First off, even after looking at the phone and telling me that's Samsung, I would not warranty. The phone because of the so-called devastating damage to the phone. There was no a the remedy offered as far to look at the phone and tell me what's wrong with it. And how much it would cost? To get it fixed. There was no other options offered to me. It seemed as if the guy was more worried to get me out of the store so he could get back to doing whatever he was doing in the back. Pretty lame customer service, if you ask me.
