It was worn like the floors and now looks great (pic)! We didn't have them refinish the stairs and you can see how well the floors turned out (pics). We went with the satin finish vs gloss and are happy. Robert and Nick did great work, they were easy to work with and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Tom Moore with AmeriServe for your roofing needs. I met with Tom in April of…read more2019, about 7 months after I had been involved with an unethical roofing company that had me tied up in a contract, but wasn't doing anything about my roof. From September 2018 when I contacted them until I contacted Tom in April 2019, Water was running through my ceiling and causing more damage to my inner walls. I finally decided a 7 month wait was them breaking the contract. When Tom came to check the roof he asked me if I wanted to see my roof and showed me the damage it had, there was no guessing, even I could tell how bad it was. He quoted me what I considered a very fair price to replace my roof. Tom then met with my insurance adjuster after they had already dealt with the other roofing company. He was able to work with my insurance company for a fair settlement on my roof and inside water damage. Tom gave me a sample book of shingle colors, there were 14 colors choices, to select what I wanted and gave me samples of the materials he would use on my roof, the ProArmor Owens Corning underlayment and the Weatherlock Ice and Water Barrier. Because there was a chance of rain on the day they did my roof, and to avoid more interior water damage, Tom brought in two crews to get the job done quickly and correctly. Tom and his team did great work, and I recommend them to my friends and family. Tom went back to the insurance company when there was more damage found in my walls. He filed all the necessary insurance documentation and was able to get more funding for the wall project. He told me financing was available if I qualified, but I didn't need any financing as I had the funds to pay. This past Saturday March 28th 2020 we had large marble sized hail. Tom stopped by on Sunday afternoon to check out my roof. Because of the quality of shingles they used there was no damage from the marble sized hail. Great Workmanship, Quality, and Customer service from Tom and his team. Give him a call, for a free estimate. He does not pressure you. Tom Moore 317-773-0267 Central Indiana www.myAmeriServe.com

The grout matched perfectly and the sealant has lasted into 2025 with no issues. They also completed the project in a week. In 2024, we hired them back to fix all the issues we had with our master bathroom remodel that was done at the same time by another company. This other well-known Indianapolis company had to rip out our tile twice as they couldn't line it up, put the wrong tile in, and couldn't lay it straight. Brewer came back to reattach the corner seat that had fallen off, re-leveled the threshold as the glass door was hard to close, and redid the grout on the shower floor and all the sealant in the shower as the sealant had completely come off. Again, this shower was done in 2022 by another company and took 2 1/2 months to complete before we fired them. We couldn't have been happier with Brewer. Margie L

Brandon also took extra time to write a letter to our mortgage company with his expert opinion regarding our attic and crawlspace that ended up saving us thousands of dollars. I recently hired Michael and his team to:…read more - repair and texture-match two ceiling cracks - smooth an existing drywall patch - repaint the entire kitchen ceiling What went well -Prompt estimate & fair price: Michael visited the same day I called, provided a clear written quote, and scheduled the job quickly. -Protective prep work: On arrival, the crew covered floors, counters, and appliances with plastic sheeting, which kept dust to a minimum. - Straightforward flat-surface painting:Large, flat areas were painted evenly with no visible roller marks. Where we ran into issues - Rushed drywall repair: The joint compound was sanded and painted after one day (versus the 3-4 days Michael originally said it needed). A wall patch later developed small divots that my husband had to fill and sand. - Incomplete cut-in along walls:The ceiling paint stops ~ 1" short of the wall, leaving a noticeable unpainted border around the room. -Clean-up concerns: Four contractor-size trash bags of drywall scraps were left in our garage until we asked that they be removed. -Communication & professionalism: Michael's replies grew brief and impatient, and we received several payment-reminder texts even though we paid on the same date. Bottom line If you need basic caulking or painting on smooth, flat surfaces, this crew can deliver quickly at a fair price. For detailed drywall repair or careful edge work, you may want to verify their timeline, quality checks, and clean-up plan in writing before the job starts.
