have used Amazing Pools since 2023 and they have simply been amazing. Their communication is exceptional and Ray, the owner ensures that his staff is well trained and take care of the customer. My pool has been perfect since they've been taking care of it. Problems with equipment are handled immediately, our salt gen system is kept up and each week our service tech does a great job cleaning our pool. Leo used to be our tech but he is now a supervisor. Leo was always so nice when coming to my house...just a great guy. When he got promoted I was worried that maybe the service would suffer, but it didn't. He introduced me to our new tech and made sure he knew how to take care of our pool. Ray will come over occasionally to handle some bigger aspects like filter cleaning. The front office is great! I can't recommend them highly enough. I trust them completely with my pool and at my house when I'm not home. I can't recommend them highly enough! I'm not being paid for this review and I wasn't even asked to give one. I received an email from the office this morning communicating an issue with zelle payments - something that isn't their issue but goes to show how good the communication is. If you want to to have a green pool and spa and algae growing in your pool this is the company you want to call, or if you desire a uti or stomach issues because of the pool and jacuzzi being unsanitary definitely call them. Our pool pump went out over the holidays, and a neighbor referred us to Amazing Pools. From the first phone call, their office person (Donna) was kind, friendly, and got us scheduled quickly. The tech who helped us was honest and helped us tremendously. Once we got the part we needed, we called back to schedule the service and they came out on a holiday to get us back up and running. Unfortunately the response time was slow. They didn't answer their phones. The pool guy who replaced our normal guy had no idea how to clean our pool they had to send another owner out to teach him. Our pool ended up with Algae on the stairs and grotto which should have never happened. The company that took over had to shock treat our pool $180 with chemicals and aggressively scrub our pool several days not allowing us in the pool for 8 days. Amazing Pools failed to do their job. I cannot recommend this company. The company owner Ray Hollenbeck did say they would refund June service charge. read more

I had Amazing Pools and Spas redo my pool when I moved into my house 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. The comments we get on the design and the finished product are . . . well . . . amazing. I continued to use their pool service when they completed construction because the guys are very knowledgable and they listened to my needs every step of the way. I had one of the "problem" employees that Ray referred to in his rebuttals. But instead of blasting them on social media, I talked to the owners, they explained what had happened, and they took care of the issue, like adults. I haven't had a problem since and I know if I ever did, I could call them and they would take care of the issue again. Furthermore, I don't understand how anyone would let their own pool deteriorate even if the pool guy didn't show up. Have you ever seen a 1 gallon container of chlorine at Home Depot? It's interesting that you blast the pool guy for letting your pool get that bad but you only show your own ingnorance by not bothering to try to remedy the situation yourself. Genius. I love having the piece of mind of not having to worry about my pool because I know Amazing Pools and Spas likes my business, wants my business, and will provide the excellent customer service in order to keep my business. Just dropped them from cleaning my pool when another miscommunication occurred. It took a few weeks for them to understand what a clean pool should look like as well. After a pool cleaning, there should be no algae or debris in the jacuzzi. They were doing ok until last week when we were told that our day of service is changing starting the following week. The week came and no one showed up. I only knew someone claimed to showed up after I got the email notification that they just completed servicing the pool. I was home all day, no one showed up, no one rang the doorbell to be let in since the gate was still locked (forgot to unlock because I forgot day of service changed). Sent an email to Donna and she explained that they did show up but the gate was locked and they did not ring the doorbell because they had a note that said to not ring the bell because I got mad the last time because they woke me up. As she continue with the excuse, I was just getting livid and disappointed with the lack of communication and understanding. Points missed... 1. Amazing pools gave less than a week to change the day of service. Didn't even ask if that was ok, just changed it. Bad customer service. 2. The gate was locked and no one rang the doorbell. I take responsibility for not unlocking the gate, I forgot the day of serviced had changed so they should have rang the doorbell. It was 11:30AM. 3. The excuse they gave for not ringing the doorbell was stupid because it wasn't true. The note they had in their system about not ringing the doorbell because last time, I got mad because I was asleep. I totally dispute that because a) I work from home and don't take naps, 2) they usually show up about 4-4:30PM, so definitely not napping at that time and my kids are home, so ringing the doorbell at that time wouldn't have been an issue. I think they got the message for the wrong customer. 4. If they are trying to use email as a way to communicate, why would you send an email stating that they just completed cleaning the pool when in fact you had not. You would think a different email message would be sent stating, they showed up but could not service the pool for whatever reason. Disappointed but had to be done due to bad communication. We will see if they will do the right thing next. The bill pay was already scheduled to pay them for the full month when they sent the bill for 3/4 of the month. I let them know that it was too late to cancel the full amount payment and that they will just need to send the refund. So we will see if I get my refund. Onto finding a new pool cleaner with better communication skills. read more

Customer service!!! This review is all about customer service. I called about an issue programming my spa and they were quick to get Shaun to call me so i could clarify my issue. I had no idea how to operate this spa i have at a house I'm renting. It seemed to turn on a lot and i was worried that my electric bill was going to be ridiculous. After asking me a few questions, Shaun assured me nothing was wrong. Turns out the filter cycle on my spa is designed to be that way. Instead of talking advantage of my ignorance, they were all very helpful. He walked me through it on the phone and i was done!
