My proposal was very detailed and from the very first phone call I made to the owner to the time I actually proposed, the entire staff at Hemline went above and beyond to make my day super special. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would strongly advise against shopping here…read more They will say whatever it takes to make a sale, including assuring you that a dress can be altered when it simply cannot. Instead of offering a real solution, we were told to use body tape--which is unacceptable when you're spending $500-$1,500 on a dress. To make matters worse, our daughter has severe skin allergies, so body tape is not even an option for her. When I raised these concerns, the person claiming to be the owner responded with, "not my problem." They refused to accept a return, even though we had the dress for less than 30 minutes and immediately took it to an independent alteration specialist--something their own salesperson suggested, noting their in-house alterations were "very expensive." Even their own alteration person later confirmed the dress was not suitable for our daughter. We had originally been told that if this were the case, a refund would be issued. That turned out to be completely false. Instead, we were once again told to "use body tape." Now we're left with an $800 dress that cannot be worn. I recommend staying away. Also, take the time to research the ownership--because the person I spoke with on the phone misrepresented who they were. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have been shopping at Kohl's for a long time now…read more Their sales can be pretty good. So when we needed luggage I came here first to look at their selection. In general and in a word... pathetic! Very little selection of anything good, wild colors of what they did have, and not much in the way of matching sets. Really what they had was the cheap stuff or odds and ends. I really didn't want a suit case that wouldn't roll after a use or two... heck I already have 3 of those. Basically this place was zero help. I had to move on and look else where. I still like kohl's for inexpensive clothes, shoes and house hold items but for luggage... well gotta head on out.

The clothes follow a one-size fits all approach which doesn't work in its favor. I'd be content with clothes that are actually my size. Please also use fabrics that allow your skin to breathe and can be washed in a washing machine with warm water.
