I asked the guy if there was any difference between the Apple one and the one that costs $180 and he assured me they were the same. I decided to get the $180 and they fixed it in 15 minutes. As soon as they fixed it I noticed that the phone was very dim even at the maximum brightness. The guy said that was usual. I was mad at this point but it was too late since he already replaced the glass. I would have spent the $300 if I had known that, but that's what I get for trusting iProdigy. Then a few days later, I noticed a bright white light leaking from the top of the phone. A month later, the glass totally broke (even with a screen protector). The glass that they use here is very cheap quality. Be careful with this place

The value isn't great either, especially because it's a Five Below. Overall, the experience wasn't pleasing.

I walk in to see many emplo and many UNHELPED customers including myself until I made it known that I needed help. You are a customer service store you should have more employees who actually have good customer service. And please please please PLEASE get a manager that knows what theyre talking about. She was rude and unprofessional, thinks she can do three things at once when she cant even do one, and has no idea what shes talking about when she tells you solutions. I was there for 2 1/2 hours for my phone to be even worse and not work at all other then when I went in there only calls not working. Once again 0 stars if I could. Worst Verizon store out there. I went to the street talk in Roosevelt Field mall directly in front of AT&T, and was helped by the male tech there whose name is something like "RanJan" I went on my lunch break and was able to wait and watch him actually do the repair. The price was pretty reasonable/competitive and they did offer me a discount since I had more than one thing being serviced. In any event, they fixed a screen apple wouldn't fix and it was less than it would have cost me if apple did do it. Unfortunately, about a week later there was an issue with the battery I was given (it must have been defective) and it pushed up and broke the replacement screen. I brought the phone back and he called the owner and the screen and battery were replaced again at no charge. Thank you again for your great customer service and I will be sure to come back to you if I ever need my phones repaired in the future.

We then gave the phone to my son for Christmas and when he opened the box, the phone no longer worked when we went back. It was after their luxurious 15 day warranty. And they wouldn't help us at all. They wouldn't even look for the repair ticket in their computer system unless we had the specific date of the transaction which sounds like the most outdated computer system on the planet. You should have seen the look on my 12-year-old son's face when he realized that he wasn't ever going to be getting that phone for Christmas. So now I am out $170 and I have to figure out how to get him another phone. What a waste. And I love the fact that I was told that they can't help because the warranty is 15 days. The warranty being 15 days is a piece of paper with words on it. Anyone is allowed to be helpful if they so choose.

My phone was fully functional with zero issues, no glass damage, and had none of the damage specified by Google. Despite this, the staff took my phone to the back and claimed "minor display screen dings and scratches" not visible to the human eye, to deny the free repair--the exact same scripted excuse they gave another customer with a perfect Samsung phone standing right next to me.They systematically deny valid manufacturer warranties just to trick you into paying out-of-pocket fees.
