Lamb
Deedee M.

Came here on a whim with my friends and family, and I wish I wouldn't have. Between the food, servers, and the drinks it's a strong no for me. Walked in and it wasn't busy, pretty dimly lit insides but I appreciated that there were plenty of tvs to watch the games. Plenty of seating by the window, bar top and booths. For starters it took forever for the waitress to bring waters, that I had to ask for. When we asked basic questions about the menu, Laura acted as if we were bothering her. She forgot to put in drinks and then go upset that the food I ordered wasn't up to par. Philly egg rolls - 4/10 they are definitely pre made, like weeks in advance most likely because they were so rubbery and hard to even bite. I mentioned this to the waitress and she demanded that they remake them vs me not wanting them anymore. (We ordered two orders of them and I only sent one back) Calamari 2/10 -it was soggy and then drenched in like a nasty marinara sauce. We made the waitress aware of this as well and she had it remade although I specifically stated I didn't want it, and would even still pay for it. Lamb burger 6/10 -the lamb was juicy but could use a little more flavor. The fries were soggy but okay BYO burger 3/10 - wasn't prepared as we asked, and it really just taste like ground beef and that's all. Even with the added toppings Cowboy burger 7/10 - wasn't bad but if it didn't have onion rings etc on it then it would taste bland like the other burger Lamb lollipops - 8/10 - these were good and had a decent amount of flavor to them. The jalapeños on the side are extremely spicy and good "Buffalo chicken" nachos 3/10 - there was barely any Buffalo chicken on the nachos, they seem to put the shredded cheese on the chips and then melt the so they're hard to pull apart. On top of tasting stale. I used the jalapeños from the lamb to eat with nachos to give them more flavor Salmon w/ jasmine rice 7.5/10- the salmon was a little dry but paired well with the jasmine rice. Could use a little sauce on the side but it was good Sweet heat wings 8/10 - these were really good and were cooked well. The sauce isn't too spicy and just the right amount of sweetness Drinks - Blueberry limeade 2/10 - taste like juice and had to go to the bar to ask for it because the waitress didn't put it in. When I went to ask the bartender if the drink was ready, since I couldn't find the waitress, she made the drink on the spot for me. Apple cider margarita - 5/10 wasn't horrible but the rim on the glass was excessive and mainly taste of cider.

My experience at assembly was excellent! I really enjoyed their lamb lollipops, seasoned quite well and presentation was awesome. The waitress was very attentive and check in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. It was such a comfortable setting , not overly loud and great for a date or night out with friends.

Assembly is my go-to spot when I'm hungry late at night. They stay open later than most other places in Quincy, and it's also a great place to catch games on their TVs. The servers are also very kind and food comes out quick. My favorite dish here is the apple goat cheese salad. It's incredible--the dressing is amazing, and there's a generous amount of walnuts, raisins, apples, and cheese that blend perfectly together. If you like salads, it's a must-try. I think about it some days. The lamb burger and any of their burgers are always juicy and flavorful. The calamari is soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. Definite recommend, but the portion is a bit on the smaller side. I also love their weekday specials from Monday to Thursday. Whether it's the wings or pizza, it's a great affordable options. Overall, Assembly is a great spot for late-night eats.

Great neighborhood spot to meet up with friends to watch a game or enjoy a casual meal out with the family. The menu focuses on American cuisine but they mix in a nice variety of other dishes as well. I enjoyed my lamb burger and my wife was a fan of her her southwest chicken wrap. The prices were fair for the portion sizes and quality. The ambience is great - lots of TVs to catch the game in a nice open setting but also cozy booths if you prefer more of a private experience with the family. Parking is limited to street parking so you may have to drive around and park a block out.

I moved to Quincy about half a year ago and have been trying out all the bars and restaurants and this was my newest one this weekend! I really liked it. I got a mistletoe margarita which was a fun cocktail and the menu was huge. We ended up getting the friend cauliflower and pepperoni pizza, both of which were good. There was a bit of a wait when we came in around 7 on a Friday but I guess that's to be expected!

Came by again for a weekday dinner with friends. I had made a reservation so it made seating quick and easy. We parked in a parking lot across the street that is shared with a few other shops and restaurants in the area. For a Tuesday evening, there was a good amount of people around and had a nice bar vibe. Food was good with large portions! Their pizzas were especially yummy

Assembly is a cozy establishment in Quincy with great service. There was a large selection of apps and entrees on the menu. My martini was delicious! The steak and cheese eggs roll was good with a crispy outer shell but didn't have much meat. The sauce complimented the eggs rolls!

Ordered from Assembly tonight for the first time. Glad we did!! Definitely one of the top ten Chicken Parms I've had in the City of Quincy. Great job!!

The House Bloody. Served with olives, a lime wedge, and Old Bay on the rim. 5/5.

Great bar with a relaxed atmosphere and a nice, varied menu. Three times I've been now, for drinks and a quick bite, and I haven't been disappointed yet. The staff are genuine anti-Bostonians; quick witted, friendly, and relaxed. I can't stress enough, despite all prior warnings, everyone I've encountered so far during my stay on the east coast have been nothing short of kind, considerate, helpful, and friendly. The staff here are no exception! Two different bartenders, a door man who "checks I.D.", and countless waitresses have quickly made this a must-visit spot for me. The food is good, the drinks are cold and delicious, and the soundtrack is perfect for relaxing and taking a few minutes to just chill tf out.

Kara's espresso martini always the best! Perfect dessert after an exceptional dinner experience! Charlie is awesome!

Got the crab and Gorgonzola salad to go. They gave me one tiny crab cake in the salad for $16. Wouldn't recommend.

Huge transformation from what it used to look like. One thing concerning was how cold it was in there. I'm never cold and love air conditioning but this was chilly. Hostesses greeted us and were very friendly. Bartenders very good. Kara was our barkeep. Apps were the potato skins loaded with cheese and bacon bits and chicken tenders. Both were good but the skins were very good. Come to find out That "The Fours "restaurant cook for the Loft ... Entrees were the Lobster roll ,chicken wrap and Hot Pastrami. Lobster roll I'm told was ok, on small side for $30. Hot pastrami was boiled. I personally like it fried. I find fried to retain more flavor and it came on a cold bulkie roll. I like grilled dark rye. Oh well. Onion rings were ok though. Not home made but still ok. Never understood why restaurants don't make them by hand. Sooo much better. That lil extra touch makes the meal. I'm told the chicken wrap was ok. Men's room could use more attention or give lessons to the men on how to aim. There was urine all over floor ...also had no hand towels to dry hands. I had to tell the hostesses. A clean bathroom tells me the kitchen is clean. Overall the best part of experience was the stunning atmosphere and view. If they worked on food aspect ,this place would be packed every nite.

The aesthetics and overall vibe make everything feel so high-end and special. I ended up ordering the Mason's Caesar Salad again. I don't typically order salads when I go out to eat, but I definitely had to get this one again. It's so flavorful and refreshing--a perfect way to start dinner. The Roasted Bone Marrow was also absolutely delicious. It pairs so well with the toast and fig spread that comes with it. For my entrée, I ordered the Wagyu Bolognese. The portion is generous, and you really can't go wrong with this dish. The house-made rigatoni was perfectly shaped and cooked to the perfect texture. For sides, we got the potato purée, lobster Mac and cheese, and creamed spinach, all of which paired beautifully with the meal. We wrapped up dinner with the Tiramisu Baked Alaska for dessert. It's the perfect size for sharing and such a fun way to end the meal! I would highly recommend this place for a girls' night, a birthday celebration, or a get-together with either a small or large group. There's something for everyone, and everyone at the table will find something they love. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a special occasion and will come again soon!

The time is from 10:30am to 2pm and the cost is a reasonable $49 per person. Reservations is strongly recommended as this place gets really busy after 12pm. If you want to have a quiet leisure brunch my recommendation is to come here at 10:30am or 11am. We came at 11:30am and the rush started at noon. The highlight here is of course the prime rib which they slice to order in front of you and dip in their incredible au jus. They also have their signature steak and horseradish sauces. Right next to the prime rib is a omelet station that's cooked to order and brought directly to your table! When we went they had an assortment of pastries, cookies as well as various potato, egg and a delicious bacon dish. Their Caesar salad was also great (their parmesan cheese was extremely punch which I enjoyed). Service was attentive but got noticeably more delayed as the lunch crowd joined in so make sure to get your drinks early! Overall I would 100% recommend this location and plan to be back.

First, a shoutout to Gabriel, our server, who was wonderful at guiding us through the menu and making recommendations for both food and drinks. Now, speaking of drinks... let me steer you straight to the "Limoncello Blueberry Martini!" OMG!!! 10/5! Apparently, it's one of their bestsellers, and I can absolutely see why. This cocktail alone is worth a return visit! We also tried the Porn Star Martini, which was good, but my heart still belongs to that Limoncello Blueberry! Food-wise, I ordered the Chicken Marsala, which was okay. Nothing extraordinary, but enjoyable. My friend had the carbonara, and she finished it in no time, which I took as a VERY good sign! Another friend ordered one of their pizzas, large size, looks like she enjoyed it. For dessert, we tried the Pumpkin Spice Tres Leches, which was a nice way to end the meal. Overall, this was a really enjoyable experience. Cozy atmosphere, good service, a nice variety of food, and some seriously delicious cocktails. There's still plenty on the menu I'd love to explore, so I'll definitely be back. And yes, that Limoncello Blueberry Martini will absolutely be part of my next visit! :)
