I met Chrissy about 9 years ago when I was looking for a florist to do my wedding. I knew All About Flowers was the place and Chrissy was my girl to do the job from the beginning. Unfortunately shortly after my finance suddenly passed and our special day never happened. Through the years Chrissy and I stayed in touch even becoming friends on facebook. This week I reached out to her regarding some center pieces I was making. I needed some flowers and without hesitation she told me to come in. She welcomed me with a big smile, warm hug and a huge bucket of roses. It meant so much and thanks to her beautiful flowers they turned out amazing. Although the circumstance of how we met aren't ideal I am thankful for the relationship with Chrissy and her shop. read more

I made a purchase via 1800 Flowers, and the delivered product was not of the equal value. I called 1-800 Flowers and asked for a partial refund. They agreed to the refund. Kris at All About Flowers called me and told me I had to return the flower to them because 1800 Flowers didn't pay them. Sorry, it's your contract with 1800Flowers. If you cannot deliver on the Goods and Services, you should not be in business with the vendor. After reviewing other yelp posts, looks All About Flowers has a poor relationship with 1-800Flowers. and a poor product line. read more

Contacted 1800flowers for a replacement for the next day and the replacement said "delivered" but was never received. Pictures of original arrangement with missing centerpiece included. Every year, twice a year, I call All About Flowers from New York City to get flowers for my mother (birthday and Mother's Day). I am asked how much I want to spend, I tell them, and I ask that some of the flowers smell nice & some last a long time. Those are my only two requirements. And every time, my mother is stunned at how amazing they do with the arrangement. This has now been going on for over a decade, and my mother is always overjoyed with the arrangements. I only see them after the fact, I trust them, and they are indeed beautiful. There was one time that the delivery driver could not find my parent's address (and honestly, the house is hard to find). The owners went out of their way & personally delivered the flowers when the delivery person returned. I was impressed. I'm always impressed. They do great things with flowers & bring a lot of happiness to my family. I cannot recommend them more. Five stars and then some. Since I uploaded a photo, I'll say that I called 2 days before Mother's Day in 2022, knowing that I screwed up and needed to call earlier. And as I thought, they were swamped with orders. I ordered a 119.00(including delivery) worth of flowers for a friend of mind who is recovering from stroke. I thought that these flowers would brighthen up her day. Due to covid I couldn't get the flowers and take them myself because of the strict visitation rules. I entrusted that All About Flowers would get the job done but boy was I wrong. My friend husband sent me a picture of the flowers the next day and they look like that they have been there over a week or 2. The flowers were wilted and look unpresentable. 1.They were dying already. 2. They were missing the hydrangeas which she claimed she used white lilies instead because the hydrangeas weren't available. Not only it wasn't what I wanted but several flowers were missing as he said so herself. So what happen to the flowers we don't know. These flowers were delivered 6/25 and 6/26 is when I got the picture. The very next day I called and talk to Christy and she assured me that she would look into it.. She told me she had to investigate and would get back to me.. Here it is 7/9 and we haven't solved my issue. Every single time I would call to follow up her response is "I'm swamped can call you back later " and she never does. I've tried to be civil and wasn't rude at all about my complaint and it didn't get me anywhere. She hasn't tried to rectify the situation in any way. She has done nothing to solve my issue. The sad part about it is I have spent my money with them a few of times. I am so disappointed at the one time I have a problem and not one person can take care of my issue. I will never spend another dollar in there and I advise you to think twice before you do. If you cant take care of your customers than you don't need to be in business. read more

I had to give one star as, unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. An arrangement from All About Flowers (Cincinnati) was delivered to my sister's home when she was out of town. The card indicated the delivery date was to be Monday, October 30th. The flowers were delivered on Friday, October 27th. I saw the arrangement on the porch and called the florist, leaving a detailed message, asking if I could return the arrangement so they could keep it in their cooler or if they could send a new one on Monday, when my sister would be home. Their outgoing voicemail greeting indicated they would be open on Saturday at 10:00 AM. I went to the florist shop at 10:30 AM on Saturday. Although the hours on the door indicated they would open at 10:00 AM on Saturday, the store was closed. I checked their website - it also indicated that they would be open at 10:00 AM on Saturday. I left another message, asking for a call back to discuss how to resolve this situation. I have not received a call back from the florist - and my sister ended up receiving a slightly wilted arrangement when she returned home. I have found that arrangements from All About Flowers are mediocre at best and now I have discovered that their customer service is non-existent. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!! There are plenty of excellent florists in Cincinnati and this is NOT one of them. read more

Order #20370508 To: 1800flowers & All About Flowers I recently ordered a funeral arrangement which was fulfilled and delivered by All About Flowers in Cincinnati, Ohio on 9/3/20. I specifically ordered HEALING TEARS-PINK AND WHITE-LARGE because it contained PINK ROSES, the deceased's favorite flower. I was horrified by the tiny, sad and cheap (quality not cost) arrangement that arrived. The arrangement included lilies in tight green buds that had no chance of opening for the funeral and NO ROSES. The roses were replaced by dyed pink (not even real pink) carnations. I did not pay $90 for carnations! It didn't even have the container that was shown on 1800flowers website! Did All About Flowers think I wouldn't notice? I was disgusted and embarrassed in front of my family. All of the other arrangements were large and beautiful (and less expensive) than mine. I am haunted by this final tribute to my dear aunt. I am completely dissatisfied with All About Flowers. I will not use 1800flowers or All About Flowers ever again unless I receive a full refund including tax and delivery from one of you. read more

Tried to meet with this company twice to have them do my wedding flowers. Went to my first appointment and the doors were locked and lights turned off.. They forgot my first appointment and never showed up. Never even called me the next day to apologize. So I called them and after the owner was very apologetic I decided to give them a second chance. Rescheduled my appointment and drove another 35 minutes to my appointment only to have them not show up a second time. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional and would recommend looking elsewhere If I were you. read more

A little over 2 weeks ago I ordered arrangements for my mothers funeral and not only were they late, but the arrangements were sloppy, incorrect, and wilted. When I went back to complain, their doors were locked during business hours. Completely unprofessional. read more
