I was in search of a memorial garden stone and yeah it was a holiday weekend. There is one florist in my town who carries these. I went there and they were closed until the third of January. This was December 30th. So I started looking online and on Yelp to see what I could find. The florists that were near the funeral home did not have the memorial stones. I found Lutz in Cincinnati and while they do not deliver to New Richmond, Ohio they could indeed get the arrangement together for me within an hour and a half. I went in the shop and they had everything ready and I paid them and I was on my way to the funeral home in New Richmond, Ohio. I was very happy as I got the stone I wanted and also the flowers were beautiful that they put around it. I did not get a look around in the shop this time but I imagine I will seek their service again. read more

The image of the flowers with the size was misleading. I bought the medium size and for $90 (which included $10 delivery to the funeral home that they didnt disclose until charging my card) the flowers were tiny. Not the two large lilies picture in advertisements there was only one small one. Most of the filler flowers weren't daisies they were the cheap things Kroger uses to fill their bouquets. It just wasn't what the picture included. I felt it was bait and switch. Wouldn't use them again! read more

I have lived on the West side for many years. I guess I never had a reason to order flowers. My sister had a vow renewal. I wanted to surprise her with a small bouquet. The people in the shop were very friendly and easy to work with. The bouquet was ready on time and was nicely made. I wanted it to be mostly and predominantly purple as it is my sister favorite color. I was pleased but wished it did not have so many other colors. I was ordering some flowers long distance from Arizona to Ohio for a cousin. I had looked on their site and found an arrangement I thought my cousin would like. I've known about Lutz just about my entire life, having grown up on the west side. I live in NKY now but used Lutz for the first time the Friday before Easter. I wanted to send my parents a bouquet to bring them some Easter cheer since we can't be together this year. I ordered the flowers about 3 o'clock on Friday and was a little disappointed that they could not be delivered before Easter. I had ordered a couple more arrangements from florists in KY a few minutes prior to ordering from Lutz, and they were able to be delivered on Saturday. Lutz couldn't deliver til Monday, after Easter. It wasn't a huge deal and the flowers were delivered promptly Monday morning with the given instructions being followed to the letter, as my parents are older and disabled. They were fresh and arranged very nicely. So just make sure to order several days prior to desired delivery date. read more
