had the phone in my hand, it was accidentally shipped to my house. So I had to wait a few days. She went above and beyond to take care of me and make everything right! Really appreciate her customer service and I would definitely recommend going to this location and trying to work with her. Thank you again for your patience! As it is a process to go from one carrier to another and transfer your phone number! Also, my service is way better than AT&T in Minnesota......

Ron Mills, business account manager in the metro area, is an unscrupulous, slick talking man but…read morehis supervisor, Reid, (Ron Mills' supervisor said, "you signed a contract." I simply could not get the transfer code from Xfinity for my paid-off iPhone 13ProMax THAT DAY so Ron said, "let's just swap out a phone for you." And it was a standard iPhone 14, (much poorer camera features.) I put it on auto pay, and come to find out, I'm stuck with a three-year contract. Two years into it I still owe $1000. I am visually impaired, as I told them at the time - it was obvious. Ron said, "it's the best deal you can get," and his rude boss, Reid, finally getting back to me, belligerently kept saying "you signed a contract." He had no compassion for a mentally and physically impaired senior. If Ron Mills is working at this store that day you want to set up a business account, DON'T, find another location if you want to get a business account. We got to the store at 8:30 PM and the doors were locked. There was an employee helping someone else who looked up and tapped his watch as to say they were closed. We tried to explain we only needed a charger and he completely dismissed us as if we weren't even standing there. So unprofessional. Horrible customer service. I would give them a 0 if I could.

Bought a new cell phone with offer of a free watch I didn't ask for. (My dad used to tell me…read morenothings free and I'm beginning to agree with dad.) Taxed on the free watch, lol. When I left the store staff stated she was going to bring paperwork to me while I waited outside the store, got crowded inside. She came out but didn't bring the papers with her. Next day I called the store asking my paperwork emailed told no can do. I needed to go into any T-Mobile for the papers. I returned to MOA store where smart aleck Kevin gave me the run around, and zero papers. Today I returned everything to same store only to be told I have a restocking fee to pay. Because I wasn't told about the fee I refused. Staff with long face and then went to help other shoppers. Had to get up in there insist she finish helping me, as she gave me the speech about having to help these people blah blah blah I told the couple, "Be careful", and sat back down. Now her face was really hanging. But I received a full refund. Push back. Remember to get your paperwork and don't sign anything. If told of the restocking fee I wouldn't have bought the phone. I'm long time customer of T M never experienced anything like this before. Greed the drive of terrible service.

A very short, heavy set white young girl Approached me and was very rude. I was wearing a mask and a face shield, even though I have medical clearance that I did not need to wear anything I still did. She approached me and told me not to wear the face shield over my mask. I told her technically because of my medical clearance from the state of Minnesota with the governor's approval I did not need to wear anything but I was still wearing a face mask plus the shield. I was going in there to not only upgrade my phone but to buy an ear piece as well. Because she embarrassed me so much and was extremely rude I walked out of the store and I will never use you guys again. I went over to the Amazon store and they were OK with me wearing the extra protection plus my face mask. In fact they were overly nice to me I spent $250 to buy the beats earpieces. This is Amazon's gain and T-Mobiles lost due to your customer service ability lacking respect for the customers. Someone NEEDS to reach out to me about this!!!

This review is about my cracked screen for my Samsung Fold phone. I filed a claim, and the nearest…read morelocation for Minneapolis was Richfield on Lyndale Avenue. Now I know what you are thinking, I didn't have a choice of locations. I did. Three years ago for a different phone, they took care of me. With that said, I am happy to say this was my second satisfied experience. This location is north of HYW494 in a court of shops, businesses, and restaurants on Lyndale Avenue. My phone is complicated, so normally these questions are asked. Did you drop your phone? No. Was it dropped in a liquid? No. Was there anything you did to break your phone? No. It was simple, my screen cracked about 1 inch from the bottom of the fold of the phone. After filing my claim and taking it to be fixed, the uBreakiFix team confirmed the status of my phone and said this would be taken care of. I know this was a long-winded story to make sure John and Christian (uBreakiFix experts) are taken care of. Because of them, my experience was spectacular. They were kind, patient, thorough, experienced, etc. Also, they sent me a personal text with the status of my phone and when it was fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they were happy to see me and explained what they did to fix my screen. I know this sounds unreal. Why would they show so much care? I don't know. I challenge you to find out. See if they treat you as well as they treated me. Thanks, John and Christian! This is for uBreakiFix leadership, please replicate their kindness and professionalism.
