Brian and Ray came out and put new vinyl sheeting down and JUST WOW!!!! It was 7 1/2 days of work for these poor guys because they had to tear up old nasty carpeted floors, put new sub floor down, level floors because they were just so uneven(as much as an inch and a half) but they did an AMAZING JOB. From the start of the project with Jamie who came out and measured, met us at the company and showed us the flooring, and to the end product with Ray and Brian who are very nice, professional, and easy going, it was just a great experience. I also want to thank Athena who I talked with at the company and on the phone. She is very sweet and helpful as well. The guys put trim down around our fireplace hearth tiles and where the foyer meets the dining room. And it was just a great call on their end to use the wood trim for the foyer and the black painted for the fireplace tiles. You want a job done, get Reardons Flooring!! They said there was a note in my case. The "scratch Resistant" floors are NOT covered under warranty. It's literally 2 panels that need to be replaced and they won't cover it. The sale rep. also was pushy and lifted up his shirt in front of my wife to wipe some sweat. Not a sleeve wipe, a full on here's my belly/chest wipe. My wife was alone with him at the time and felt very uncomfortable. Buyer beware.

Bryan told us that the installers were all Empire employees. What came were all sub-contractors. We paid first half at the time of his visit and he stated they they would run our debit card for the final payment but the funds would not be released until we signed off on all the work. As soon as the debit card was entered the funds came out of our account. The laminated flooring was supposed to be completed in one day, it was not. This was a our upstairs remodel, which Bryan was made aware that we had narrow time lines for the installs to be done. They were also suppose to remove the master bath toilet and bring it into the garage. They removed the toilet and placed it in the second upstairs bath with water in it which can all over the bathroom in which my wife had to clean up since I was away on business. The hall closet was suppose to be laminated flooring. The subcontractors took the old carpeting out but did not install the laminated flooring. When my wife asked about it, they said it was not on their install sheet, when she called the company phone number they told her it was not part of the install, she tried to call Bryan and there was no answer or return phone call. On day 3, the installers for the carpeting came out. Again it was suppose to be done the same day, it was not, they did not bring enough carpeting to finish the job, due to other installed coming in to perform other installs not with this company, our upstairs carpeting had to be put off for a week. I will not make the statement that I will never use this company again but I will state that it will be my last choice in flooring installs.
