They scheduled us for a floor installation that should have take two days but actually took two weeks to complete. They lied about the workers working on the weekends which they did not. We took off time from work for the two day scheduled time and thought whatever was not finished would be completed on the weekend. We was wrong, they didn't work on weekends and started mid morning and was ready to leave at 6pm due to a long drive. After complaining to the supervisor of Floor and Decor installation he gave excuses about why they didn't send out a full crew at the start of the project and switched up crews in the middle of the project. Our house was a mess for two weeks behind this nonsense. The tile work is good and they missed the place behind the water heater which the supervisor had to come in and finish. It was awful just awful. I can strongly recommend Floor and Decor for your tile selections but by no means should anyone use their installation service. It is the worst. They should just hire independent contractors that maybe more reliable. Never again will we use the installation services it isn't worth the headache.

My house is a high class man cave with some pretty cool items and have to say when I'm cleaning, and move things around, I notice the tag on the bottom of a statue or piece and I'm reminded what a bargain I got and generally pleased with some art and pieces I find here. Food is often expired, so check the expiration dates I have a hard time shopping here because not many things are ever in stock and have to travel to other locations or have the items shipped. If you do choose to shop at this location please check the expiration dates before buying consumables. If you are doing curbside pickup you are likely to receive expired food, so definitely check before leaving the parking lot to save a trip back to return or exchange the expired items. My most recent expired food experience was with a box of candy bars I purchased on July 6 which expired back in January.

I asked if I could receive a discount for the remaining balloons she refused to fill, since there were no posted restrictions on the sign and my request (about 20 small 6-inch balloons) was hardly unreasonable. She became condescending and unprofessional; especially when other customers entered the store. She made a point of loudly saying she "couldn't help them" because she was "too busy filling too many balloons." She even commented to her coworker that she'd been "blowing up balloons all day," and when asked how many were left, said sarcastically, "too many," right in front of me. This was embarrassing, unnecessary, and incredibly unprofessional. Management or corporate needs to provide training on basic customer interaction and respect.
