Great prices, amazing tasting authentic Chinese food. The restaurant used to be pretty slow bring out the food but this time they were fast, it was fresh. The servers are super nice and knowledgeable. They cook authentic Chinese food and can make things off the menu like the eggplant was not on the menu but they still made it. The restaurant used to not be very clean but it's much more cleaned up this time. Give them a try!!

Hotpot Left: Tom yom soup base Right: house special spicy base

This is a great place to get hotpot and it's all you can eat for $25!! They don't have a lot of business which is surprising because the hotpot here was super yummy and I'm sure the rest of the food is great. They gave you a huge stack of short ribs for an extra $2 which was worth it. The soup bases we got were Tom yom, and house spicy broth and they were flavorful. They had a large selection of meats, seafood and vegetables to choose from. We're definitely coming back.

Ok so the restaurant is outdated and looks beat down BUT it is clean inside and there is a lot of space. The food taste really good and authentic which I think is more important. The salt and pepper ribs were delicious and every piece had bone which makes a big difference. I would order this again. The roast duck was NOT the best but for Oklahoma it was doable and juicy. When I got there I was the only one and my order took 20 minutes to prepare but that is expected for fresh food.

    The best calamari around!

This place is the real deal! We love it. It's one of our favorites with our friends. Their fried calamari is the best around to start. Their egg rolls are great also..My favorite entree is the beef flat noodle (dry). I also like the yang chow fried rice. My husband likes the ribeye. The atmosphere is not fancy but the food is authentic. The owners are very friendly. Worth the drive!

As with all our visits over 11 years, food is delicious and always looks 'good enough to eat.' Has an extensive menu and now offers Hot Pot. This is our "go to" Asian restaurant for 'out of town relatives'. Owner and waitstaff are always friendly and will adjust a menu item to your tastes.

Reviewed December 30, 2018 Health Score 40 out of 100 Very Disappointing! This is one restaurant that I wished I had never gone into. I may not like "authentic Chinese food" or this place is just plain bad, either way I didn't like it. Let's start with the hot and sour soup. It wasn't fresh and almost had the consistency of chili. It was probably made several days ago and had been simmering since. Besides being thick, it consisted primarily of small bits of some unidentified meat with a few mushrooms. It didn't look good and it didn't taste good. Not appetizing at all! In the restaurant's pictures of the roast duck looked delicious. I had hoped for hot crispy roast duck, instead I got a roast duck that had just came out of the refrigerator chopped up and served a little cooler than room temperature. It may be authentic though, because they do serve the head! The orange chicken was no better! The service was less than average. Just stay away! Visited on August 20. Yummy and authentic! Our service was fast, compared to another recent review. (Though if I ever had to wait that long, that would bother me, too.) It's nice to have a mom-and-pop real Chinese/Cantonese place!

If you are in Tulsa and wanted to get some authentic Cantonese food, Asian Cuisine is probably your only choice. I know because I have grown up with real Cantonese food in Hong Kong. Their best dish for me would be their BBQ Duck. It tastes best when it's hot and fresh. Juicy, tender and seasoned well. I always order this dish, for over 5 years now, the quality is pretty much the same, which is very hard to achieve. I also recommend their salt and pepper shrimp. Their duck dish is also very good if they are available. I go there for their solid food not their atmosphere or vibe.

You can get all the common dishes here but you can also get some unusual dishes that are very authentic. My grandson once ordered jelly fish. You can't get that at very many local restaurants. Another thing I like is that they have a couple of large round tables with lazy Susans. Our extended family sat at one of those tables once. It was fun putting the things we wanted to share on the lazy Susan and being able to spin it around and try what we wanted. It made for fun conversation talking about the different dishes. That was when our grandson ordered jellyfish. The restaurant is fairly small but the large tables make the restaurant good for groups. I think this would be an excellent place for a Yelp event. They have a lunch menu but you have to ask for it. It includes some of the popular Asian dishes for $9:95. They have smaller portions that come with a choice of soup or egg roll. Danny and I asked to see the lunch menu, but decided to order off the main menu. We split Crispy Tofu with garlic sauce and egg rolls. I liked the presentation of the egg rolls. They were cut diagonally and arranged nicely on the plate. The tofu dish was quite tasty. Next time, I plan to get Mei Fun. I have had it here before and loved the variety of flavors. The service wasn't terrible but it wasn't wonderful. We got our food in a timely manner, but we felt rushed to order and she didn't check to see if we needed anything or refill our water glasses. Service here has been excellent in the past. I am glad we came back to Chengdu and were reminded of how much we like it. We will be back soon.

We had a small group and were able to get a table right away. Our table had a lazy susan in the center which is great for groups. The service was efficient and our food came out quickly. Our waitress did check on us periodically and did refill drinks. The portion size of the food was good and a little salty. I enjoyed the green beans but they had a little bit of a lemony flavor that had a weird after taste. I think the Kung Pao could have used a little more heat. The price for the food was decent.

The restaurant still caters Korean/Chinese food hybrid, predominantly Chinese food though. A few positive features worth mentioning. I really like the inside of this restaurant. It always appears very clean. The food is relatively cheap when comparing to the like of Chengdu. Hot tea is served in a hot tea pot, not in a cup. YES! YES!! YES!!! I feel like the Korean food at Chopsticks lack the "Korean" flavor. If the server did not tell me the Jampong soup is Korean, I would have thought it's Chinese. The beansprouts, cucumbers, Napa cabbage, and seafood scream out Korean but the taste says something otherwise. It really does have a generic taste. The Mapo tofu has soft tofu in some sort of shredded meat sauce. It's a little salty but goes well with white rice. The white rice was a little hard on this particular visit. I guess it's going to be another 6-12 months for me to come back to try Chopsticks again. Sigh...
