This appears to be a family-run operation, and initially, I noticed numerous positive reviews. However, upon closer inspection, it's evident that most of these glowing 5-star reviews are likely fake, as pointed out in another review I came across. My laptop's troubles began when I dropped it off on a Thursday. They promised to diagnose the issue by the end of that day or the next, but I received inconsistent answers each time I called. By the following Saturday, no one had even looked at it, and they asked me to call back on Monday. It wasn't until Tuesday that I heard from them. They claimed they needed to send it to "APPLE" for repairs, and I accepted this, paying the quoted amount. They assured me it would take a week, but this turned out to be untrue. Each time I called for an update, they provided a new date, causing further delays. They then informed me I needed a new $100 battery, which I reluctantly agreed to. This cycle continued for a week, and their son even guaranteed I'd have my laptop back on a Tuesday. Once again, they failed to deliver on their promise.
