I feel bad for the employee at this store. AT&T needs to give their workers more hours and staff support as one employee had to work on many issues and customers by himself on a Friday night. I hope he is being compensated fairly by the company as no single employee should have to deal with this. I want to add when the employee finally got around to helping us he was super helpful and got us out of there in a fraction of the time we waited so this review by no means is indicative of how well the employee helped us as he did the best he could with the help he had. read more

Pro tip for Manager (Uri, I believe) - if it's iPhone launch day and you show up to work to see a line of customers waiting to give you money, it might behoove you to TELL THEM YOU HAVE ZERO UNITS. Yes, zero iPhone on launch day, but no sign on window, no "I'm sorry but...." and no hint that you can't help a potential customer. PS: Don't let the AT&T website lead you astray, this location does NOT open at 9am on weekdays. Bonus points for A) starting the day by hiding in the back while your single other employee helps the 4 waiting customers and B) keeping any of the rest of us prospective buyers from visiting the other AT&T retailer just down the street who DID have stock until 5 minutes before I arrived and then sold out. I am at home in Houston, Texas and it's 8:09pm. First let me start out with Angel the sales rep. One of the most unprofessional young non energetic young man.(ever). We got to the store at 3:10pm on 1/1/2020. yes, what a way to start off the new year. So me and my partner were the only (2) people in the store. We discuss phone options prices, services and the billing system. So we picked out the phones that we desire to have and I-phone 11 (red) (yellow) Angel pulled our credit we got approved with $zero dollars down just to pay the taxes on both phone. So here we go after giving our personal information and he enter all on the hand held tablet and the freaking tablet crashed so we had to provide all that information again. Now it's 4:40 pm. One man comes in and used the store phone to call a ride. Okay now 2 females walks in and Angle told them to have a seat. It's now 5:10pm. No phone in hand and Angel still entering the info in the tablet. Okay so now we are getting somewhere it's time to choose our phone and fuck it! Angel went to the back and he comes back empty handed. (yes) you got it no fucking phones Angle did not have the yellow or the red in the store so he had to order the phones and have them shipped to Houston, Texas and he told us that they should arrive at our home between 6-8. It's 8:19pm as I am typing the review (still) no fucking phone. We rushed home because we did not want anyone stealing our phone off the porch. All this time in the store he never apology for the wait or even provided a discount. Now a man walks in the store ask of the wait time and Angle told the man about 20 minutes that was a fucking lie. Remember he still have 2 females customer waiting and as low as his ass was I just laughed. So I go get in the car because I am passed pissed off. My partner stayed in the store. Now Angle entered all out information on this tablet, he turned to my partner and told her that she had to provide the same info that she provided on the tablet so that he can enter the info onto the desk top computer (WTF). We came in to get (2) fucking phone. So here comes this young couple they sat down. It was like purchasing a fucking house all the time he took to just enter our information and we walked out without a fucking phone. Now its 5:45 and we are now walking out of this fucking store. The Manager, I had a very bad experience last night. The manager switched around the SIM number to the IMEI number, my phone went dead. I was at the store from 5:15pm - 9pm (January 30, 2019) and I had to leave the store with a dead phone. The manager has no idea what he's doing, he kept asking other sales people to help him. I WAS PISSED. I've been dealing with this for 3 days. I was switching from prepaid ATT account to postpaid ATT account. The manager could not figure it out. This manger should NOT be a manager at a ATT Store, I think mopping floors is more his speed. I will never go back to that store, I almost switch to Version last night. How can anyone enjoy their services due to the inconsistency and none professional way that things are handled WITH ATT WHEN SERVICE IS RENDERED call have services moved to another place the equipment is no longer needed customer service representative say one thing and do just the opposite TURN IN YOUR EQUIPMENT them they say (we don't need the it back what are we going to do with it) Then they turn around put it in collection to make credit report bad that some messed up stuff.
