What can I say? I had previously called, twice, about being put on a notification list for a…read morecertain bag. When I saw the bag on their Instagram account, twice, I was upset I was not notified. Airee, the owner, went above and beyond for me. Airee called me herself and explained the situation and apologized. She then found me the (rare, discontinued) bag I wanted within one week. She personally texted me photos to let me know she had exactly what I was looking for. Needless to say, Airee's excellent resources and customer service went above and beyond. I am out of the country right now, but cannot wait to come back to the states and get my new (to me) bag. Thank you, Airee!!

Epiphany has been my favorite store for the 4 years I've lived in Athens. Every time my mom comes…read moreup we make sure it's on our list of places to go. The ambiance is amazing and the layout and decorations are constantly changing, giving it a new feeling every time. However, I went in yesterday and I was so disappointed that out of all the workers, only one was wearing a mask (and she was wearing it below her chin, so not even wearing it). Even the owner's daughter was not wearing one. Athens has a mask mandate, and in the midst of COVID it was EXTREMELY disappointing to see Epiphany not taking the health of both their workers and customers seriously. I'm not going to take stars off because I want people to support this local business, but I hope the owners see this and make a mask mandate inside their store. I know for me personally I will not be back in until masks are required for employees.
