This was my first time here. I have driven by so many times but finally decided to give it a try by ordering take out. I was pretty satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food as you can see. They really got a lot of food in those containers! Everything tasted good. Place looked clean. Nothing to complain about. Everything together came to be about $41 dollars. $10 for each special including the egg roll, and $3 for each substitution that we got such as rice, and vegetable Lo mein. Honestly a great place, very clean organized and great staff. Also got like a big sitting area, a drink cooler and a bathroom. I got the triple king and they were good to inform me before ordering they ran out of snow peas for it, I was alright with it since am not a fan, but the fact they were honest was refreshing. The meal itself was good, plenty of protein and not too much veggies. A lot of sauce too which is great since I love pouring on rice. Only thing I didn't like was no small or large sizes in the items and this place Is pricey. read more

A couple of tables and chairs to sit and eat but mostly people coming in to pick up to-go orders that were phoned in. The order counter still has the (now clouded) plexiglass separator hanging between you and the person behind the counter with a small cutout to pay for your order. Paper signs were all over the walls indicating various info and QR codes for ordering. Boxes of sauces and utensils were laid out on a table to serve yourself. The food was ok but not really repeatable. What was labeled as spicy (in red) on the menu had no spice. If you're just hungry and need a quick bite, it will certainly fill you up as there was plenty of food, but if it's a good Chinese dinner you're looking for, you may want to consider another place. read more

Of what we ordered the best thing was the dim sum (shu mai). The chicken in the chicken with broccoli was coated with something (corn starch?) I didn't care for how much coating was on it but it was all white meat and the broccoli was cooked well. The boneless ribs were good. The sauteed string beans were good. My husband didn't like the brown sauce they came in but I liked it. Definitely not skimpy on portions. We'd order again from here. Will update as we try more menu items. read more

Most recent experience was rather unpleasant. Understandable that they have a mask mandate in effect. Not a problem. 1 person at a time...okay? But I'm willing to compromise. Ha I g to wait outside the door for over 10 mins while there is someone standing inside just chatting away the day as if it's no big deal is rather annoying. Now add to this the fact they have more than 1 person with them. Wait I thought you were only allowing 1 person at a time in your establishment?? But wait it gets better! I open the door to let them know I'm there to get my order that I've been waiting on now for a while only to be yelled at from across the room by the owners kid "wait outside please!" Totally ignoring the fact that I've been waiting outside the door. Then I walk in to get my food, finally. I get asked for my "order number". They're doing this instead of taking down an actual name, which would be so much easier especially if your picking up for another person As I give them what I believed to be the correct number for the order, I give them the name of who ordered it. Thinking this may help. Apparently I was wrong they proceed to question me if I know what was ordered and so on, practical playing 20 questions... Needless to say; food quality has gone down; price has gone up. Sad to see what once was a decent business turn into a lack luster facility. After this recent event; I will strongly be seeking another place for my Chinese food fix. Hopefully the owners take note of how their kids are treating customers and correct the issue; and soon. read more

This was a surprisingly good place for takeout. We patronized it from day one but I was refused service one night after I took issue with the free egg roll policy. The bill 20 cents short of the $ 20 minimum so no egg rolls for me! I COMPLAINED to no avail. I returned after the incident and was told they ran out of egg foo yung! I was refused service. A customer should not be treated rudely and really unfairly after being regular and loyal . We had come for lunch and did take out. I ordered the bourbon chicken combination and it was soooo good. They had a few tables there isn't room for a crowd but there's room for like 5-8 people. I was turned onto the place by co-workers and I must say, I have not once had a bad experience. The food is well made and the prices are very reasonable. I literally am willing to walk to the place for lunch on a hot day, and have done many times with previously mentioned co-workers. I've even on occasion spent the last of my paycheck here. I decided to give this place a shot after being disappointed one too many times by other local take out Chinese food joints in Hudson. Upon walking in, I was immediately surprised by how clean the interior was. I kind of figured it had to be though because the place was just put in. The staff was friendly and it didn't take long to get my food prepared. So far everything seemed to be ok and being disappointed was slowly slipping out of my mind. I got home, and unpackaged the meal which consisten of the Boneless spareribs, pork fried rice, egg roll and the hot n sour soup. BOOM, right off the bat, I could tell that the Hot n sour soup wasn't the run of the mill stuff. It had great spice, lots of flavor and big chunks of vegetables. Next, I moved into the main dish expecting the same ole stuff for the ribs. You know the stuff, the pork fat dyed red to fool the mind so you can justify continuously forcing in the sweet greasy bits of pork with tiny pieces of pork attached to make it seem like real meat. Anyways, that wasn't the case at all here. The majority of the dish WAS actually meat! Seriously, and it was actually decent. Nice and tender, not moisturized pork jerky and hardly any fat. Not only that but when I tried the rice, it tasted great, not greasy and it didn't taste like every other fried item the restaurant makes. Even the egg roll was nice and hot and had great flavor. Completely surprised and in no way disappointing. I even turned my Father on to this place and he's a really tough food critic. I only didn't give a full 5 stars because I didn't get delivery for my order. Other than that, this is the best I have found in the Hudson area. read more

Shockingly, good Chinese food in this inconspicuously small, welcoming pace in a mall north of Hudson. We stopped here for a late lunch yesterday and were pleasantly surprised. You can see right into the kitchen and right off the bat, a good omen - I saw the chef working with a stack of fresh looking broccoli. Our lunch came with free egg roll; I am not a huge egg roll fan but there were absolutely delicious. Crispy, not at all greasy. We also had pork buns, which were very good, and the egg foo yong was not grease laden (as is often the case). My roast pork w Chinese veggies was also quite good. Even in NYC, I have not had Chinese food this good in a fast-food type place. It may not quite be Chinatown caliber but this place is a real find in Columbia County. We will be back again! read more
