When we arrived, the staff did not recognize our appointment confirmation. I explained that I had booked through their website, but after consulting another staff and then calling the owner, they told us they did not have a website. I showed them the site, which listed their correct business name, address, and contact information, but they still insisted it was not theirs. The language barrier made the situation even more frustrating and confusing. Since we had already cleared our schedules for the appointment, we decided to stay. We booked a 60-minute couples massage, but were charged $120 (plus card fee) instead of the $108 price shown online. The massage itself was very good, which is why we had returned several times. However, the spa lacks ambience. This time, both masseuses talked to each other in their native language throughout most of the session, which significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, after the confusing booking situation, unexpected price difference, and constant talking during the massage, this visit will also be our last. It's disappointing because we genuinely liked the quality of the massages.

The lady on the phone didn't even ask my name which I thought was strange, but whatever. I got there and was greeted by either the manager or the owner. She wanted to be paid BEFORE the massage which irritates me, but I paid her. I paid by credit card, and was relieved to see that there was no place to add a tip, since it makes even less sense to tip before a service. Anyway, got in the room, seemed pretty standard that way. Not excessively clean or dirty. The owner was the one that came to give the massage. At some point, someone else came in, so she left for a minute to attend to them. That was also not great obviously. The massage itself was pretty top notch. She found all my problem areas quickly without me saying anything. She adjusted her pressure to what I asked for. So that part was great. But about halfway through the massage, I kept feeling little cold wet drops land on me every couple of mins or so. I'm pretty certain it was her sweat, which of course totally grossed me out. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass her... but ewe The other part of my review is total speculation on my part, so take it with a grain of salt... To be clear, no one offered ME any "special services," but I'm female, so that makes sense. But let's just say it would not shock me if in the future this place got busted for sex trafficking.
