EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I spoke with Kimberly F and was also assisted by her boss Eric on purchase of the Possini Euro Raymond Adjustable Boom Arc Floor Lamp. Kimberly also advised me on which color I should get based on other colors in my living room.

We ended up buying a full tempur-pedic mattress and adjustable base set up, as well as two pillows and a protector. The store is new, clean, well lit, and had a great layout. Ilyas, the manager, greeted us and was so friendly and knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He walked us through the process on their system to help determine what would be the best fit based on sleep style/needs and then we started testing the ones it recommended. The options range from simple spring mattresses to over $10k+ set up so there's something for everyone. We tried a lot of the mattresses out just to compare and the pillows as well. The first one he recommended was the one we went with - the zero gravity on tempur-pedic is what sold me on it and I knew that was the one. I recommend coming here if you are thinking of getting a new mattress or pillow, their pillow options are also amazing. I did not know that coconut scented pillows are a thing (not for me). Thanks Ilyas for such a personalized and seamless experience! The scheduled delivery was on time and the staff were efficient and clean. They are located next to Sketchers and there's ample parking in front of the store.

We drove to the RH Thousand Oaks store hoping to see a couple of pieces that looked like they would be a good fit from the photos posted online. On walking in we were greeted by Anna, a design consultant. She was extremely helpful in showing us the pieces that we had identified online. However, after we showed her a photograph of the room we will put it in, she came up with a couple of suggestions that were even better than the pieces we had come in to see. Yes, the furniture at restoration Hardware is on the pricey side. But the design and the quality of the pieces appear to be worth it.

He never rushed us or pressured us into making a purchase, which made the entire shopping experience so comfortable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question we had. We were so impressed that we had already left him a glowing Google review before our mattress was even delivered. Unfortunately, when our mattress arrived, my husband noticed it had a defect. We contacted Ramin, and once again he exceeded our expectations. He was understanding, genuinely apologetic, and immediately took the initiative to have a replacement sent out. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding. When our replacement mattress arrived, we had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Joey. They were absolutely fantastic! I'm someone who likes to jump in and help, but they kindly insisted that I relax while they took care of everything. They worked efficiently, were extremely respectful of our home, and made the entire process stress-free. What truly impressed me was that they noticed another item we had purchased--our bed frame with built-in lights--hadn't been assembled correctly by another company. They took it upon themselves to figure it out, realized nothing was broken, and completed the installation for us. Richard & Joey went completely above and beyond what was expected, and I was incredibly grateful. We often take the time to write reviews when something goes wrong, but it's just as important to recognize people who genuinely care about their customers. Richard and Joey didn't just light up our bedroom with our new bed--they truly brightened our day with their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Their positive attitudes and exceptional work ethic left a lasting impression. Thank you, Ramin, Richard, and Joey, for providing customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find. Your kindness, integrity, and dedication did not go unnoticed.
