Went to the Altamonte Mall, I was turned away. I came to this location after being sent to 3 AT&T stores, the two gentlemen saved me a lot of trouble and solved my problems. Thank you guys for caring! read more

Just downright mean and uncaring, no effort at all to even try to fix my problem, which the manager Michelle agreed was ATT's fault. Just told me to call the 800 number. Associate working with another customer kept attempting to intervene and became very irate and snappy and rude, no appreciation for a decades-long user nor any compassion whatsoever. Just Awful. Leaving ATT and switching to spectrum. read more

My daughter and I went to this store today, Jan 4, 2026 in the late afternoon, but well before closing time. The first associate was busy with another couple, and we were next. After about 10-minutes a female associate walked into the showroom from the back, wiping her mouth as if she just ate. She was lethargic, inattentive, and couldn't comprehend why we were there. She took my license to scan, and then talked on her phone to someone else. When I asked for my license back, she said it was their policy to keep my ID until after the transaction. I explained that our transaction was over, and after insisting that she return my license, she finally did. We left, and went to the Cranes Roost store, where we received excellent service and exchanged two phones. The associate there explained that it certainly wasn't their policy to keep my ID, just to scan it to prevent fraud and protect my account. This made sense. I will avoid the Jamestown store at all costs. Very strange and unsettling experience. My daughter was in the process of texting me to let me know she was uncomfortable with the associate just prior to my cancelling the visit, so this was not just a matter of a misunderstanding. This was a matter of very poor performance by someone who, if she were working for me, would be fired immediately. read more

Manager and sales associates are deceptive and will absolutely lie to your face about promotions (including telling you their store has a special promotion when it doesn't) and will misrepresent terms of general promotions even when asked directly for clarification. They added fees for "upgrades" without my consent (AT&T Protect Advantage and AT&T Next) even though I specifically asked them NOT to add those features. When approached about the fraudulent sales tactics and blatant lies after reviewing the bill, the store manager literally told us that he didn't care because "AT&T would have to pay for it" and not them. Yikes! Obviously, this is the type of store/management that will do anything and everything to increase their sale quotas, with absolutely no accountability from AT&T corporate. I upgraded my phone, added a second line with new phone, and added AT&T Internet Air that day. As a customer of at least 15 years, I've upgraded my device/plan in stores before and this is the only location that absolutely lied about everything they were doing on the account. At the very least, go to a different store or complete your transaction online. I personally would probably go with a different carrier altogether at this point. Not worth the hassle. If AT&T won't hold their retail locations accountable, then I have to assume they endorse it. I could probably find a better deal elsewhere anyways. All three associates that helped me yesterday went above and beyond. Jennifer, Jannely, and Crystalyn were extremely helpful and courteous. They made sure all my devices were correct and working right before I left the store. I made a mistake and they had no problem taking care of it even though they didn't have too. I highly recommend the Jamestown Location ! read more

had an amazing conversation with Jayden and the knowledge he had for me was astronomical I am so blessed that I can finally call the store and you have an employee that takes the time to talk to you and explain to you and listen to you of what you're trying to do and help you get everything taken care of so thank you so much for having such an amazing employee read more

Hey guys I didn't go to any store it was over the phone so just watch your bill and watch your money ... AT&T put me on auto pay somehow took the money out of my account without telling me I overdraft I started yelling about the money coming out so after it was already paid for they put it back into my bank account so now the bank thinks that that was fraud I have an overdraft fee because I didn't have the money at the time and AT&T won't do anything for me and they still expect me to pay the 80 something dollars for my bill after they messed everything up read more

Steve is absolutely fantastic! We went to his store (the location in Jamestown plaza) later in the day and you would expect that someone would be ready to leave and trying to push us out the door but Steve took his time, walked us through everything and we ended up walking out with so many things for such great prices. We went to the location by the Altamonte Mall and had a completely horrible experience so it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Steve. Thank you so much and we'll come back to this location for anything we need! read more

I went here at the beginning of the month to purchase a new phone,Galaxy s6 edge. So I already knew what size, color and plan I was gonna get. The lady helping me was asking the right questions and being helpful, but because I didn't want to do the "next plan" the manager got involved. He literally was arguing with me because I didn't want to it. To find out they didn't even have the phone to sell me either, it would've be mailed to me. So, I just asked her to cancel the process and I'd just go to somewhere else. Then another gentleman steps in and starts writing down all these number to show me it'll be cheaper (I had budgeted everything before I even came to the store). I said no thank you, but he didn't stop trying to explain it to me. I'm sure he had a point but they didn't actually have the phone. I eventually got the phone at the att store in Lake Mary. Today I went back just to buy a cell phone charger, it was the closest store. My plan has benefits through the government so I get 50% off all accessories. The gentleman, Marcus, at the Lake Mary store informed me of this when I bought the case. Anyways the gentleman at this location grabbed all the stuff I was getting and carried it to the counter for me. Unfortunately they can't do any discounts through my plan or anything. When I asked why, he said that store wasn't authorized to do so. So I don't understand the point of this location. read more

This location should be de-authorized as an authorized att retailer. I went to this location to purchase a new iPhone. After an hour I was told that their system was down and they were unable to complete my upgrade...(which I later found was false from the corporate store located in Altamonte). They told me to come back the next morning and they would be able to upgrade my device. I arrive at opening and was told that I would need another lines device in order to upgrade (which was also false when informed by the corporate store). I really do not write reviews, but these employees do not have the proper training. There is no point in this location if the employees do not properly do their job. FYI go to the altamonte att location it's only 10 minutes away and employees will actually solve your issues! read more

Walked in with two toddlers and Jannely associate did not say two words to us. It was very awkward trying to keep them busy for 15 mins while not being helped. I had to leave without any service read more

This review is not for specific store is about customer service center, today I called them looking for help because every month I received a statement to pay and also in my roof I had a disk and I am not a customer, I was just trying to inform them but they Refused to talk to me because I am not a customer. WOW that supervisor doesn't have any idea how to handle any situation. A professional employee should listen to any person no matter what. Any way GREAT experience NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH at&t. read more

I'm very surprised and disappointed to see all the negative reviews. I've been to this store numerous times for help and they have all been extremely courteous and helpful especially Angelika. Probably the best experience I have had in a very long time at an AT&T store. Thank you for helping me with my plan and service. I love my new phone and it really made my life a lot easier. Stop by this store for exceptional service. read more

We live on the area, and wanted to visit here today to add another line. I called twice to check on the opening hours today. Both times, it said thank you for calling your AT&T store and that all calls are recorded. Then it hung up. Twice! Imagine a phone company doing that. I do not think I will go here, just stay with the Shop near Altamonte mall! Disappointed, and haven't even visited there yet! read more

One of the worst sales experience I've ever had. We were greeted by Fernando, and that's where it all began. He lacked professionalism, and had a condescending tone. I felt like he expected us to know everything there's to know about iPhones. He didn't feel the need to ask us any questions until we told him what we wanted. He tried to up sell us on iPads numerous times, even after we turned it down. Then he told us that they had a BOGO offer for a case and screen protector. Well after he rung it up and gave us the total we quickly realized that that wasn't the case. He then corrected himself and said that we could get both for the price of a otter box. I will never go back to that store... should've driven a few more miles to the corporate store in altamonte springs. read more

Patronizing, unprofessional Today at 1:30 PM I entered this at&t retail store secondary to an S8 issue I was experiencing. I was unsatisfied with the product I had recently purchased and wanted to exchange it. The touch screen on my device was not responding and the slow response time affected my ability to reply to messages or dial a phone number. It was very annoying and frustrating to me. This phone was not working to the level of expectation or as well as my previous Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone. I waited about 45 minutes until I was able to speak to an at&t representative. Fernando started to ask what he could help me with. I explained my issue and informed him I would like to change my phone. Fernando replied, "Big man" I hear what your issues are, but they are more of a user error than a system error. I showed him the slow and nonresponse to my commands with my finger. He replied I could change out your phone, but I will have to charge you a $45 restock fee. I explained to him after recovering from the term "Big man" and stated I am having issues with the phone and it is not performing the way it was advertised or explained to me. Mr. Fernando then stated it is because I have a glass screen on my phone and there is little he can do since I signed and purchased the phone. This is an item sold to me by at&t to protect my phone. I told Mr. Fernando that the side effects of the screen were not explained to me before I bought the system and my wife was not experiencing the same issue with her S8 plus device. He then stood quite staring at me, Mr. Fernando explained that he felt I was experiencing buyer's remorse. I saw then that he was not going to be able to help me and asked to speak to his manager about my issue. To which his reply was that he was the manager and I was only going to be able to talk to him. My wife arrived in the store and seeing how peeved I was asked for a solution to fixing my phone. Mr. Fernando insisted at this point that my issues would be resolved if I changed the sensitivity on my phone. Which was not an easy task and one that would take him several youtube videos and 40 minutes? The change did little to fix my issues. Finally when I left feeling like there was no resolution to my problem Fernando looks at me and says "sorry for having to be so blunt with you." Never once did this sale associate apologize for the experience I was having, nor did he seem interested in making a customer satisfied, this experience left me feeling patronized and insignificant. I will not be going to this store again and will contact at&t corporate office with complaints of my visit to this store on mothers day. read more
