His quote was very fair and before I booked an appointment with him I wanted to check other companies to compare pricing. Very well known ZeroRes cost double the amount and was a bit pushy. (Not saying which is better because I've never used ZeroRes, I just know HutchPro was better for me.) I texted HutchPro That same Thursday night and asked the soonest he could fit me in. He said he had an opening THAT SATURDAY. Talk about speedy services, ZeroRes was gonna have me waiting a whole month! I booked it for Saturday. Now keep in mind that if you use this company the time that you book for the day can vary depending on how the jobs before you go. With that being said Robert (My cleaner from HutchPro) Notified me of this in planets of time. He was late but he was transparent with me about that leading up to his arrival. Robert was amazing and did a fantastic job! I didn't expect him to be able to get up some of the stains I had! Apart from how it looked, the smell was AMAZING! I'd pay that much just to have my whole upstairs smell that good again! Overall, I will be using this company again if I need carpets cleaned! Highly recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned! I attached some before and after pictures as well. Keep in mind that my carpet was so bad that I plan on completely removing and laying down new carpet in the next few years. A friend is staying with us next week and I need the carpets to be cleaned before then! (Also the lighting in my house does NOT show how amazing the transformation was!!!)

I did have a coupon though. Great deal! The two men that came were very kind and respectful. The job was done in a few hours and they showed up on time. All our concerning stains came out even if it took a couple tries. They were also able to tell us that our carpet is really nice and we shouldn't need to replace it anytime soon. That's helpful information to know for the future! My only complaint was that when I first tried to schedule them I got frustrated because I called during business hours, left a message, and never got a call back. After a week I decided to try again and then I sent a message on their website. I got an email back very quickly and then the process moved forward.

Charles/Charlie was as upbeat as usual. He cleaned areas of carpet on the ground floor and up the stairs to the second floor. We both had to leave before he was finished. We noticed that night that the carpet was quite wet, and it stayed wet for longer than usual, almost three days. On Day 2, two dark, rust-colored stains appeared in a highly visible area. We immediately called C.T.M. (no answer). We left a voice message as well as an email (CWBID7373 AT hotmail.com). No response, so we tried again during the next week from different phone numbers and different email addresses. To date, June 22, we have had no response from them. We have no idea what the stains are from -- the carpet itself? adhesive? subflooring? We don't want a refund, only for someone from C.T.M. come out restore our carpet to the stain-free appearance it had before they cleaned it. We wonder if the owners are ill or died -- the lack of any response is unlike C.T.M.
