I needed to send flowers for a relative's funeral in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Since I live in CA, I searched Yelp for the closest florist with the best reviews & landed on Adrian Durban Florist & I'm so glad I did. The family requested that flowers be delivered to the church annex and not the church itself, which is a little unusual. The florist sent me an email requesting clarification on where to deliver the flowers. Unfortunately, I didn't see the email for a couple of days, so I called the florist & the nice woman I spoke with said she did some research & figured it all out, which was a relief to me. Their prices were very reasonable and the family was very impressed with the floral arrangement. I highly recommend Adrian Durbin Florist! read more

The plant was amazing, it fit her personality so well the flat bed truck, with the succulents. She loved it. The cost wasn't an issue. Very affordable. read more

This year, my wife asked only for a flower arrangement from a florist. In the past, she told me NOT to bother with a florist, just get her some flowers from the big box store or major grocery store. I checked online and Adrian Durbin had a lot of 4 & 5 star reviews. So, I checked them out. Nice selection, good prices, seemed like delivery was good. Ordered a small "birthday" arrangement and asked for delivery a day ahead of her birthday. When they arrived, mid-morning, she was delighted with the arrangement! Very pleased! So, yes, I'd recommend them and will probably use them again. read more

I have ordered several times from Adrian Durban using their website and they always deliver quickly with a beautiful arrangement.

Always beautiful arrangements delivered on time! They have a great selection of flowers and are reasonably priced

My selection was white roses with crystal cross to accompany my husbands urn on stand at church memorial service. Linda did a great job in seeing that the arrangement arrived on time. I compared prices with other florists and this was by far the most beautiful and affordable. Thank you for helping make a special day a memorable one. read more

Beautiful flowers! Always the prettiest arrangements. Arrive timely and flowers are fresh

I've been a fan of Adrian Durban since I lived in Cincinnati 30 years ago and I still continue to order from them for family events even though I live 2000 miles away as the floral displays are still the best in the area with the freshest flowers. read more

I ordered a planter for almost $300 for my brother in laws funeral. I thought the planter would be something nice they could keep. What I got was not $300 worth of plants. Several were tipped over and I had to rearrange the whole thing. I've use Adrian Durban in the past and always had gorgeous results. This one for a beloved family member, not so much. Disappointed. **UPDATE** I received a call from Adrian Durban's customer service manager and she was very nice to deal with. She updated my account with a credit. I told her as I mentioned in my initial review that I have successfully used this florist in the past with great results. The fact that she took time out to speak to me personally was so thoughtful. I will continue to patronize this florist because of their excellent customer care. read more

They were wonderful and so accommodating as my loved ones funeral was the day after a holiday. Can't say how much I appreciate them. Their selection is always amazing. Whenever I send flowers people are very complimentary about how the look and how long they last. I don't go anywhere else. read more

HORRIBLE customer service! I couldn't even complete my order with the "AD - Cornell Rd." shop. The woman on the phone was completely rude - and literally became sarcastic with me while trying to give her my CC info. And at that point, it was clear she had NO interest in fulfilling an order for flowers. So "Goodbye" Adrian Durban" and hello Abbey Florist....forever ! Unbelievable. read more

I was very impressed with their service and their personal touch . I called with concerns and Linda assured me that the delivery would be on time as it was and the arrangement was stunning . Thank you very much I will recommend this florist to all that I talk with. Thank you very much. read more

Adrian Durban Florist is still open for online orders, so I knew exactly where to go to get flowers for delivery in the Cincinnati area. There are a lot of options to browse on the site and the process was easy. Communication via email was very good - I received an order receipt and confirmation, as well as another email when the order was processed, and one after delivery. The bouquet was as beautiful as expected, and it arrived via contactless delivery, as specified on the website. Another great experience with this florist! read more

Wow, learning to love yourself is like learning to love friends and family around you. I immediately called the nearest florist to Mason OH. I live in Colorado Springs. The wonderful representative took my request of a Native American pot with fragrant flowers. Not only did she support my budget, but also teamed with another business to get it there today! I wanted a gorgeous arrangement for my daughter who has just had her first babies- twin girls. I spent several hours and searched numerous florist and picked an amazing arrangement from Adrian Durban. My daughter face timed me to thank me for her flowers. I said I didn't send you those they must be from someone else. No they were not. I was very upset and called right away. Linda assured me the Lilly's would bloom and be very pretty. She apologized for them forgetting to put the babies breath in and sent some to my daughter in a vase. 3 days later 1 Lilly bloomed. I am so disappointed. The flowers were not even close to what I ordered. She received a vase full of dark green leaves, dark pink roses and closed Lilly's. It was embarrassing and for $147.00 that i spent for those flowers and 2 balloons was ridiculous. read more

Adrian Durban has the nicest flowers. The arrangements are beautiful and the flowers last forever. I have used them for about fifteen years and will never use anyone else. Delivery is right on point. If there is a question about my order, they call and don't just assume what I want. It doesn't matter whether it's a birthday arrangement or a funeral arrangement; the beauty enhances any occasion. The employees are so friendly and nice to deal with. If you want the best call Adrian Durban. They have definitely earned my business for life. read more

The sympathy flowers I ordered from Linda for my son-in-law's grandfather's funeral were strikingly beautiful with red roses and a crystal cross as the focal point. Next to the spray of red roses draped over the casket, the large red rose arrangement made an elegant, graceful presence. Residing over 200 miles away, I called Adrian Durban Florists at the Main location based on their website stating the company had been in business since 1899. I expected any florist that had remained successful for over a century must be reliable and I was not disappointed. Linda was wonderful to work with over phone and guaranteed my sympathy arrangement would be created precisely as I wished. This was my first experience ordering from this florist, but it definitely will not be my family's last as my daughter and son-in-law reside in Cincinnati. I highly recommend Adrian Durban to others. read more

Was very surprised by the poor customer service and rude countenance of staff at this highly rated florist shop. Perhaps in addition to high quality florals, some customer service training is warranted. read more

Adrian Durban's purple brick building is one of the four of the flower shop's retail locations sure to catch your eye on the way to Ludlow Ave. Once you enter the premise, the smell of fresh flowers will temp you into making a purchase any day of the week. This Durban family owned business is a great way to fill your house or apartment with fresh flowers, potpourri, and seasonal decorations. They are known for their delivery services that include floral arrangements and gift ideas such as freshly baked cookies. If you're not able to make it to a Cincinnati location then you can conveniently place orders online. I do enjoy this establishment however the only complaint I have is that they are a bit overpriced. read more

This is an updated to my previous review from a few weeks ago. After leaving my feedback I was contacted by Linda from Adrian Durban apologizing for the issues I had experienced and asking for more feedback. I provided more info and she apologized that I was not satisfied but advised that I should have contacted them if I wasn't happy, I advised that at the time of recieving the flowers I was recovering from a serious illness and was unable to contact them as I was too unwell, she said understood and would be happy to provide another vase as an apology. The next day the flowers arrived and they were beautiful. 5 days later they are still going strong and are very pretty. I truly appreciate them reaching out and wanting to put the situation right. read more

Absolutely thrilled with my experience here! First of all, they have a Yelp deal which got me money off so it was a better than expected value. I LOVE saving money! I came in, on Valentines Day, to get some flowers for my wife for our first V Day as a married couple. I told the lady that I wanted two bouquets in vases, one for her work desk and one for home. I told her that my wife's favorite color is purple and that she likes tulips. In only about 5 minutes she returned with two breath taking displays that made me a hero with my wife! I've held off on writing for almost two weeks now. Two weeks. We are still looking at the flowers that the super nice florist put together for me! Great flowers, service and value. No wonder this place gets such good reviews! read more

Top florist in the city, Have sent many flowers with them and all turn our great!

Words cannot express how beautiful my florals turned out at my wedding. The designers exceeded my expectations on all the florals - even better than the images I showed them to replicate. Eileen was so professional and responsive. I made the best decision in going with Adrian Durban. To top it all off for a great lasting impression, the florals lasted well beyond a week - they truly selected the best quality there was! Thank you so much to all of the designers that had a hand in my florals!!!!! read more

What a rip off. My $85 birthday arraignment was a puny display at best. Their communication was good and they delivered fast, but the display was display was embarrassing. Maybe this is what happens when you order on line? I don't know if one would get a better product in person but I would not recommend ordering from their website. read more

I went into this place with no idea what I was doing. I was greeted with a smile by one of the very talented employees that worked there. I would defiantly go to Adrian's for your flower needs. read more

I sent my godmother flowers from Adrian Durban's after her husband had passed. I sent them to her home instead of the funeral parlor because I wanted her to have something of beauty in her home. I live out of town so I never saw the flower arrangement with crystal cross in person but I have been told not only by my parents but other friends and relatives that she adored the arrangement so much that she insisted on it being brought to the funeral parlor because of its beauty. Almost 9 months later she still mentions the arrangement and beautiful cross. The cross is truly a special keepsake to her. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful arrangement that touched my godmother so deeply. read more

ordered a corsage for Mother's Day (6 days before) to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. I paid a $12.00+ delivery fee for a total cost of $50.00 for the corsage because I wanted my mother to have the corsage to wear to church on Sunday. Saturday night before Mother's Day, I called my mother around 8pm and she hadn't received the corsage so I called the Adrian Durban Florist and the 24 hour service took my name & said they were still delivering & to call back in an hour or so if she didn't receive the corsage. I called again around 9:30pm, no corsage, took my name again & said someone would call. NO call Saturday night or delivery. I called Sunday morning & NO call back or delivery. I got a call from my mother (when she got home from church at 11:30am) that she had just received the corsage. A LITTLE LATE, don't you think? On Monday I got a call & Durban Florist offered to waive my delivery fee but not the cost of the corsage. I will NEVER purchase anything from them and I advise you to do the same. Their customer service STINKS! read more
