To say I was stunned and surprised at the quality of this arrangement is an understatement. The floral arrangement delivered bore little resemblance to the arrangement pictured and advertised…read morewhen I placed my order. After the recipient sent me a photograph of what was delivered, I contacted the florist by email and provided photographs of both the arrangement advertised and the one received. The shop's response was disappointing and defensive. Rather than addressing the obvious differences, I was told that the photographs had been taken from different angles and that the person who created the arrangement had 40 years of industry experience. I was also advised that, because I had paid for the more expensive "Deluxe" upgrade, the roses were full-sized. Neither explanation addresses the issue. First, a Deluxe upgrade should provide a noticeably larger, fuller, and more impressive arrangement--not merely serve as a justification for the selection of flowers. Second, the delivered arrangement contained three clusters of small roses and only two large roses. The overall design was haphazard, lacked structure and form, and was nowhere near the quality or appearance represented in the advertised photograph. I paid for a specific arrangement and an upgraded version of that arrangement. The florist failed to meet those expectations and, when given an opportunity to address the matter, chose to defend the result rather than acknowledge the shortcomings. Based on both the quality of the arrangement and the response to my legitimate complaint, I would not recommend this florist. Customers should be able to expect that what they order will reasonably reflect what is advertised--and that their concerns will be handled professionally when it does not.

They were highly rated on Yelp and the website was easy to navigate. Since I live in California I've found that I'm able to surprise my grandma with little things to show her I'm thinking of her and as I browsed the website I saw so many beautiful arrangements I thought she'd enjoy. I settled on the one called Mom's favorite, and whoever's mom chose this combination has great taste. I loved the combination of colors and knew my grandma would too. I completed my order online and set delivery for the next day. While I didn't receive an email or any notification on the business side that they were delivered, I did receive a text from my grandma (with an assist from my uncle) with a photo of the arrangement. She absolutely loves the flowers and the color combination and quality in person matched what was expected from the online photos. I would absolutely order from them again.

I walked in and he immediately greeted me kindly and with a warm smile. He asked me for the occasion and my price range. He began to arrange a bouquet for me based on that, but listened when I requested to add a few flowers I knew I wanted in the arrangement. After I added those I left filling it to him. He had quotes at the ready for the specific flowers I asked about. The bouquet came with a free card and envelope that he put in a pic on the arrangement. Such a wide variety of gorgeous plants. The bouquet was right within my price range, and arranged professionally. Love supporting a small local business like this! There were two parking lots right next to the strip it is located on as well as garages nearby.

I'd like to take a moment to congratulate you on your impeccable customer service and professionalism. Your personal touch, empathetic demeanor, and helpfulness turned a bad experience (with another florist) into a pleasant one. I live out of town and tried to have flowers sent to a family member's funeral. I had a terrible experience with a florist in Ft Wright (Fasslers) and ended up canceling the order last minute. I called Flowerama when they opened to see if they could help with an arrangement that needed to be a the funeral home by 10 am that day. Angie was so pleasant and helpful right off the bat. She had the arrangement made within a few mins of our phone conversation and personally oversaw the delivery. She made me feel at ease and comfortable by chatting with me for a few minutes about the experience I just had with the other florist. She even sent me a photo of the arrangement before it went out. Kudos Angie! You definitely understand the components of customer service. You gained my loyalty and I will be a returning customer for a long long time!

That way the family could split up the plants among themselves. Unfortunately, when I checked out the flowers at the funeral, there was only one flowering plant which was planted together with the rest of the plants in one basket. If there was a reason for only giving us one flowering plant and not putting each of them in individual pots, at the very least they should have called me.
