if i could leave less than one start i would! when i came in to purchase a new item there was no other customers in the store. the associate who was watching a movie on her phone never acknowledged us. Why, because she was watching a movie on her phone. after interrupting her movie, she helped us. when i returned to pick up the item i ordered there was only one associate working and a line of people needing help. The associate was too busy upselling to care about all the customers waiting. it's sad that retail has come to this. from reading all the other reviews it's par for the course for this location. Came back to the AT&T store and the sale rep Dallas assisted me with the issue, and was more than helpful , he contacted AT&T billing for me and went beyond what I felt should have been his job, and resolved my billing mistake that I wasn't able to resolve on my own. Worst customer service! I've been here 3 times in the past week. I have used the sign in que & waited patiently as each person coming behind me, skips me! It's very rude and quite frankly unprofessional. This is why so many people HATE going here. Not one competent person is available. When I asked the guy why I have been skipped so much? Transferred from T-Mobile to ATT and it's the worst transition I could've done. My phone didn't work that they gave me. They told me I was insured on my watch and I'm not. I have fees that weren't talked about. Due to the issue with my phone I was told I would be given a credit and there's no credit. They misspelled the word "gmail" on my email and I've been on the phone with att for over two hours trying to rectify something so simple. On top of this I received excess charges that were never discussed. I should've stayed with T-Mobile. Pretty much all the negative reviews about this location are true. read more

I switched my services over to AT&T after being with Verizon for 10 plus years. They team there did not seem like they were eager or wanting to even be there. On my first bill I was overcharged 200 plus dollars because they didn't take off the line they made a mistake on the first time. I was told I would get my gift cards for joint after 14 days well it's been almost 2 months and I still have not received them because it looks like they are still "processing." Also I was not notified that my first bill would be a month and a half put together. I have done customer service for over 10 years and this has probably been some of the worst I have ever had! Worst service imaginable! We moved to a new apartment in Allen, TX 2 weeks ago and got AT&T internet installed. A technician came and set up their modem 5 days ago. As it stands, the internet doesn't work! The modem doesn't work! The AT&T personal account doesn't work! Trying to resolve the issue through the call center is hours of wasted time! None of the special bonuses mentioned on the website for the first connection work--forget about it! And to top it all off, we went to the store in Allen to personally resolve the issue with the company rep, who kept telling us to call the call center (which does nothing), and after asking him "Then why are you here if I can't resolve anything through you?", he literally told me "GET OUT"!! I'm not exaggerating! I've lived in two countries on two continents, traveled half the world, but never in my life have I seen a company tell a new customer within 2 weeks of service--"GET OUT"!!! read more

Stay away from this place...I'm happy with the att service but the people running this store are scammers I transferred several lines from t mobile to att and I was given a reasonable price, well they managed to split the account in two instead of one and ended up paying more than double on my monthly bill After several calls and visits to the store, I was always given the same answer: don't worry, we will fix it. 5 months later and nothing I went to another att store and they fixed my problem in minutes!!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! I was straight up swindled today. I was told I would save hundreds by trading in my current phone for the new iPhone. I was told it would be around $170 dollars, a 30 dollar activation fee, and $17 a month insurance. I was never told the new phone would be financed. I was never asked how much I want to pay a month so now I am stuck with 36 months of payments. I was never told the actual price is $1,099. That's not even any savings if I'm turning in my phone?? The whole experience I had was a complete lie. I am truly shocked and I never would have expected straight negligence. I'm fairly certain the employee's name is Reese(? DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! **McDermott next to Tom Thumb.** I went there to start a family plan looking for new 5G phones but they tried to sell me Galaxy A12 4G phones when I specifically asked for 5. I should have known this was going wrong with that incident especially when the guy smelled like pot but gave them the benefit of doubt. The only reason I knew they were 4G was because they didnt have many phone cases so I looked it up on Amazon. If I hadn't looked I never would have known. When I asked about it they said, "oh yeah, sorry" Then they said my four Galaxy A32 5G had to be ordered because they didn't have any in the store. It took a full week to get them. It took hours for this conversation to happen and take place. **One week later** I had to call them to find out if the phones were there even though they said they would. Once I finally got the phones they said I could keep my old number but because they set up everything wrong I was never able to port my old number. I could not get my new phone to work so I took it to another location. Thank goodness I went to this location because they are the ones that told me how scammed I got over at the McDermott location next to Tom Thumb. McDermott location had set me up on the most expensive business account NOT personal they had but told me I was paying for the personal for $30 per line. They added insurance on my phones which I never asked for, they charged a phone I had to pay in full telling me I had to pay that day to get this great deal but come to find out it was because of the business account they had set me up without my knowledge or consent. Oh and I ordered 4 phones, it said all 4 phones were delivered but they only had 3 there and gave me the demo for the fourth phone?? Where did the 4th phone go?? If I had to guess they stole it. Made an appointment today to get this whole messed clean up so hopefully they can fix this! I feel so disappointed, I'm so angry and dont want anyone else have to go through this. If it happened to me it can happen to you. I trust when I go into a store they will help me and set me up the way I asked and need. THEY DID NOT, instead took advantage of me and lied to make more money on their sell. It would have cost more than $500 dollars the first bill instead of the $150 they promised. read more

This att store has great customer service and very friendly staff. They were able to help me get a new iPhone and helped me pick out a good case and they put a screen protector on it for me. They also transferred my contacts and pictures and videos for me. I would recommend coming here for any help or services you need!
