I had serious problems trying to transfer service from AT&T to Verizon. I started online and they never sent the SIM card after paying overnight. AT&T are real piece of work, they would not help me leave that service after 10+ service ( this is another review, I digress) I went to this location and Kris helped me out. He sorted me out and even provided the SIM card on the house. It was the customer service aspect that was impressive. He completely turned my perception of Verizon around and was glad I switched over! Go see Kris, he will sort you out. read more

I came in to upgrade my phone with my free upgrade. I chose the Droid razor M which is $100 after a $50 rebate. I told the sales associate that this phone was only $50 at stuyvesant plaza. I was told it must have been an older model and I don't want to upgrade to a year and a half old phone (which is obviously true). I upgraded my phone and bought a case overall costing me $203 plus a $30 charge to my account, this is all before the $50 rebate. I called the verizon store in clifton park because I wanted to return the case and i was in clifton park, but wasn't sure if they would take it because it was from malta. I spoke to a sales associate and he told me i was only able to return it at malta because it was a privately owned store. I asked how much the razor m was, just to make sure I didn't overpay, the razor m at clifton park was $50 after mail in rebate. I immediately went back to malta and tried to return everything I had purchased. I was told I would be charged a $35 restocking fee for the phone and a $10 restocking fee for the case, but i could keep the screen protector that came with the case or they could refund me $35 out of the $50 i would have saved in clifton park and $24 for the case, this is the option i chose. I learned a lesson, but i would never shop here again. If you choose to shop here I would investigate other verizon sellers first to make sure you're not overpaying. I will say that the man who helped me the second time was very kind. read more

I have been to this Verizon store on several occasions this week and the service and support has been excellent! My daughter needed a new phone and I wanted a new Apple Watch and the sales staff were very helpful and informative for both. I also had to return because my new watch would not recognize my Verizon account and the staff did an excellent job identifying the problem and correcting it. read more

I was suprised to see how this store received so many great reviews on Google. The store has a limited amount of merchandise available. I was looking for an affordable phone. I was informed by a Store Sales Agent, they had a limited amount of equipment, and that an actual Verizon Store would have a larger amount of Phones, available. I also had an appointment with a Sales agent who promised she would work on getting me a free month off my bill, but when I couldnt get a hold of her for 2 weeks, I decided to come in, and I was basically told me No, by another sales agent. read more

I went in with 2 new phones, that I had purchased retail. I have a old unlimited data plan I don't want to give up so I purchase my own phones and just transfer numbers. I needed to add a New data plan to one of the phones and transfer the number. The other phone was just a transfer of the number and insert the 4GLTE Sim card. Very easy to do you would think. After about a half hour I left with my 2 phones and was told that I signed the data plan for the one phone that I needed the data plan on. Ok I wasaware of that. The next morning I was recieving emails from Verizon thanking me for my business and the new contract and new phone with its 2 gig data plan..WTF....I called Verizon and was told I signed a new contract at the Malta store. Well it took amost 4 hours on the phone with Verizon and ths Malta store to get everything sorted out. All because of an employee that was being less than honest. The moral of this story is read and question everything at these places, they are on commission and they don't give a crap about you, check your contract on line the next day. I have moved from the area so I won't be going back anyway but consider dealing with another store or Verizon on line. read more

Excellent Service - Better then the corporate store. I have been a verizon customer for decades. This same day I walked out of the Corporate store feeling the frustration everyone feels when a rep tries to sell you. At my son's recommendation I tried the Malta Verizon store. I received assistance from a very knowledgeable rep who gave me his actual cell number if I had problems. He gave me excellent training and his examples allowed me to seek new ideas to be more effective/efficient in my choices. ( I will always spend more money when I am actually getting knowledgeable assistance I can trust.) Service is above and beyond what I receive from the typical corporate store employee and he also found some cost savings that the corporate store employee did not seek out. read more

Purchased two phones from this store on 2/16/14 and both were entitled to rebates, $200 and $50. The salesman, Max filled out all of the paper work for me including addressing the envelopes so all I had to do was cut the UPC's off of the boxes and mail them in. Well, he filled out the paperwork incorrectly and one of the rebates was rejected (the $200 rebate) because he used the same phone number for both rebates. I went back to the store the day after I bought the phone and I was asking questions about the rebate. There was a salesman there who I was talking to and he was very rude, so sorry I did not get his name. He could not have been more disinterested in my questions as he was online doing something. Also, after I bought the phone I was having trouble with it while I was out of town and when I called the store for help, I spoke to Rita and she was very rude. I would not recommend this store, I only went there because it is close to my home. Called the store again today and my salesman was not in but I spoke to Rita. I explained to her what happened with the rebate and that they should be more careful when filling out the paperwork. She told me that they fill out the paperwork "as a courtesy" and that I should call Verizon and straighten it out. My feeling is that if they fill out the paperwork, I should not have to call about the rebate because of their mistake. I just tried to explain that they should be more careful and pay attention to details. She would not listen and kept interrupting me so I hung up on her. She is just RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!! I called Verizon to inquire about the rejected rebate and after about a half hour on the phone, they corrected everything and are pushing through the rebate for $200 using a combination of my two phone numbers. I will have to wait another two weeks to see if it is accepted. read more

Wow was I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Verizon store and found Tina. She took the time to teach me things about my phone that I didn't think were possible.
