Excellently executed, rich, juicy, perfect. Worth the money if that's in your budget. The other dishes were all delicious as well, and you can't go wrong with ordering any of them. I wouldn't recommend the carbonara, but I have seen other reviews rating it highly, so maybe I just got a hiccup this time. The waiters were kind and attentive when we asked for them. They seemed quite busy a lot of times, and it took a few rounds of them rush-leaving/coming back after we ask for us to be able to order cocktails or appetizers. It was also a busy night, so completely understandable. But overall, a really nice experience, and a beautiful date spot.

Our friends ordered the Milanesa de Berenjena and the Milanesa de Pollo with a side of gnocchi, and both raved about their meals as well. Since nearly every table seemed to be ordering pizza, we knew we had to try one. We ordered a small pizza for the table, and each of us had a slice. Now we understand why they're known for their pizza--it was fantastic! A special shoutout to our server, Rouil Rodz, who was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. Don't let the unassuming entrance fool you. Frankly - I was confused but intrigued by a 'coming soon' fusion restaurant that promised Peruvian + Asian inspired pasta and wood-oven pizzas. But its FANTASTIC, Very thin crust pizza, great service and every bite delivered new and interesting taste combinations. I had the Gorgonzola PearLove for $16 and didn't really know what to expect, but was very happy with the results. The signage outside isn't lit up yet, but just look for the Hotel San Jorge and the murals of Santurce street scenes. I walked, but they have valet parking if you drive. I can't wait to go back and try the Pasta! Best of all was the price - very reasonable for such a chic restaurant with an innovative menu... Its a bit out of the way, but very close to the Ciudadela complex and Lote 23. read more
