Although they were backed up with orders, the nice employee accepted my need and allowed me to bring in my phone. My phone was repaired within a couple of hours. Although the total cost was $324, I accepted the cost due to needing my phone. It's so sad that I was dependent on my phone working; like I couldn't function without it. He was unsure about the parts so I looked up the battery for it and gave him the part number. It was about $30-$50. He appreciated the effort, quoted me $150 to get the job done and said to bring it by so they could log it in. I live in Dripping Springs so I told him I'd make time to get it over to them as they were about an hour's drive from me. The next day I get the laptop to their storefront. A guy at the desk looked over the laptop and brought it to the back. He came back and said his manager was going to quote $250. I let the front desk person know that the price quoted was $100 less. He replied that Jacob was "just a tech" and that his manager's price was what they'd honor. I asked for his manager's name and was told it was Joaquin. I wasn't too happy about the "bait and switch" they just pulled on me but they already had me all the way across town at that point in time. I felt like a chump. The front desk person was having trouble getting the laptop logged in to their computer system and had his manager "Joaquin" come to the front to help him. Joaquin wouldn't even look at me or say hello or even acknowledge my presence. I just stood there quietly. I never said one word to this person. I was feeling like this guy was gouging me on the price and that I also felt that he knew full well that $200 was him being way overcompensated, possibly personally, for a battery replacement. Joaquin just snubbed me, turned his back on me and then walked away. I asked Front Desk Person if I would be getting a detailed receipt showing the amount I paid for the battery and how much they were charging me for labor. He told me no. I would receive a receipt for the full price to include labor and parts. Of course this obscures what I'm paying for labor and parts. No mention of going through insurance or anything else. Front Desk Person just kept his eyes focused downward. The guilt at what they were doing was evident. He also proceeded to charge me $60 + tax for an "advanced non-mobile troubleshooting fee totaling $64.94. He said that was just in case I failed to pick up my laptop. What in corn-dog hell? I'm already feeling like a fool getting fleeced and they're just sticking it in and twisting it now. So, I need the laptop and the swollen battery is a fire hazard so I'll go ahead and let them pluck me like a chicken. I paid the $65 and I will pay the rest of their fees IN A MONTH which was the time they said that they could have it ready by. But I will never recommend them to anyone ever. This was a classic BAIT AND SWITCH where everything is all rosy and positive until I (the patsy in this crime drama) makes his drive out to get the job done and then gets stuck with an astronomically high bill after the fact with a take it or leave it attitude. Oh, I'll pay your fees but you've made an enemy out of me. Never again.

Instead of pushing me to come in or trying to make a sale, they actually walked me through all my options in a really thorough way. They explained their pricing clearly and also helped me understand what different repair paths mean cost wise depending on where you go, so I could make an informed decision. That level of transparency really stood out and made it clear they weren't just trying to get me through the door. I've since been there twice for repairs, and both experiences were great. Everything was fast, transparent, and affordable. I've never waited more than 10 to 15 minutes in the waiting room. The second repair was more involved, but they were upfront about the timing. I dropped my phone off, came back about an hour and a half later, and it was ready. When I later noticed a small issue and brought it back, they took care of it immediately with no hassle and no complaints. The space itself is quaint, and they usually have something funny playing on the TV, which is a nice touch. If you're looking for honest people who clearly explain what you're paying for and why, this is the place. I'll definitely keep coming back here as long as I live in the area. Thanks yall!

I'm going to start with the fact that once he got to my phone he was in such a rush because he needed to get a part for another costumer at a different location. I want to say he spent well under 10 minutes fixing my screen and just slapped on the screen protector. Which I had my fiancé fix because there was lint underneath. Then not even a full 2 weeks has gone by and my phone is completely cracked underneath. Which I don't even know how is possible because I bought a heavy duty case and screen protector from here as well. I go in and he proceeds to tell me that he cannot cover this with the warranty and the best he can do is take off his service fee. I asked if there was anyone else I can talk too about this unfortunate Circumstance and he said no, that he wasn't just the manger he was the owner of the company as well. At this point I'm livid because he's making the conscious choice to not help me. As an owner of a company you think he would like to show some kind of empathy to the situation especially when using such cheap materials to increase profit margins regardless of the quality product he's providing his customers with. He just laughed at me and kept saying " I don't know how you damaged your phone". The led screen is cracked across the screen underneath a screen protector, I tried to tell him I did not do anything to cause this kind of damage. I wouldn't even know how it's possible to break it from underneath a protector with the protector being completely undamaged further proving the point that the quality of replacements screens he's providing is laughable at best. But again he laughed at me. I walked away defeated because I spent 300 and trusting his services and now he wanted to charge me 140 more for something I didn't even do. All he could say was " what do you want me to do about it". A great start would be spending more time researching quality products for your "business" rather than flirting with the women who go in there. Unfortunately I don't have that kind of money, and clearly he has no care for his customers and how he applies his products. It may be the cheapest place in Austin to get it done, but it's cheaper for a reason. Pay the extra 20- 40 dollars at the other locations. Because then you're stuck like me with a defective product. Also, if you do decide to make the same mistake with me and take your business here. You may want to check your phone immediately after leaving. The first red flag was the pink tint the cheap replacement screen had which I unfortunately chose to overlook. Buyer beware.

First off, even after looking at the phone and telling me that's Samsung, I would not warranty. The phone because of the so-called devastating damage to the phone. There was no a the remedy offered as far to look at the phone and tell me what's wrong with it. And how much it would cost? To get it fixed. There was no other options offered to me. It seemed as if the guy was more worried to get me out of the store so he could get back to doing whatever he was doing in the back. Pretty lame customer service, if you ask me. Whenever the guy finally came up front i explained to him that I was sent here by Samsung to have them. Look at my glitching phone front screen am I two months old, samsung Z Fold 6. He asked me to take my phone, protect her. Off the phone so he can inspect the phone. The guy literally looks at my phone and within 30 seconds. He says, oh man, your phone is severely damaged. Which clearly is simply cosmetic on this shaft of the phone. He made it as if the phone was completely destroyed and it can no longer be under warranty. But when you look at the pictures, you can clearly see that is cosmetic scratches on the phone. No damage to the front screen, no damage to the main screen and no major dents in the phone. It seemed as if the guy wanted me to hurry up and exit the building as if I was interrupting whatever he was doing, that was causing him not to be at the front desk.When I first arrived into the building. Needless to say, this is not over. I'm gonna take this to Samsung. And they're gonna look at the situation and get this taken care of but I would not send anyone to this business..
