There was a sale , buy two, get one free. I spent $66 on three items, well really two. I still have not worn two of the pieces that I purchased. I entered in a raffle and a week later I got a call from the owner saying that I won. I wasn't able to find the receipt. Thinking that me showing that I purchased something from there (back transactions) and with the owner remembering me, I still wasn't able to claim the prize, sadly. (I personally would've done something else for my customers) I will remember the next time! Overall, it's a cute, "higher end" thrift store.

I even nabbed a pair of jeans there yesterday. The same brand (Celebrity Pink) is available for purchase online at Macy's and Belk for a lot more $. Much of the plus size tops are solid colored, but that's perfect for me. They do usually have a few cute prints but I prefer pairing solids with a cute scarf. As a plus size woman, finding this place was such a blessing. Sooooo many retailers sell clothes that just don't make sense for plus size women. Places like Torrid and Lane Bryant charge a fortune for the same quality clothes. My teenager loves this store too. Between the two of us, we have tons of clothes that have lasted a long time. Most of their leggings are par with lularoe and over half the price. They have a huge selection of medium/big cheer bows for like $2-3. I could live without the jewelry section. It's just not my style. Cute but not me.

Have you ever gone on a blind date with very high expectations only to have them dashed the moment…read more you meet in person? The pictures looked great... even the phone conversation went well. The chemistry is palpable, and it almost feels as though the two of you are already dating! Meeting up is just going to be a formality! And then the big day comes.... and all of that excitement vanishes the moment you meet up. Somehow there is no chemistry... and the conversation falls flat. That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I've seen countless commercials advertising this store, and have always imagined shopping nirvana when the two of us met. I thought this would be a match made in heaven! I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. For now, I'm going to give them three stars and hope for the best. I'm hoping this love story will still have a happy ending.
