He asked for our specific needs and showed us rental homes that met our criteria. We had only one weekend to finalize our decision, and he worked with us to quickly get it done under our timeline. Then, he stayed in touch with us and showed us several homes for purchase or build as we moved out of renting and into ownership. After finding the area we wanted to live in (North Austin Area) he showed us some potential new home builds that met all our needs and wants. I did not think I was going to need Jack much after that because we decided on a new home build but I was wrong. Jack ran interference on any issues we had with the salesperson and helped review some of the builder's paperwork to make sure we understood the entire process. We ended up living in the home of our dreams. I do not think we would have found this home without Jack's realtor expertise in the market, Austin area, and Texas regulations. Since then, we referred him to our parents to use and he worked hard to make sure their dream list for the home was met. They moved into their new home last December. Jack did a stand-up job for them as well. So, both my parents and I referred him to my brother. He is just starting to work with him, but we are confident he will do a great job again. The market is tough right now and knowing you have a realtor that will go above and beyond is so important to find the home of your dreams. I would use Jack again if we ever decided to move and give him five stars as a realtor.
