Places like Torrid and Lane Bryant charge a fortune for the same quality clothes. My teenager loves this store too. Between the two of us, we have tons of clothes that have lasted a long time. Most of their leggings are par with lularoe and over half the price. They have a huge selection of medium/big cheer bows for like $2-3. I could live without the jewelry section. Thinking that me showing that I purchased something from there (back transactions) and with the owner remembering me, I still wasn't able to claim the prize, sadly. However, the issue arose when my dress was ready and I left it at the store to be steamed and delivered on my wedding day. This was a perk that was explained to my mother, my sister, and me when I initially tried the dress on. But, to my surprise, I received a call a few days before my wedding day, and they informed me that the store doesn't offer professional steaming or delivery. I was shocked, frustrated, and disappointed that we had been lied to in such a distasteful fashion. With only a few days left before my wedding, I didn't have the mental or emotional energy to deal with this let-down. My sister and mother were also upset at having been put in such a tight situation with only hours before the wedding day. We had expected what we were told: that the store would steam my dress and even deliver it on my wedding day so that it would be one less thing for us to worry about. I believe in good business, especially when thousands of dollars are being spent. I will not be making any further purchases from this store. While the dresses are beautiful, I cannot tolerate dishonest sales practices and unfulfilled promises.

As I entered, I noticed two associates deep in conversation, completely ignoring customers--no greeting, no offer to help. They continued chatting for what felt like forever, and I eventually had to approach them myself. I asked if they still did measurements, and instead of assisting me, the girl I spoke to simply pointed to another associate holding a measuring tape. The second associate stretched out her arm to pass the tape over, and I couldn't help but comment--was no one actually going to assist me properly? Without taking me to a fitting room or offering any guidance, the associate with the tape quickly measured me--over my thick clothing--and immediately shouted out a size that made no sense: 40DD. I'm a petite, 5-foot-tall person, and both my husband and I questioned her. She insisted that was my size, with no further explanation or effort to ensure accuracy. Since when did customer service decline so much? In the past, measurements were done properly, with care and attention. I had planned to buy not just one, but four bras--price wasn't an issue, as I've always been a loyal VS customer. But after this experience, I won't be spending a single cent here. We did end up standing in the line but it went pretty quick. Very organized where they announce the next available register number so when it's your turn you can proceed to the register they called. Plexiglass up at the registers and they are sterilizing the carts when you leave. Greeter at the door that's responsible for the cart cleaning. They have pickup available as well. Be sure to check to see if any coupons to save more. Also having Kohl's cash so check out how to earn that. Join their rewards program to earn points and coupons.
