I was in a panic; my whole "life" is stored on that computer! A friend of my husbands had just experienced a computer issue and highly recommended Brick Row Computers to us. The personalized attention I received was incomparable to that I have ever experienced - with Any other company. I was surprised to be put in touch with Joe, the owner, immediately. He said he would be happy to drive to my house to fix problem but he first asked if I would like him to instruct me and see if it was something I would be able to fix. Joe spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me, giving me step-by-step directions on how to execute this problem. All thanks to his patience and instructions, I was able to fix this problem myself! Joe even called me back a few days later to make sure my computer was running OK. I have since purchased two machines, a PC and a laptop for my daughter's college, and just could not be happier with Brick Row's results. When I purchased a computer - they came and set it up, downloaded programs, put in my information - made sure we understood how to use everything. These are things companies just don't usually offer. The Brick Row Computer team is hands-down the most knowledgeable, fair, patient and reasonable computer technicians and sales company we have ever dealt with. Brick Row does business the right way. Thanks so much, Joe, for your help and for providing our community with a company that has such incredible values and is as well rounded and experienced as Brick Row. Robbie

So, Corbin's and his staff's work and attitude leave you satisfied. Very pleasant - professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Hours, decent, too. Price good. I could have done without the extra days of waiting -- but that's just me -- NOT the business. Phone was READY when they said (go figure! Who does that, now?)

I'm glad I went with cell phone fixer instead of taking it to T-Mobile who more than likely would have just completely wiped it clean. Highly recommend!

He was wonderful and told me not to worry about it that he would be there for us when we were ready. He WAS!!! We called on a Sunday and he met my husband and was able to repair my son's computer in about 4 hours. He was kind and didn't take advantage of our lack of knowledge regarding computer repair. His rates were very reasonable and I would highly recommend Eyemax for anyone experiencing computer problems. I will definitely use them again if I should encounter any problems in the future.
