I ended up going to Bryan's to see Andy and he was extremely friendly, great customer service skills, and he listens as you explain what you want. I knew it would be original for I wanted all the hydrangeas in-house. They were white, so he said he had an idea and asked him to throw in another color, but low key to just add pop. When I arrived to pick it up, I was amazed at what he created for or new grandbaby Chase. I asked him to finish it off with a Hallmark Happiness Rainbow ornament in the shape of a heart. Owner said that new roses arrive on Mondays and to come back after 11am; they were closed. I returned on Tuesday and was asked why I didn't return the roses!? When I told her what my husband paid, she said that she did not charge that much and would need proof. I pulled up the charge on my credit card. She was clearly agitated and pulled together a bouquet with the flowers she had available. It certainly did not equate to the amount I was charged but I just wanted to get out of there. I recommended Petri's for a lady, who wanted to get some nicely done floral arrangements for a friend of hers at a hotel that I worked for recently. I first met Evelyn of Eve Floral Co at a Yelp event a couple years ago where we arranged the prettiest bouquets. Months later after getting engaged, I knew she was the one for our florals. Consultations with her were always on point and she had the most thorough invoices with all the exact details I wanted at the wedding. My bouquet was perfect. Fast forward and we've used her for a Valentines Day arrangement and an anniversary bouquet. She's been professional and so, so kind. The perfect type of Boss Lady to support in Cincy.
