My original thought was that they would provide reasonable service at a reasonable cost. This was not the case. The man that came for the the initial evaluation suggested a cost of about $700 to replace two panels. The final cost came in at $1500+. And the the door was not completely repaired. I had to repair it myself. Not to mention that this gentleman should not be on the job. I had to help him up from kneeling twice. After talking to another builder I found the price should have been half what I was charged. Never again.

They came out and handled everything. Recently had an issue with the garage door opening randomly (not due to their install but other factors) - reached out to them around 5pm on a Tuesday. They called me back at 7:30pm that night and scheduled to have someone come out on Thursday. Came out on time, fixed all issues including installing an updated pad going into the house. Helped me set up MyQ on my phone and re-programmed my car. Super friendly, responsive and their work is beyond excellent. I am a customer of this company for life.

The woman said she could order the correct one for me since it couldn't use a universal remote. I ordered it for $67, received it in the mail and couldn't find the dip switch to make it work. They charged me $67 for a remote that I found on another garage door company's website for $23.50 AKA Allison Door Sales completely ripped me off. I don't mind paying extra, but $43.50 more??? RIDICULOUS 2. Allison Door Sales wouldn't even entertain the prospect of attempting to help me find the dip switch to make the remote work that I purchased from them. They wanted to charge me extra to do that. I called another company and they walked me through step-by-step on how to find the dip switch. I wish I would have purchased the remote from them (they were the ones selling it for $23.50 too) In conclusion, I would NOT recommend this company based on the service I received from them.
