My wife and I had a great time visiting this Ashley store looking for some dresser. My wife is interested in a chest dresser so we were trying to look for that for our newborn soon. Javier was the worker who greeted us when we walked inside and give us some recommendations. We saw a dresser we like and Javier looked on the computer to make sure they had it in stock. We also looked at some sofa for our living room and saw some that we like. We will be sure to come back again once we make our decision. They have different finance options you can choose from to help. We're not planning on using that but it's good to know they have it.

DO NOT DO IT!!!! Idc how good the price is or how enticed you are Ashley furniture is a joke of a company. I spent 5400 on this furniture set and it came infested with powder post beetles I spent another 800 on the furniture protection plan which is refusing to replace the furniture. They are eating through the furniture and infesting my home and no one will do anything about it!!!! Absolutely ridiculous

I purchased a lot of furniture from Ashley. I purchased the highest end items they had. I added the furniture protection plan since they said that would protect it. The furniture all fell apart. Every claim I had under the furniture protection plan was denied. Everything. The side rails falling off. The paint discoloring. The structural support cracking. The pillars wobbling. These were all things that they said they protected. I paid extra for this. If you want cheap furniture that will last maybe a year, go here. Or, spend a little bit more money and go get quality furniture from somewhere else.

It's true... you never know what you're going to get with Ashley's service. They WILL tell you one thing, but then the reality is something completely different. I have been an Ashley's customer for a number of years, and even with all their bait and switch, unfulfilled promises, etc. etc., I keep coming back. I suppose I would be considered a glutton for punishment, but let's see what happens with our very recent purchase. We just bought a brand new matching sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair, as well as a swivel rocking chair of different fabric. We gave up on our previous Ashley's sofa and loveseat because the seat cushions were so disgustingly saggy, and I couldn't take it any longer. The terms of that old warranty NEVER were honored (back when the cushions were first sagging - after only 3 years... and still within the warranty period). I don't remember what their excuse was, but we didn't get our claim approved; that's all I do recall. Fast forward to now, and we decided to try again. Is that stupid? Who knows... jury will be out for a few years on that since this is brand new. That said, I also had a lonnnnnnnnnnng talk with several different Ashley employees, none of whom know each other. I asked similar questions of each person... to the tune of how do I know THESE newer cushions are better quality? Just because they say they are doesn't ensure anything. Just words being tossed around. Also, how do I know that THIS time, the warranty IS being honored because of A, B, and C ? Again, just words. I suppose, for the sake of argument, I will hope that the information I've been given is correct, and that my new purchases will (A) last longer and (B) allow for replacements due to a purchased warranty, if necessary. We shall see. Sure, right now, in their brand new status, our furniture is perfection... and yes, I have to say, the cushions feel much more solid and firm, which is how I wanted them to be. That cushy, plush, sinking feeling has its place, but I need these to last, so I wanted firm... and these are still incredibly comfortable. The interesting and somewhat alarming aspect of this journey was dealing with some of the in-store sales people. The young woman who mostly assisted us was definitely not on her game. She put HER name on our order as the customer name... not the sales associate name..... but as the customer, and naturally, she didn't catch it. I did. It then caused a flurry of other issues, mostly revolving around the date of delivery, and once again, she messed that up, as well. She was trying to be helpful, but ended up complicating matters more. Thank goodness, two different manager types helped us and actually fixed our order, and they even fought to get us an earlier delivery date... something that I don't think the other one could've or would've accomplished. (Even when she called to tell us a date, she clearly wasn't looking at a calendar because she got that wrong, too. She clearly did not pay attention to anything she did or said. NOT instilling confidence.) I appreciate that people can have a bad day, but this one employee continued to make rather glaring mistakes, and while there were others watching over her and helped us in the end, I'm not sure it's a good idea for her to be doing that line of work. It requires focus and tenacity, neither of which did she appear to have. We got our order because of others looking out for us, and as my husband and I now get to enjoy our purchases for hopefully years to come, it won't be due to her. Let's hope that when/if we need to invoke the warranty, we won't get the runaround. Stay tuned for that one...

Willy Wonka, as he introduced himself, had the best customer service--he was polite, not pushy. And he was honest in answering our questions about price, delivery, and disposal of old furniture. When you see this store from the outside and even as you walk in, you'd think it cannot possibly compete with larger stores like Living Spaces or Ashley...BUT boy, are you in for a surprise! The furniture I purchased here had a label that is from Ashley Direct. And I'm pretty sure that Ashley Furniture would have charged me at least two times more than what I paid at Furniture Corner. They delivered on the same day, everything is new and unwrapped in front of you. The delivery crew in 2022 and 2026 were the same men. Really nice people. They were so kind and just overall, happy to help. Furniture Corner is a family-owned business that is ran by honest merchants. It is such a great asset to the Reseda / Northridge community. Wishing them many more years of successful business! Thank you for being a morally-upright business in this sometimes crazy world. I hope you continue to provide high-quality furniture at reasonable prices.

Willie was phenomenal he was very patient and helpful. Parking is easy to locate in front of the store. Great place to purchase economical furniture with quality and great deals.
