When we arrived, the store was closed, although it was during business hours, so we called the number on the window and we were told that the employee who was manning the store had had a family emergency and had to leave. We were told to call the following day and they would let us know when we could come. My wife called the following morning, and she was told that the store would open at 12:30. She specifically earnasked if someone was coming just then, or if the store would be open the rest of the day, and we could coming any time during posted business hours. At about 3 PM that day, we arrived at the store and it was again closed. we again called the number on the window, and the person I presume is the owner said that he would try to contact the employee. My wife pointed out that he had told her earlier that day that the store would be open, but he did not even acknowledge this, did not apologize, and simply said that he would contact the employee and let us know when the store would be open again. I expected a call back later that day. Five (5) days later, we called HIM back. He said that he was unable to call us because he didn't have his cell phone. We didn't even ask for details, because this was just so obviously bogus as to not be worth the trouble. Each of these trips to the store involved a round trip of about 50 minutes for us, not including the time wasted calling the owner and waiting for his return call, and we also had to pay for parking on a busy street in Athens. In all, we have wasted over three hours because of the unprofessional, uncaring and just rude behavior of these people. Nothing justifies this behavior. I deeply regret ever having trusted these people, and I will certainly never do business with them again. People who care so little for their customers do not deserve the business. I recommend you patronize businesses that treat you with respect and care about how much of your time they squander. That is NOT C&CR.

I recently bought a new 15" MacBook Pro and came here to get the info from the hard drive on my old…read more13" MacBook Pro transferred onto my new computer. I came in on a Monday around noon, and I was not told until the end of my transaction that the transfer would be completed in about three days... The reason I came here was because the closest Apple Store is over an hour away from Athens, and I thought this would be convenient. At the Apple Store, a transfer takes 2-3 hours max. I was fine with waiting a few extra days, though. I called on Wednesday to check the status of the transaction and they had forgotten about it and had yet to begin working on my computer. I started writing this post two years ago and just found it in my drafts, so I'll post what I have. Don't remember much more than what was already typed other than it was one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. Pretty sure they kept my computer for about a week and ended up not being able to do anything with it. Ended up driving to Apple and got it fixed within a day. Recommend just going to Apple first instead
