Within an hour of picking the phone up yesterday it started flashing green and it's MY fault? Everything I read says it's either the display flex isn't perfectly seated or the replacement panel is defective. HE THEN CALLED THE POLICE AND HAD EVEN MY 4 YEAR OLD REMOVED FROM THE STORE! This man doesn't deserve to have a business in North Royalton. READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME STORY. Dropped my phone off Thursday to have the battery replaced because my phone kept freezing and have the back screen crack repaired. Picked it up Friday, was told "it still might not be dry but it should be okay, just put it in the case". Saturday, my phone is still freezing and to my shock and surprise, the back of the phone was cracked again. I brought it back at 1pm, not even 24 hours after picking it up. I called about 4:30 to see if it was ready and was told he had to order a part and I couldn't get my phone until Monday. Well, excuse me but did I say it's okay to keep my phone until Monday? I certainly did not. He claimed he called my husband, that's a lie. No missed call, no voicemail. He said the other guy who worked on my phone "used the wrong glue", whatever that means, and then literally in the same sentence accused ME of cracking my phone! I told him put my phone back together, I'm coming to get it. He's a terrible person to deal with. ZERO customer service skills. These reviews literally have to be his friends and family. THE BEST PART IS 8PM, MY ENTIRE PHONE SCREEN IS NOW BLINKING BRIGHT GREEN AND I CAN'T GET IT TO STOP. NOW MY PHONE IS COMPLETELY UNUSEABLE. I WILL BE CONTACTING TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE NOW I CANT EVEN TRADE MY PHONE IN FOR A NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!! STAY. AWAY.

I see on a board to my left that six other ppl are "in line" ahead of me. So now I'm sitting in my car waiting for them to txt me my turn. So five minutes later I'm called in through txt ...mind you I'm parked in front so no one has come out or went in...so how are six customers in front of me? Like seeing that would have ppl go into a store or leave the area and the prompts from txt are short. One minute between your up soon and get to the store it's your turn. September 2024 Spectrum reps offered us their cable and…read morephone services. A Buy Out of UP TO $500 Per phone was promised by multiple reps within spectrum. I transferred 6 phones and spent over $2100 in this process. They have refused to process the buy out because the agents in their process supposedly neglected to have me sign a document of intent. ***I want and deserve the $2100 promised to me for initiating these transfers. However they refuse to stand behind their policy and tell me it is too late to adjust because X document was not provided or me to sign.

They added $9/month mobile insurance on my decade-old phone without saying a thing about it. They didn't even try to get vague consent, they just shamelessly signed me up. Of course, they financially incentivize you to enroll in autopay-from-bank-account, hoping you won't notice their illegal cramming practices. I did though, and of course the store won't do anything to right their wrong, so this forced me to waste my time on multiple phone calls to different departments within AT&T to resolve (loyalty was who I had to connect with, 800-288-2020). I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, but if so, make them remove the charge and put a credit on your account for whatever they did bill you without consent, even if it was just a day. Also, auto-pay apparently takes 1-3 months to kick in, and "magically" it kicked in before my first bill for the mobile line with the charges they were trying to cram in under my nose, but hasn't yet gone into effect for the internet line I'm supposed to be getting a year-long deal on, meaning I owe $10 more than the advertised price. Will probably change mobile providers at least when the year is up. And I'll never go to this store again obviously.
