Used Aspen to have my three exterior door replaced in the house that I bought recently. Old door were hung poorly, didn't close properly, and leaked heat/ allowed cold air to just flow through them. Aspen provided me with great pricing and superior customer service. I had an absolute wonder experience with the Aspen with every encounter that I had with them. Their service was spectacular and when I'm ready I'll be using them again to replace the windows in this house next. Called Aspen for an estimate for new gutters on a 1000 sq ft ranch home. They came out and right out of the gate it was a pushy sales meeting. I had to sit through a bunch of meaningless videos and at the end was hit with a $6700.00, yes you read that correctly, quote. I immediately laughed and told the salesperson I had other estimates which were NO WHERE NEAR theirs. He told me I get free tea and biscuits because the owner is from England, big whoop. He then proceeded to call his "boss" which was the owner of the company. The owner said they can cut 10% off. I laughed again and politely asked him to leave. What a dishonest company. I have no idea how they have any rating above a one. I received an estimate from Family Roofing of PA (717) 929-0385 for $1700.00 for the same exact seamless gutter replacement with the same warranty. I am truly insulted and offended that a company operates in this capacity. Absolutely shady pricing practices. First impressions mean everything and they blew it. I will continue to spread the word among family and friends to stay away from this company. I have no affiliation with Family Roofing of PA, but the representative Grant was very honest and straight forward which I value in a company. Please get several estimates for your project and you will see exactly what I mean if you do happen to get an estimate from this company. STAY CLEAR, not only are they overpriced, they won't honor there warranty. Not to mention how rude Dennis is. The only reason we got the upgrade was because of the warranty the salesman promised. Then the owner comes out and wants to BS you. Imagine paying over $15 grand and they won't honor a $30 screen. How disgusting and disappointing to deal with this company. Aspen did a pretty good job installing windows and siding, especially having done it in February and finishing in a snowstorm. The materials are of top quality and the workmanship is good overall. What I have found, like many others, is that when you ask for a quote, they're all over you like flies, but AFTER the job is done, you're met by silence. We had two issues - some bulging siding and a torn window screen. No matter what number we call, we get routed to an answering machine. Does it even record? Who knows? At any rate, no one ever calls back or stops by. We'll probably, also like others, end up having to take care of it ourselves. read more

Don't follow lifetime warranty and refuse to pay my wife or I back for a defective kitchen window and they wont replace the window. Why does this company have lifetime warranty on windows and give customers a hard time when windows aren't designed and installed properly. Fo to any other company i called other windows companies and they're a lot cheaper than what we paid for 4 windows. The Aspen service guy in my backyard verbally said window isn't sealed properly but owner said nothing wrong. Sad I will have to replace this window within the next year because this comkany does poor business. Do your research before buying replacement windows. read more

the worst vendor to deal with, they do not care about the customer. replaced doors , and never got it the right way in the first place, and then they replaced it and the door is not adjusted properly, so called and the service mgr or the product mgr never responds to emails or phone calls, you have to call a 1000 times and leave a message. then he would respond saying the customer might have called the wrong number, when these numbers are provided by him, i had to chase him through the front desk and get hold of him. my work is incomplete and they prolonged it for two years and now they say the warranty is over , bs. i am taking this to the media and the ftc as i need to understand how the warranty got over when the work has not been completed to the satisfaction of the customer, would not recommend this vendor for the money you pay or work hard for. NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO GO WITH THIS VENDOR, very bad experience and experiences. read more

Based on my sons experience with these people I feel they make it difficult to cancel an order. He was pretty frustrated dealing with them but managed to get the cancelation in before Aspen's 3-day requirement. Had he missed their deadline I feel he would have been charged quite a bit of money, that's possibly why it's so difficult to cancel. I feel they are overpriced but I never saw their work so I can't give my opinion on it but for the price they charge they better be pretty damned good. Like my son said, "Live and learn". read more

They were professional throughout the project answering all our questions and keeping us informed of any problems or concerns. Upon completion of the project they carefully cleaned all areas. Do not use this company on Lititz Road in Lancaster. I paid more than 10,000 and the other two quotes because they guaranteed their work for lifetime. In 2019 I had a new roof installed in 2023. I had two major leaks after just having my ceilings painted. they came and replaced part of the ceiling for the roof and refused to repair the damage from the leaks. Adam told me it was due to condensation from taking showers, cooking and coming off my own body. However, none of the bathroom ceilings had a problem, so explain that to me?. They refused to give me the owners name and email so I could contact them directly and now they refused to even reply back to my calls, or tell me that they're on another line and never called me back. They pressured me into this roof saying that I had mold in it had to be fixed correctly immediately, In addition they're trying to tell me that it is a ventilation problem and that I need to contact an HVAC company it's not their problem. However, when I reached out to other roofing companies, they said the ventilation is obviously the roofing companies responsibility. Asplen is also saying that they installed such a better roof.
