My friend called 611 for customer service to explain. The customer service rep then spoke to the retail rep, who then stated that she doesn't speak English and she's busy. Then she follows that up by saying that she doesn't even have the A16 5G Samsung, BUT YET, she initially said it would cost $125. Wow, what kind of business is this?
