    The damaged chair that was delivered from Ashley's.

    Never again will I purchase furniture from this store. My $625 white microfiber chair was bought to me so scuffed and marked up, we ended up not using it. They didn't even bother to wrap or safe keep our chair at all. Their reason being bc we purchased it off the show room. I called twice to complain to no avail. Went into the store for them to only offer up home depot cleaning supplies as a solution. I would have been satisfied with them offering cleaning service to restore the chair, that would've been the right thing to do. Such a waste of time and money.

She spent about an hour with me and didn't give me any push back when I wanted to go home and measure and think more. I came back the next day with my husband and texted her before I arrived so that I could meet up with her again. Little did I know that she actually came in on her day off to help me!! She showed us both the couches on our list again and after struggling between two that we liked but each having different pros/cons, she showed us one that was slightly more than the budget I gave and it checked every single one of our boxes. She was straight forwarded and not pushy at all. The process was absolutely incredibly easy and I highly recommend visiting Mary David if you're looking for any furniture!!!

Now i have to wait 2 weeks for them to deliver the right color. Guess what, they sent thr wrong color again. Now I have my furniture and my recliner has been stuck open since February 2026 and I paid for the sorry Goof Troop protection plan (trash). It took them 3 months to send the part to repair the recliner (still not repaired). They did not send all the parts. Now I guess im supposed to wait another 3 months before they send the part. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. I REGRET PURCHASING THE SORRY PROTECTION PLAN. At this point I should just purchase another recliner from somewhere else. Really Disappointed in the service.

I only went there to buy two items, and I ended up getting 3 bedroom sets, a living room set, multiple mattresses, and a chair. He was amazing; he beat the prices I had at other places, so I decided to buy those items there. I was told the delivery would be on 6/12; however, I got a call saying I would be getting a delivery on 6/11. I told the caller from the service center that it was supposed to be on the 12th. He stated that I will have one on the 11th and on the 12th. The delivery on the 11th came on time, no issues; however, I waited in an empty house with a three-year-old for 6 hours. I called and was told my items will not be in until August. I went back to the store to switch out those items. I should have canceled, as my husband suggested, but I insisted. The delivery arrived on the 13th but was not fully assembled because some items were missing. The delivery driver said he would come back and put my bed together the next day; however, that did not happen, and when I called him, he said I had to call the store. So again I went to the store and spoke to Ray, the manager, who blamed the sales team, which had nothing to do with it. I spoke to Vi,c who stated that he was in charge, which was not true because the owner came over to fix the issues. He had his son Sammie come and make sure that my items were set up correctly. Abdual, the owner, Kenny, the sales team, and his son Sammi were amazing. I decided to cancel the remaining items that were again scheduled for a ridiculous date, pushed back by 3 more weeks. I decided to go to the Capitol Heights, MD, location, which is where I should have gone in the first place. The service was amazing, and I appreciated the honesty when the team explained and expressed the delivery process. If you want to get furnished from Regency, please go to the Capitol Heights location. It will save you money, time, and a headache.

They never called me when the item was ready for delivery. It seemed odd that I always called on the same day they were going to call me to schedule delivery. Other furniture stores (Haverty's) was able to deliver much quicker.

    We were initially impressed with the style and comfort of our new sofa, however, the workmanship is…read moredefinitely not what it used to be! In less than 18 months of owning our new furniture, the seam on one of our sofa cushions is pulling apart. I contacted our local store and sent pictures. She indicated that it looked like a manufacturing defect and forwarded our concerns to customer service/corporate office. She indicated we should be contacted by the company in the next few days. When we did not receive a return call in over a week, I reached back out to the store for the customer service numbers so I could contact them myself. After several phone calls, emails, and text conversations with customer service, they have "looked" at the pictures and determined the seam separation is "normal wear and tear". It also falls outside of the 12-month fabric warranty on the sofa. The rest of the furniture, outside of this seam, looks brand new. We have made multiple attempts to have the seam repair covered by providing photos and information. Each person who reviews our claim provides a different explanation of the cause of the damage ("defective seam", "visible, broken piping", and "heavy use"). They make any excuse possible to not cover a poorly sewn seat cover. Save yourself the headache and consider other options! The quality of La-Z-Boy is not the same as it was a decade or two ago!
