Came here to buy an iphone 7 but received very poor and lazy customer service, there were 3 guys, 1 was doing his job, 1 was dirty bearded with boogers on his nose and was too lazy to answer my questions just standing up there waiting for who knows who. He made me feel that I need to get out of that store and that I wasn't welcome. Wouldn't come back to this store again. read more

Worst customer service ever. Stood at counter for 30 mins while manager walks by and no one ask if i can be helped. Customers are walking in and out of the place ready to buy products but arent even acknowledged either so they just all leave. I unfortunately have to wait to transfer my fone info from one to another or else i be gone too. Save ur time and get better service somewhere else like the mall. read more

I've been to this store previously and it wasn't great, but I've noticed they've got all new staff in there who all seem really friendly and helpful. My most experience going to this store to get a new phone was fantastic, hands down the best service I have received from AT&T! The new manager and other staff all seemed like they liked being there and wanted to help you, it was very refreshing compared to my other visits. read more

The worst AT&T on the planet!. Went in to exchange my phone. Clerk took my old phone and box and came out and gave me just the new phone no box. I was in a rush and forgot that I had given him my OLD box with my charger etc. When I got back to my office called in and no one answered at this location. I must have called about 10x with no answer at all. So I called customer service that told me that I would be able to go pick up the box the following morning. I got there and there was NO BOX to be found. Seems that this employee took it on himself to take the box home (AKA STEAL THE BOX, CHARGER ETC) No one knew anything about my box and the guy that stole it was not there. No one would do anything for me. Had to buy a NEW charger while I was there for over $30. This location needs to be shut down or at least all the managers and employees fired. Used to be a good store when it was cellular one but not now. AVOID this store read more

Everyone with a cellphone knows the kind of torture adding lines, upgrading phones, and changing service plans can be, on Sunday October, 6 2013 I entered this AT&T store to do all of the above and more, having already had phone lines and 1 data line I decided it was time to add 2 more, I found out I can save money with a business account so being a business owner I opened a new business account, bought 2 new phones, transferred service off one of the new phones to an older phone for my daughter, transferred my preexisting service onto the new phone, transferred (without losing and phone numbers) 6 lines of service from my wife's personal plan to my business account, then changed our plan on 2 of the lines putting them into a shared plan with the two new lines of service, and accomplished all of this in less than an hour without losing AT&T's signature unlimited data plan on my other 4 lines, those of you who still have unlimited know exactly what I'm talking about! I'm truly grateful that we worked with the sales rep named Avi, he had a great sense of humor and knew exactly what he was doing, Avi made our visit quick, painless, and rather enjoyable, lastly I'd like to thank AT&T for being number 1, AT&T provides the best cell service in the country, I travel coast to coast for my job and I've had other providers, AT&T is the best, fastest, and most focused when it comes to cellphone coverage, they know what we need! Spoke to an AT&T customer service representative for over an hour via phone about switching my personal number through AT&T to a business line. The representative stated he wanted to jump off a bridge when he thought the line was disconnected. When I went into this location I spoke to a nice lady and man who seemed less stressed about my simple request. I was in that AT&T location for over an hour and a half. I purchased 2 iPhones and after an hour plus these lines still were not working. I was told to turn phone off for 30 minutes and turn back on. I waited over an hour before I touched phone. When I got home I had to call into AT&T a try to understand where everyone went wrong. The line was still attached to my personal account. I started this phone mission at 1pm and had to speak to 3 different representatives throughout the day to have a working line by 10pm. Please note that this negative review is more towards AT&T then towards this site. It would have been more helpful if the store representative was able to realize lines weren't successfully restored before we left the store. A read more
