I wouldn't recommend this location. Rhonda J. is beyond rude, disrespectful and a bully. she called the police on me for absolutely nothing. she refused to allow one of the reps check me out and just beyond problematic. i honestly feel bad for the employees under her, she's very aggressive and treated Alisha and Camren as though they were children.. it's very unfortunate. Monica and Dianna are easy to work with and was very helpful but Rhonda has horrible customer service. she called the police but still checked me out, due to calling them for no absolute reason. i spend lots of money at At Home but moving forward, due to her treatment, disrespect and aggressive behavior... i won't be purchasing anything from At Home again. read more

in my opinion, this store is TOO BIG to not have a wide range of items. some of the workers aren't really helpful. the selection is blah & one of the workers there said they had plenty of inventory. I loved this at home. i was only here for 30 min, but i could see everything was very organized they take there time to make sure their store looks good and it shows. i couldn't find an item and i didn't get the employees name but she was very helpful and went to the back and found the curtain hardware. the cashier Tyla was super nice great cashier. read more

Terrible experience. Manager was so rude. She grabbed my receipts and threw them at me all because her cashier messed up. I ended up telling her why she was being so rude on THEIR mess up and she said she wasn't in the most condescending way possible. Don't go save your money. read more

Although the Snellville location is closer to where I live, the Buford store is by far worth the drive! Better and more organized inventory. I won't even talk about the Norcross location!! Need a Valium before I even walk through the door. They really should consider closing that location and distributing their inventory elsewhere. read more

I will agree that if you're in the store it is very hard finding help and yes, you are pretty much on your own but I just wanted to share the best delivery experience ever! I ordered a Christmas tree yesterday ( on a Saturday) at about 7:30 pm. It said delivery would be in about 3-6 days. I was laying in bed Sunday morning and got a text message saying Raphael was on the way to deliver the tree at 9:39! It was 9:29 am when i looked at the text!! The next thing I heard the doorbell ringing!! i was amazed at how fast this was delivered... and did nit pay anything extra! Amazing!!! read more

After browsing for a LONG TIME we found a few of display items that we wanted and the manager (Memrie) told us we couldn't buy it because it was a display and wanted us to drive over 1 hour to another store to buy the same item. I've already contacted corporate and called them out on social media. Very disappointing because she said it was because "they may get another shipment of this item and it's too early in the season to sell". Selection of items is really nice. Bought a coat rack and was embarrassed for the store that they would sell such crap. I took it out of the package and realized the wall attachment couldn't be worse. Hair sized screws attaching crappy sleeved that slide on a screw put in the wall. Completely fell apart when I tried to mount. Total crap. Same visit bought a small table and it turns out that it has stickers on it that are the ancient ones that you almost need a blade to take off, and then scratch the crap out of your furniture. Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn't advise anyone to even go in, it's very deceiving, you think you've found a gold mine but because management and quality is inadequate, nothing but a headache in the making. horrible customer service, I was told that I could not return an item and buy it again at the counter, all items have to be put back on the shelves and I would have to walk around the store and find the items again. Made a complaint and management never even followed up. Ask the floor manager her name she stated "manager" and asked the ringer her name she said "employee". My husband and I visited the store a few times before he decided to get a credit card. My husband surprised me and on that day we spent almost $500.00. I purchased some absolutely beautiful bathroom items to complete our spare bathroom. We also purchased bed linen, comforter set, and some really pricy beautiful pillows for our master bedroom. The combo bath rug set we bought I prewashed it and it started completely coming apart. About half of it was in my washer!! The store was closed for at least 30 days with covid19. Upon my learning that the store was open I called and spoke with Ty (a manager) to advise of my situation. I had the defective product in hand, the credit card I used to purchase, and my perk phone number. The manager was sticking to the 60 day return policy......even though the store was closed for at least 30 days. Granted I didn't have a receipt......I would think my purchase was easy to access with either my credit card or perk plus number. Apparently I never got an email receipt or I couldn't find it, and apparently their was no manager or coordinator available to identify the brand at least. I am certain a return without a receipt would warrant store credit at the least and that was fine. I had a really hard time getting even the store credit after refusing to leave the store with the defective product. Ty the manager wanted to argue and go word for word with me without giving me any acceptable resolution!!! I was embarrassed, humiliated, even with my at home credit card in hand. Customer service was certainly not first on the list. Finally after about 45 minutes in the store Stephanie was able to resolve the problem by simply giving me store credit. Went to find a rug today, and saw a swarm of bugs nesting, eating and flying around a rug wrapped in plastic. There were hundreds of bugs. I wanted to barf as it was a pretty grotesque sight. I believe the bugs are carpet moths. read more

I went to this chain off and on when I lived in Colorado Springs and was never satisfied with the quality of the items nor the price. Value for money? Not in my opinion. What lured me back to the Snellville store was the selection. They carry the same stuff as Homegoods, but have much more inventory and overall selection by category. I bought three small ceramic lanterns that were $9.99ea. Same item at Ross $3.99-7.99. Wish their prices were lower, this isn't Johns Creek or Suwanee. Just Sayin'. read more

Purchased a two lamp shades at 18 dollars a piece! One of them had a stain on them and both were not the correct size I kept the receipt in my glove glove box and made a calander reminder of deadline! The company uses a glossy paper with cheap thermal printing that can't stick and fades severely and becomes un scannable regardless. I walked into the store to exchange them, no expectation of a refund. I at least had a receipt of some sort to prove they were within 60 days. The cashier gets on a overly turned up walkie and calls up Tracy a manager. They both look at the stain which was not of my own and passed judgment. I explained it was that way when I bought it. They are still wrapped in plastic even. She tells me she will exhange the one but not the other. She never took accountability for the fact that AT Home has poor quality receipts and at any retail company from Target, HomeGoods, Walmart, and Hobby Lobby except merchandise exchanges with no receipt. She continues to be condescending pointing out she has remained calm to which I think yes honey....I know you don't actually care if I leave happy or not! Being calm equal no passion nor a give a damn about your brand, company and integrity. Emotionless and calm are honestly more insulting. Tired of playing stoic she continues to return just the one lamp shade. Again only half ass resolving my issue I said screw it! I'm not a corporation with millions of dollars, but the exchange meant I had to carry home more of your product and heaven Forbid I be unsatisfied! I have spent close to $1500 this company this year alone at the Snellville and Norcross locations. I manage two stores that I decorate seasonally and for clients homes. I will gladly shop elsewhere. I will display them in my store with ur price tag and a sign letting my clients know to spend money elsewhere and that $18 will cost you far more! Stick to your policies, cause in business even a satisfied customer isn't as valuable as a loyal customer. And now I'm a loyal dissatisfied customer. Clearly ur business model failed once as garden ridge, putting gray lipstick on the pig doesn't make it better! I read some of the other reviews and I find them unfair. Just like any other big department stores, the customers have a tendency to break, bruise, or damage items for sale. I've seen lots of people with children running around the store unattended. Just because your lampshade has a stain doesn't mean that the employees did it. If you had a problem with a purchase, did you attempt to return or exchange it? I always find this store well stocked and well kept considering the size. read more

Management Sucks! I made a purchase and they didn't work. I took them back and the card I used had been lost, so I ask that she put my refund on another card and I do have my receipt. She refused! This manager was so rude I decided I wanted my money back and I was not leaving until I got it! She stated she would only give me a gift card and I refused. After her attitude I didn't want to shop in that store ever again! After going back and forth I ask for her manager and she stated she was it! OK...I won't be going anywhere without my money. This company I'm sure has spent thousands and thousands of dollars advertising to get people in the store and the staff on two different locations in Buford and snuggle have done everything they can to try to get me out of the store and not to buy when I came in the store to purchase. Went to Snellville to buy a rug found the rug that we like but not the right size was told we could get 15% off still at the other location in Buford, so we drove there found the road that we wanted went to purchase the rug the people at the counter would not give us 15% off so instead let us walk out the door within a rug. Called back to Snellville to tell the manager about the fact that we did not get are 15% off that we were told that we could get after talking to her she said what do you think I can do about it what is it that you would like for me to do? Our response is obviously nothing I will never buy anything from this store ever they do not deserve my business nor my money I hope they go out of business. I wonder if the CEO was contacted if he would have given me my 15% off that would be a question I would love answer from the CEO. read more

Called the store while at Buford store since they didn't have the table we were looking for. Norcross store didn't answer the phone so definitely wasn't going there. They said yep we have 1 left of the table in the color you are looking for, spelled my name for them and they spelled it back to me. Get to the Snellville store 35+ minutes drive out of my way and the color table they had set aside was not what was discussed over the phone. Waited 15 minutes for three different ppl to stand and look at each other then determine that the only table they had that was brown in the store was a round one when I clearly told 42" square table. I asked for them to make an arrangement on the price if I decided to purchase the smaller table even though it's not what I needed or was promised in exchange for the hour and 10 minutes of driving/gas money/ inconvenience since then also was forced to cancel evening plans to deal with this. They laughed in my face like they thought I was being ridiculous. I had to go home and deal with one pissed off woman who was already livid that had to Waste half a day to get the wrong table for the full price. Unhappy wife, very unhappy life, thanks AtHome. Would give 0 stars if allowed. We went in last Sunday to purchase a rug and a few other items. There were signs throughout the store, green line through bar code was 25% off, red line was 50% off. We picked up several items and proceeded to the checkout. After waiting in line for 10 minutes (only 2 cashiers mid afternoon Sunday), we finally checked out. I noticed none of the items rang up as discounted. We asked the cashier, who called the manager over. We showed the manager the marked items, and the receipt that showed all items at full price. The managers response was that either we or another customer could have done those marks, and unless it rings up as sale or clearance, we have to pay full price. At that point we voided the sale and left the store. We have shopped At Home for years, back to the days of Garden Ridge, but we will NEVER set foot in this particular store again. read more
