What sets their flowers from other floral businesses is that they are not just "thrown" together. They are elegant and classy. The ribbons and added touches to the flowers look sophisticated. The flowers themselves look super fresh and healthy. It's something you would see in magazines. Horrible Florist. My wife's boss ordered her a flower arrangement at 8AM and the delivery person…read morerang our doorbell at 9:30PM. My wife was sleeping on the couch and scared her to death. Luckily I was upstairs in my office and went running downstairs. She thought we were getting "ding-dong witched". Upon answering the door the gentleman didn't even apologize for delivering so late. Many people go to bed early! Very unprofessional to deliver flowers so late especially when they were promised for day delivery during business hours. The flowers in a vase were in a water soaked box that I immediately put in our sink and let it run out. We live 5 minutes from them so no excuse! Maybe they should have called us before coming or called my wife's boss to say they screwed up!

I called the day after there was no delivery and left a message asking for a refund. My Visa was charged near $100. 2 1/2 days after my order was placed l called again and spoke to the owner. She declined to refund my credit card and claims she never received the credit card payment. I sent her my email receipt and a Visa receipt from my bank with payment to her store yet she still claims she didn't receive payment. I shouldn't be responsible for accounting errors on her end. Not an honest way to do business! I will be sure to not use this business again.
