Came here for the Sunday brunch which is by far one of the best (if not only) AYCE prime rib location in the Boston area! The time is from 10:30am to 2pm and the cost is a reasonable $49 per person. Reservations is strongly recommended as this place gets really busy after 12pm. If you want to have a quiet leisure brunch my recommendation is to come here at 10:30am or 11am. We came at 11:30am and the rush started at noon. The highlight here is of course the prime rib which they slice to order in front of you and dip in their incredible au jus. They also have their signature steak and horseradish sauces. Right next to the prime rib is a omelet station that's cooked to order and brought directly to your table! When we went they had an assortment of pastries, cookies as well as various potato, egg and a delicious bacon dish. Their Caesar salad was also great (their parmesan cheese was extremely punch which I enjoyed). Service was attentive but got noticeably more delayed as the lunch crowd joined in so make sure to get your drinks early! Overall I would 100% recommend this location and plan to be back. read more

Best brunch in Quincy! If you didn't know now you know. When a steak house does Sunday brunch, it does brunch well. When an exceptional steak house does Sunday brunch, it does Sunday brunch exceptionally well. Masons is one of my favorite steakhouses. Not because it is close to home and has a great story, but because the ambiance, staff, and most importantly the food is outstanding. My wife and I have frequently enjoyed special dinners here. Today, we tried out their all you can eat Sunday brunch. The open kitchen steak house aroma hits you as soon as you step through the doors. Then you see the spread and the patrons who jovially enjoying time together. From large parties to couples, everyone has a smile and a look of content. I skip the pastry to save room for the star of the show, the prime rib. That said, I did try a little of the savory baked egg with tomato sauce, eggs with cheese, and steak bacon. All of which were elevated breakfast dishes. The prime rib was out of this world. They dunk it into the bone broth that gives it an extra boost of flavor and juice. You can add horseradish and Mason's own steak sauce to it. Then there was a spread of grilled fall veggies that scrumptious. I also got an egg white made to order omelette. I asked for everything because the ingredients were all elevated from typical omelette station ones. Jimmy, the owner, happened to come out to help out with the omelette station. He made my omelette and it was awesome sauce. I was craving for some seafood to go with this meal. To my delight, the Bloody Mary I ordered came with a gigantic shrimp. It was so big I shared it with my wife. There was also a slice of bacon. Just the right mix of savory and buzz. On a stormy fall day, the bone broth was hitting just right. Rich in flavor and warms up the body. I did return for the pastry and bread puddling for dessert. Sweetest way to end an amazing and fulfilling meal. I can't wait to do this again in the future. read more

Food was good. I tried their steak and squid ink pasta, the pasta took me by surprise it was really good. The steak was meh, cooked medium well when I asked for medium rare but it's okay. The ambiance is nice inside, service is good but really slow. Drinks were pretty good as well. It's in a very unique building. read more

Sunday Brunch Buffet I was impressed with the brunch buffet, and Mason's in general. The restaurant was stunning and everyone loves sn open view if the kitchen. The buffet was epic- perfectly cooked baked eggs, bacon hash, and scrambled eggs were all uniquely prepared and excellent. The star of the show sat in the middle of the table with generous portions of prime rib were carved and hand salted on your plate. The buffet line continued with a lox platter, crudité, omelets to order, and a variety of up scale pastries. There was literally nothing on the buffet that was not noteworthy. We loved our drinks (bloody & cinnamon toast brunch) while the GM came over to chat. Our waitress Cheyanne was on point and helped us decide on our juice choices for the Bucket of Bubbles that rounded out our drink order. Excited to try dinner at this place, and would not be surprised if brunch reservations start to fill up far in advance. read more

Came here with a group of 8 for my friend's birthday after hearing so many good things about this new steakhouse. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. Grilled Prawns - the highlight of the night. They were huge, perfectly cooked, and the creamy sauce was delicious. I'd come back just for those. Octopus - overcooked and bland. Beef carpaccio - overloaded with Parmesan, which completely overpowered the beef, and it lacked flavors. Crab fried rice- oily and it was also lacked of flavors. We had to pour the steak sauce on top of the rice to make it flavorful. The biggest disappointment was the ribeye steaks. Out of 8 steaks, only one was cooked to the requested temperature. Most were served rare instead of medium, and while the inside was undercooked, the outside was overly charred, leaving a bitter taste. Service was attentive, valet was convenient, and the restaurant is beautiful. However, for the price, the food quality just wasn't there. read more

Wow. The food and overall selection here are excellent from start to finish. I was wow'ed when they first brought the complimentary bread with butter! Soft and fluffy... then comes the Appetizers and sides which were all top-notch and set the tone for the meal. Drinks were unique and fun. The Mason Caesar salad is a standout -- classic, flavorful, and must include anchovies. Ours initially came without them, so we had to ask, but anchovies are truly the best part, so make sure they're included. The roasted bone marrow served with toast was rich and indulgent, and the baby potatoes were simple yet addictive, which was a recommended side. The wild Spanish octopus was beautifully executed -- tender and flavorful. Every steak we ordered was cooked to perfection with an ideal char. The tomahawk, porterhouse were great for sharing with multiple people and a great wow factor! The ribeye, and New York strip were solid options too, can also be easily shared with the delicious sides available. Desserts were unique and perfect for a birthday or special occasion. Accommodations were also excellent: the first floor has a lively, fun vibe, while the upstairs feels more intimate and is great for private dinners. They also offer multiple private spaces for larger parties. Street parking was surprisingly easy to find in the area, which is always a plus. read more

We had a 9:30 PM reservation and called the restaurant before arriving to let them know we were running late. We were specifically told that it was fine and that there was a 15-minute grace period. We arrived at exactly 9:45 PM, only to find the door locked. Another couple was exiting when we arrived, so we eventually walked in and was met by the AGM, Hugo. Unfortunately, he was extremely dismissive and simply told us that they could not serve us. There was no effort to accommodate us or even acknowledge that we had called ahead and arrived within the grace period we were given. While standing at the host stand, we could see members of the kitchen staff eating and preparing their own personal meals, which made the entire interaction even more frustrating. What is especially disappointing is that this was our anniversary dinner. Had we been told when we called that arriving at 9:45 PM meant we would not be served, we would have made other arrangements. A restaurant should not offer a 9:30 PM reservation, confirm a 15-minute grace period, and then refuse service when guests arrive within that exact timeframe. To make matters worse, Hugo marked our reservation as a "no-show," which is simply inaccurate. We showed up for our reservation and had communicated with the restaurant beforehand. Our anniversary evening was completely disrupted by an experience that could have easily been avoided with clear communication and basic hospitality. I was extremely disappointed by the way Hugo handled the situation and, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

Set in a former Masonic lodge, the appropriately named Masons Steakhouse is a newly established gem in Quincy Center. The grandiose interior is complete with vaulted ceilings and stylistic decor giving off a vibe that would be right at home in downtown Boston or the ever-trendy Seaport. When I arrived earlier this evening, I was early for my reservation, so I headed for the bar to wait. One glance at the drink menu and of course my eyes landed on the hickory smoked old fashioned and if there is one thing my readers know, a Smokey old fashioned is a personal favorite. So I ordered one along with some shrimp cocktail to keep me company while I waited for my party. Once everyone arrived we took our seats and dove into the menu, ordering a number of things the way my supper club usually does. We ordered the razor clam ceviche, porcini mushroom meatballs, squid ink seafood pasta, truffle Alfredo, blue crab fried rice, waygu ravioli, dry aged NY strip, prime filet, and the bone in ribeye to split and everything was delicious. Pro tip: They also offer a 3lb waygu tomahawk that we would have gotten for the table, but supply is limited and unfortunately they had sold out for the evening. Next time. Bottom line: from the service, to the atmosphere, to the mountains of delicious food, Masons is a Boston quality steak house nestled on the South Shore. Highly recommend. read more

I've only been here 3 times but I can confidently say Mason's is definitely one of my top favorite restaurants in MA. Service is phenomenal each time, they are so knowledgeable and have impeccable taste. I went back over the weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday, and I'm so glad we went! Appetizers: I highly recommend the mushroom rilette! Always, always, always order it when I come and I recommend it to everyone I know who's thinking of going to Mason's. The coal roasted prawns are also excellent! Beefy and nicely seasoned and roasted with a char. One of the specials for the night was the Norwegian black trout, and I must say, this dish NEEDS to be a permanent item on the menu. It was out of this world! If this dish was on their menu, I would order it every single time without question. The skin was so crispy, the fish was buttery and flavorful, and there was a distinct fish taste/smell of the ocean but it wasn't overwhelming which I really enjoyed. Steaks: We got the filet mignon and NY strip, and they were all seasoned to perfection. Cooks were great on the mediums, but I do notice they tend to undercook their medium rares a bit. I got a medium rare filet and it felt a bit more on the rarer side once I hit the middle, but I didn't mind. I have had to send a steak back before and I felt awful, but it was a little too rare at the time, and the staff were very accommodating about it which was nice. Desserts: I really like their sorbets, they have seasonal flavors and are very interesting and different! Very delicious. I've also gotten their autumn version of the cherry blossom back during the fall and it was very beautiful, and it tasted as good as it looked! read more

Excellent; as it should be for this price point! This restaurant is a great addition to Quincy's ever-growing food scene... My husband and I came here to celebrate his birthday. We started with the rockefeller oysters and shrimp cocktail. Both were amazing, but we were especially impressed with the black rock salt that was provided with the oysters. I've never had oysters served like that before and it was a nice touch! For my entree, I ordered the filet mignon (medium-rare), my husband got the ribeye and we shared the following: steak sauce flight, creamed spinach and baby potatoes. My steak was cooked perfectly and tasted smooth as silk. I absolutely LOVED the sauce flight!! It made each bite taste like I was eating a different steak! I don't know of any other steakhouse that does this. My husband licked his plate clean and raved about the creamed spinach; said it's the best he's ever had! For dessert, we shared the ice cream sandwich flight and chocolate cake. Ice cream isn't really my thing but the chocolate cake was rich, decadent and delicious! They also gave my husband these little bite-size puff pastries for his birthday (with a candle!). Absolutely check this place out for a special occasion :) read more

Was excited to try Masons as the setting looked really unique and the food elevated from many of the restaurants in the area. Overall, a decent spot but I'd say not quite a spot I'd fully recommend. I'd give it probably a 3.5 if I could but bumped it to a 4 because it is a novel experience. While the ambiance was cool (restaurant is in an old Masonic temple), the vibe was "too cool." The background music and the scene itself was very vibe-y and left me wishing for something different. Service was pretty good, hostess and waiter were nice. Food was decent but not necessarily worth the extra $$$ you'll spend if you visit Masons. If you're charging $29 for a small Wagyu beef ravioli appetizer, I want the impact of the sage butter and Wagyu to actually be noticeable in each bite. It just tasted like a slightly above average ravioli. Unfortunately, we were also seated at one the tables closest to the door and I was cold all night with the opening of the door. read more

Yet again another 5 star experience last night at Masons. We pretty much ordered the same exact things as last time and this meal proves masons dedication to consistency and excellence. We dined at the bar this time which was a change and it was perfect. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive. The quality of food here is just beyond anything I've tasted. I've tried the majority of big name steak houses in Boston and Masons blows all of them out of the water. The restaurant is usually medium noise level. Very comfortable seats at the bar as well. Parking is not too bad if you go at night, there are some side streets. Seafood tower for 2 was not bad for $100, we shared with 3 people. Felt like the tower for 4 people for $250 was a bit too much Brussel sprouts was good on top but drenched with too much sauce. Potatos were fine but not memorable. I got drink with tequila and pandan which was interesting if you want to try something new. 21oz bone in rib eyes was pretty good. They have suace on the side that you can dip but steak had enough flavor on its own. If you are eating with multiple people who don't use a lot of sauce would recommend to all get different sauces to try. We all ended up getting the same thing haha Overall nice place to chill and celebrate if you have a lot of time on your end. If you are in a rush the whole dining experience can take 2 hrs or more cuz they really take their time Server was knowledgeable and helpful read more

I'm a bit on the fence with this review. Masons Steakhouse looks spectacular, but doesn't taste spectacular. I walked and I grabbed a bar seat. I began with a glass of Etna Rosso. It was bland. I was presented with a complimentary Arancino. It was tough and tasteless. I began with the Wagyu Ravioli. I would say that it was decent. I switched my wine to a Yakima Cabernet. It was very good. My entre was a Filet Mignon. It was good, not great. My bill was quite steep. Thank U next! read more

Had an absolutely amazing experience here for our anniversary! My partner and I came without reservations or any prior notice of a special occasion, just carrying cards for one another. We got a table right away (Wednesday night) and they noticed the cards so we got little goodies all night including a happy anniversary card, special appetizer, champagne and dessert. Our waitress was fabulous and explained the history of the restaurant as well as the vibe they're going for. She gave us any info we needed to make decisions on what food and drinks we wanted to try. My partner ordered a drink called "I can't believe it's not grapefruit", that, like the name suggests, had no grapefruit in it but tastes exactly like it - it was delicious! I had a delicious cocktail also but forget the name (this review is a few weeks late). I also had a really nice glass of Malbec. The Parker house rolls were warm, sweet, and lightly salted - the best we've had. I had the lobster bisque as an appetizer which was so delicious and comforting. For sides we got the brussel sprouts, whipped potatoes, and autumn nut squash (all were fabulous but the squash was to die for - I was obsessed). We both got filet mignon. Hers was medium, mine was medium rare. I do think mine was cooked a little closer to rare, but it was delicious so I didn't mind. We got the masons sauce and peppercorn sauce to go along with the steaks and both were delicious but we both preferred the peppercorn a bit. After dinner, they brought us free champagne and dessert for our anniversary which was so kind. The homemade chocolates and little cake they brought out were delicious! The decor in masons is beautiful. It's dark as steakhouses are, classy, chic, and there's an amazing smelling candle in the bathroom lol. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back! 100% would recommend! read more

As a new restaurant, the staff is friendly and well-trained, I introduced each item on the menu, but the place was a little loud that I couldn't hear, and we were seated on the 2nd floor. Coal Roasted Prawns (Harissa, Lemon Aïoli) - $27 Overpriced just for two shrimps. Wild Spanish Octopus (Almond Skordalia, Red Olive, Pinot Noir Syrup) - $22 It was soft and had a light flavor. This probably the best octopus dish i had so far. Roast Bone Marrow (Fig Jam, Citrus Supremes, Country Toast) - $32 It was delicious garlic toast, but I still flavored the house bread more. I like bone marrow, but this dish was on the saltier side, even though they added citrus and fig jam to refresh the taste. Lumache Allo Scoglio (Squid Ink Pasta, Rock Shrimp, Scallop, Lobster, Chili Oil) - $38 You must try it if you like pasta and spicy but a little too much sauce. Pan Roasted Duck Breast (Cashews, Sweet Potato Korma, Cranberries) - $38 It was tender and well-seasoned and paired well with the sweet potato. Bone-In Ribeye (18 oz. / Prime) - $68 Juicy and tender. They cut it for us since we are sharing. Red Crab Oscar (Asparagus, Bearnaise) - $23 There was too much cream that covered the crab taste. Cherry Blossom Tree (yuzu diplomat, sakura sponge, cherry cotton candy) - $18 It was a beautiful presentation but not my favorite since I am not a big fan of cherries. Chocolate Flower (catalan crema, macerated persimmons, mandarin orange creamsicle) - $18 It's creamy and not sweet, with a strong mandarin orange flavor and a beautiful presentation. read more

I recently enjoyed Sunday brunch at Masons Steakhouse in Quincy, MA, and for $49 per person, their all-you-can-eat prime rib brunch is absolutely worth it. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the amazing modern décor and vibrant bar ambiance that feels both upscale and welcoming. The highlight for me was the prime rib carving station, where thick, tender slices are carved to order--perfectly seasoned, juicy, and worth going back for more. I also loved the made-to-order omelette station, which offered fresh ingredients and quick service, along with a nice selection of fresh fruit and salads that balanced out the heartier options. The staff was attentive, efficient, and friendly, keeping everything flowing smoothly and making the entire experience feel polished and enjoyable. Overall, I left completely satisfied, and it's easily one of the best and most satisfying Sunday brunch experiences I've had in the area. read more

Went for valentine day dinner with my mom, friend & self. The place is really big! I love the layout and atmosphere. You can see the chefs cooking if you sit downstairs so I would recommend downstairs for esthetics. I ordered the ribeye steak with bone in medium well, the steak came out well done, very well done, I didn't enjoy the steak because it was overcooked for my taste, the Mac n cheese was dry, & the mash potatoes tasted instant like out of the box, My mom got the shrimp scampi she said it was very good 10/10, shrimp cooked perfectly, perfect amount of sauce on the spaghetti amazing dish My friend order the lamb chops with the mixed greens (cooked spinach basically with a cream sauce) her lamb chops were extremely over cooked, the spinach was okay you had to add your own salt The service was nice, I loved the coat check! Hostess was super friendly, our waitstaff was nice too, she could've checked in with the table a little more but it was busy so we understood The manager gave us 10% off the bill for the food being overcooked. They of course offered to cook it again but we waited a little while for our first dish, we didn't want to wait again. Parking is great! Very cute restaurant! Food needs adjustment. read more

Service was impeccable with good attention to detail and frequent check ins. The hot shrimp appetizer tasted bold and complex. But a little hard to eat since shell was on. Crab fried rice was decent with lots of crab. The steak was perfectly cooked and the peppercorn sauce was amazing. Dessert was innovative and well executed. The atmosphere was exciting but the restroom on the second floor is way to small and the lights did not automatically come on, making for some akward encounters. Definitely would go again. read more

Amazing food, but mainly I was very impressed by how seriously food allergies are taken at the restaurant. The waitress asked if there were any food allergies from the beginning and notated them. She made sure that the allergy warnings were applied to not only my food, but the sides shared among the table, and even made sure there was an allergy free piece of fudge for me at the end of the meal. She also mentioned they would be able to make accommodations for certain desserts. I have never experienced such thoughtful consideration of my allergies at a restaurant before and was so impressed. Filet was cooked perfectly, and was the best I have ever had. Steak sauces were vibrant and flavorful as well. Very moody and cozy atmosphere. Will definitely return for our next special occasion! read more

Beyond the gorgeous entryway, Masons stands out in the area for its vibey, modern, upscale take on a steakhouse. Friends and I participated in the New Year's Eve celebration, and my, what a stunning establishment it is. Nuts and bolts: some street-side parking, but the lot across the street waived the $25/night fee for folks. Resy in advance for the busy evening. Promptly seated in a packed space (upstairs wasn't tho). Food: 4/5, I wish the lighting were better on the entree pics, but we had a few apps ($15-25) and pastas/duck ($25-45 each). For a busy service time, it was a very creative menu with solid execution but nothing particularly memorable other than the incredible presentation, again with the caveat of a busy NYE dinner. Portion sizes exactly what you'd expect from fine dining (ie relatively small). Desserts ($15-25) were gorgeous and worth the picture but more intensely sweet than I'd like. Perfect for a cocktail night out with friends or a date night. I get that NYE night is a challenging service period, and the staff were incredibly engaged. Will return for a special occasion to try more of their exciting menu! read more

I had the chance to go back a second time, the service and food felt much more refined. Im glad they were able to take in my considerations to train the staff more and better prepare them. Food: we ordered lobster bisque, which was very flavorful with a hint of nutmeg. Delicious! For entree we got A5 Japanese Wagyu beef and Bone in Ribeye. Both were very juicy and tender. My wagyu was full of flavor itself and did not need any sauce or other condiments to add flavor to it. The masons steak sauce accentuated the ribeye and was very delicious and full of flavor as well. We also got side dishes of Carrot and Asparagus super yummy! Lastly, for dessert we ordered an affogato vanilla ice cream and earl grey pavlova. Was not entirely a fan of the earl grey pavlova because I don't like berries in general, but it's definitely worth to give it a shot! For drinks we ordered the Quincy classic and Clos du Val. I like my drinks very sweet so the Quincy classic was PERFECT for me. It was like drinking juice haha, I know... it's not healthy, but that's how I like my drinks! Service: the service provided by our server Perry (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was excellent! He was very knowledgeable with the menu and so was the manager for the steakhouse! Perry was also very attentive like seeing that one of the food runners did not bring a soup spoon for my lobster bisque, he saw from afar and brought it over immediately. He was very nice and friendly, I would definitely like him to serve us again! Ambiance: this time we got seated in the main dining room which I was looking forward to the first time. It got very busy starting around 6-6:30. The place was packed at this time and we got here at 5pm. It was lively and very spacious still even with the room packed. Food still came out in a decent amount of time and people around seemed to really enjoy the food. The bathroom was also VERY clean and smelled so refreshing! I was in love with the candle smell that they lit lol. Overall, thank you for providing a better experience for me and I will be sure to bring my family next time and friends! read more

Splurge worthy and perfect for any special any occasion, Masons smashed it out of the park when it came to delivering a high end steakhouse experience. The food: the steak here rivals any other top notch steakhouse in Boston. The bone in ribeye was melt in your mouth tender with the perfect amount of fattiness. The cook was spot on and I was a big fan of the ponzu sauce. My wife couldn't stop talking about the duck breast either. I had a bite and it was so tender and well seasoned. Oh and you must get the Mac and cheese. It had a nicely baked crust and the al dente pasta had this amazing chew to it. It wasn't heavy at all and reminded me of the baked mac and cheese I grew up with in the South but better. Please save room for dessert. We got this dessert shaped as a cherry blossom tree that was straight up a piece of art. It looked like something out of chefs table - tiny flowers and gold flakes nestled in a cotton candy tree canopy. Tasted amazing. Ambience: The ambience is completely unexpected for Quincy. Tall ceilings, dim lighting, and a dark interior sets up the classic steakhouse atmosphere that says classy and intimate yet can be appropriate for a girls night out. The decor is tastefully done as they did not skimp on the budget here. They also set the place up to have lots of large groups. Big booths and long tables welcome big parties. Every other table was celebrating a birthday so we saw lots of candles come by. Oh and the backlit bar is beautiful. You can definitely just stop by here for drinks and enjoy a sleek bar with a tv with the game on. While you do want to dress up a bit to go, it is by no means stuffy. Did I mention this place used to be a Mason's lodge? The outside of the building is gorgeous. Huge columns and intricate designs along the facade welcome you. Service: Our server, Travis, was incredibly nice and helpful. Our entrees did take awhile to get ready but they comped a glass of wine for us without us even asking and brought over a sorbet palate cleanser to keep us busy. I even saw the manager come by one of the other tables to write down feedback on how to improve the restaurant. Anyways I'm glad to see that a legit high end restaurant is now available in Quincy. It's nice not having to drive into Boston if I am craving a nice meal and cool spot. read more

Best way to celebrate Father's Day is at a fancy steakhouse! I made a reservation ahead of time and we got the time that we wanted. Parking was very easy to find. There's either street parking or a little public parking lot right across the street. The inside felt very luxurious, but also cozy at the same time. Very spacious and that is very important for our party because we have a baby stroller. I have to say that all staff were wonderful- everyone was extremely friendly and greeted us as we passed by. It's a very welcoming feeling. I like that they were very attentive and thoughtful when I put the comment on my reservation that we have a stroller. I did call ahead to confirm and they said that there is a corner table that is spacious and can accommodate our situation. It was relieving to know that they are understanding of this. For starters, we received complementary soft bread. It was very fluffy and the butter that came with it was delicious. Reminds me of the well-loved Texas Roadhouse breads but more unique (if you know you know). The wild spanish octopus was a light dish and I like how it was cut into pieces. It had a lot of flavoring. The bone marrow is a must try- the garlicky bread it comes with was very soft but also had a subtle crunch. It went so well with the fatty bone marrow and all the additional spices it comes with. For entree, I ordered the classic bolognese. It had a lot of good flavors and it was a decent amount! The noodles were cooked well, not too soft and not too hard. The noodles and sauce proportion was great. The steak was also delicious- we got the bearnaise sauce with it which was a white creamy sauce. For sides, we got the crispy brussel sprouts. It is a good snack for the table. Has a little kick to it with the subtle spicy sauce. The potato puree is a must get!!! I love mashed potatoes and they made it so well here- creamy texture with just enough buttery taste. We ended it off with a chocolate torte dessert. I love that it has crunchy bits inside. I have nothing bad to say about this experience and can't wait to return! read more

Great food, great service, but too expensive! We enjoyed, but will probably not return due to prices. Better value at Alba or Stockyard.

We had a reservation they brought us right to our table. It was dimly lit on purpose, but perfect enough to see the menu very well staffed. We probably had somewhere between five and eight different people attending to everything that we needed. It comes with a homemade butter and fresh rolls that were phenomenal. My girlfriend got the lobster bisque, which was great. I shared with it beautiful presentation as well. She had a couple cocktails that she loved and a glass of wine we shared a massive bone in ribeye that was cooked perfectly. That chimichurri sauce was a great accent. We also had the asparagus in the loaded potatoes which were cooked perfectly. I enjoyed every aspect of our night there I would recommend it to anyone in the neighborhood or even outside of Boston definitely worth the drive as good as any place you'll get in Boston for sure read more

We had an amazing dinner here. I love the ambience that reminded me of South Beach nightclub style restaurants in Miami. I had this squid ink pasta, which was great. Our server was wonderful. And the dessert from the celebrity chef was absolutely amazing. Will definitely go back sometime very soon. read more

Masons Steakhouse - From the brunch menu: Mash potatoes, steak, and asparagus. - Steakhouses Near Me - Quincy, Massachusetts

We went tonight and ate from the Dine Out Boston prix fixe menu. Our table was on the second floor, and the space was lovely although a little hard acoustically. The room was a little loud for my taste, but not overwhelmingly so. Our server was Vicki, who was very attentive without being obtrusive. I started with raw oysters ($10 upcharge) and my wife had the corn bisque, which was amazing. I had the sirloin, cooked perfectly rare and served with their steak sauce and a roasted potato. Steak was very good. My wife had the meatball casserole. The casserole was delicious, but the pasta wasn't cooked enough. We also had the trio sampler of mac and cheese, creamed spinach and roasted brussel sprouts. They were all very tasty. Desserts were strawberry shortcake for me and the niveaux de chocolat ($7 upcharge). The shortcake was very good but the chocolate mousse and cherries was outstanding. We had a lovely evening and plan on returning with friends. read more
