    Manager holding the item and refusing us to purchase it.

    Customer service is horrible. After browsing for a LONG TIME we found a few of display items that we wanted and the manager (Memrie) told us we couldn't buy it because it was a display and wanted us to drive over 1 hour to another store to buy the same item. I've already contacted corporate and called them out on social media. Very disappointing because she said it was because "they may get another shipment of this item and it's too early in the season to sell". She's not much of a manager and clearly cost them money since she refused to let us purchase.

    Selection of items is really nice. Bought a coat rack and was embarrassed for the store that they would sell such crap. I took it out of the package and realized the wall attachment couldn't be worse. Hair sized screws attaching crappy sleeved that slide on a screw put in the wall. Completely fell apart when I tried to mount. Total crap. Same visit bought a small table and it turns out that it has stickers on it that are the ancient ones that you almost need a blade to take off, and then scratch the crap out of your furniture. Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn't advise anyone to even go in, it's very deceiving, you think you've found a gold mine but because management and quality is inadequate, nothing but a headache in the making. Very disappointed!

    Purchased a two lamp shades at 18 dollars a piece! One of them had a stain on them and both were not the correct size I kept the receipt in my glove glove box and made a calander reminder of deadline! The company uses a glossy paper with cheap thermal printing that can't stick and fades severely and becomes un scannable regardless. I walked into the store to exchange them, no expectation of a refund. I at least had a receipt of some sort to prove they were within 60 days. The cashier gets on a overly turned up walkie and calls up Tracy a manager. They both look at the stain which was not of my own and passed judgment. I explained it was that way when I bought it. They are still wrapped in plastic even. She tells me she will exhange the one but not the other. She never took accountability for the fact that AT Home has poor quality receipts and at any retail company from Target, HomeGoods, Walmart, and Hobby Lobby except merchandise exchanges with no receipt. She continues to be condescending pointing out she has remained calm to which I think yes honey....I know you don't actually care if I leave happy or not! Being calm equal no passion nor a give a damn about your brand, company and integrity. Emotionless and calm are honestly more insulting. Tired of playing stoic she continues to return just the one lamp shade. Again only half ass resolving my issue I said screw it! I'm not a corporation with millions of dollars, but the exchange meant I had to carry home more of your product and heaven Forbid I be unsatisfied! I have spent close to $1500 this company this year alone at the Snellville and Norcross locations. I manage two stores that I decorate seasonally and for clients homes. I will gladly shop elsewhere. I will display them in my store with ur price tag and a sign letting my clients know to spend money elsewhere and that $18 will cost you far more! Stick to your policies, cause in business even a satisfied customer isn't as valuable as a loyal customer. And now I'm a loyal dissatisfied customer. Clearly ur business model failed once as garden ridge, putting gray lipstick on the pig doesn't make it better! This will be sent to every person I know on social media and this is a small community and word travels quick! Buyers BEWARE. They don't stand behind their products and are a money pit not an investment ! Share if you have had similar experiences!

This is the same thing they do here. Books piled up on top of one another, aisles extremely cramped with shelves overflowing from a an abyss of junk. The furniture was just kinda pushed tightly to the side. The chair I was interested in had a bleach stain and they still wanted regular price. I have a small dog and wanted to look at dog beds but they were all clustered and buckling and jutting out from the shelf you wouldn't even walk down the aisle without getting swallowed up by the disarray. There is a slight odor in this store as well. Sweet and musky is what it reminds me of. I wouldn't stop by this location if I were you. Drive further out!

    First time at this location! The store hours changed due to COVID-19 . They close at 7PM vs 9:30…read morePM At this time they're restocking the shelves. Some of the shelves are completely bare. A lot of nice decor for your home or office. Long lines but moving quickly. Social distancing is strictly enforced. Staff is required to wear masks and gloves. Most customers had on masks you would think everyone did but not so. Overall interior of the store was clean. Staff were putting out new merchandise as we shopped. Boxes were placed out the aisles. Cashiers were excited to be back! . All were smiling and eager to help. If you're in the area, check out this location. You won't be disappointed

    This Ross location was pretty busy for a Monday. At first there were only two cashiers, but…read moreeventually two more came out. When I got called to the register, my grandbaby had a candy bar that still needed to be scanned. She was getting fussy, so I gave it to her to help calm her down. I simply asked the cashier if she had a handheld scanner so the candy could be scanned while my grandbaby was holding it. Instead of just answering yes or no, she replied with attitude and said, "The world ain't going to treat her like you do, and she ain't going to die if you take the candy from her." Then after I finally took the candy from my fussy grandbaby, she picked up the handheld scanner attached to the register anyway. The whole interaction was rude and unnecessary. I didn't ask for parenting advice -- I asked a simple question that only required a yes or no answer. Sometimes people need to learn how to stay in their lane. Judge and raise your own children, not mine.
