I live out of town and tried to have flowers sent to a family member's funeral. I had a terrible experience with a florist in Ft Wright (Fasslers) and ended up canceling the order last minute. I called Flowerama when they opened to see if they could help with an arrangement that needed to be a the funeral home by 10 am that day. Angie was so pleasant and helpful right off the bat. She had the arrangement made within a few mins of our phone conversation and personally oversaw the delivery. She made me feel at ease and comfortable by chatting with me for a few minutes about the experience I just had with the other florist. She even sent me a photo of the arrangement before it went out. He then made contact personally by phone with a international floral service that had contacts for fulfillment in the City my sister lived in. He arranged everything even though he was not getting a direct sale. All information was passed to the International fulfillment and I am more than pleased to say the flowers arrived on time for the visitation and funeral. Consultations with her were always on point and she had the most thorough invoices with all the exact details I wanted at the wedding. My bouquet was perfect. Fast forward and we've used her for a Valentines Day arrangement and an anniversary bouquet. She's been professional and so, so kind. The perfect type of Boss Lady to support in Cincy.

I then had a call for Ken (definitely not his name) called me and offered a 15% refund with 10% coupon which I refused to accept. This company is crooked and will rob you. BBB has over 300 negative reviews about this company. Please beware and do NOT use this company. They don't send what you order; Recipients receive whatever Blossom wants to send and then offer a 10% discount but keep the balance of your money!! This is illegal and has to be stopped. I was called the day they were suppose to be delivered and informed they do not deliver to my wife's location which is approximately 20 mins away. She seemed agitated that I asked why they stopped and she told me it was because the cost of gas among other things And told me to call another florist who could accommodate me on same day delivery. Luckily I was upstairs in my office and went running downstairs. She thought we were getting "ding-dong witched". Upon answering the door the gentleman didn't even apologize for delivering so late. Many people go to bed early! Very unprofessional to deliver flowers so late especially when they were promised for day delivery during business hours. The flowers in a vase were in a water soaked box that I immediately put in our sink and let it run out. We live 5 minutes from them so no excuse! The exterior of the building is adorable. The interior is nice enough. It smells heavenly when you walk inside! The five dollar bouquets are in a bucket near the checkout counter. They are small, but it is hard to find a bouquet for five dollars, so I was pleased. However, I wanted just a little bit more added to them, so I asked if I could add a single stem or two. A handful of flowers are available for purchase by single stem for roughly $10 each. If it was for myself, I would've probably said no, but since it was for a friend's birthday, I went ahead and added another stem. All in all the experience was pretty good, I died from the fact that the girl assisting me in cashing me out, was very rushed and gave me the impression that I was an inconvenience.
