The people they hired left the demo and slug in my pool for a week causing a ring to be imprinted in my pebble tech. I voiced my concerns to Scott, which he told me my pool would be fine and the ring would go away. The ring is not only there but getting worse. I have tried to call him, but no returned call back. Also, the tile job was never completed. I am suing to have my pool re pebble tech as I'm told it cannot be fixed.

His defensive response to my concerns only reinforced my impression that he was more interested in the money and defending himself than resolving the problem for his customer. The difference with the new company I hired has been night and day. They were far more professional and actually fixed the leak for a fraction of what Sam quoted me.
