EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spoke with Kimberly F and was also assisted by her boss Eric on purchase of the Possini Euro Raymond Adjustable Boom Arc Floor Lamp. I was worried it wouldn't fit, and they patiently went over the specifications of it and reminded me that I needed to make the purchase by late July to take advantage of the sale being offered. Kimberly also advised me on which color I should get based on other colors in my living room. read more

I bought some lights for a block being built in my front yard. The wall took a while to be built and by the time I pulled them out to be installed 3 months later we found a couple pieces of glass had been broken on delivery. Robert, the manager, found the light was no longer in stock and it would be a couple months wait. But he searched and left no rock unturned and found me a couple pieces of glass off another unit. Truly appreciate it! read more

After assembling the 360 Lighting Perseus Chrome LED Torchiere Floor Lamp with Reading Light, I noticed that the top base wasn't level and the base was a bit wobbly. I spoke with Lori S on the 800 number and after reviewing the entire assembly process, including the order of assembly, she offered three reasonable and acceptable options to resolve the issue. I want to express my gratitude to Lamps Plus for their commitment to their products and to Lori S for her excellent assistance. read more

Ordered light fixture in early October for one of our clients. Was told it would ship mid October. Didn't hear anything from them until I called to inquire about the light not arriving, they claimed I should've got an email but admitted they were updating their systems. Was promised it would ship by Oct 27th and then on Oct 27th got email it would ship Nov 1st. Nov 1st came and got another email it would ship Nov 11th, our client told me to cancel the order and we will no longer recommend Lamps Plus to any of our clients. read more

I ordered two Palm Sisal wall mirrors on 5/22 and they authorized my money away from my account and the count down was on. Nothing, no processing of an order. So today on June 1st I call to cancel if it hasn't shipped as the authorization dropped off and they ran it again, keeping my money away from me but not charging or shipping the item. The order clerk said she wanted to call the vendor to see the status. She left me on hold for over 10 minutes, came back on, apologized, and told me they never picked up. I said "I want to cancel" to where she replied that she will put in a request for the vendor to cancel. Are you running a business or are you just a third party skimming off the top and taking zero responsibility to your customers. I will never do business with these charlatans again. Now I am awaiting the vendors approval to cancel and release my funds which is entirely unacceptable. Be warned, this is just a middle man with no responsibility to people who order off their website. Disgusting! read more

I was interested in a floor lamp and it's not a purchase one makes often. I had shopped at Lamps Plus in Chatsworth over the years and was always impressed with their store. I went to the website, found a lamp I liked and was going to pick it up and they didn't have it in stock but could ship to me. But I wanted to speak to a human being. My online inquiry was returned via text (my choice) by sales associate Michelle Pan. Her initial text was friendly and informative and we made a time to speak on the phone to finalize the order as it gives the "store" credit for the sale, which I fully support. She contacted me at a mutually agreeable time, made the transaction happen smoothly and efficiently and I should receive my new lamp in the next few days or sooner. I am writing this not about the lamp but Michelle's excellent customer service. Rarer and rarer these days, Michelle epitomized all Customer Service should be: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in making the transaction complete. It was a pleasure to do business with her. read more

Swindled! The sales person emphasized the two large additional free pillows that came with the sofa. The pillows took up the entire back and when I tested the sofa, masked the creaky sound that echoes through every time someone sits down. Very disappointing and their policy doesn't allow for returns or exchanges. I should have known something was up, but unfortunately, I fell for it. I agree with some of the other posts, customer service is not only poor, but in my case, lacks integrity. read more

I just had the greatest experience at Lamps Plus. I was greeted by the kindest, most knowledgeable sales person, Pramod Kapoor. He helped me find the best price on what I was looking for and navigate different brands based on his years of experience. What a lovely man! Pramod....the island pendants are PERFECT! They also arrived quickly as promised. I suggest you go to Lamps Plus and ask for PRAMOD!! The best!! read more

Wow, had not been here in awhile. This is our family store where my mom and pop and us all shop at when we are in the Granada Hills area. Well, my mom and dad live in Granada Hills. I live in Fountain Valley, and my closer location of Lamps Plus is Laguna Hills. I bought my mom and pop a lamp here as a Christmas present this past Christmas, and they love them. They have so many different lamps and non lamps to purchase here for your home, office, or anywhere you need to put one up. Lots of parking in the front, except, do not get caught parking in other business zones. They are in a heavy shopping business area, just minutes away from the Northridge Mall. Service is good here. I love how the employees greet you at the door, and ask if you need help. Love Lamps Plus. read more

Michelle Tan assisted me on my visit to find the perfect outdoor lamps and bulbs for my home and was wonderful! This is the place to go for seeing and feeling quality light fixtures for interior and exterior. Nothing here is cheap flimsy stuff, and even if you price shop the same products are the same price on Amazon because they are also selling there. It is way more fun to visit and get extra advice in person! I ended up buying some gorgeous pillows too. It's just a great store with tons of eye candy. read more

I am writing this for Lamps Plus online. However, I spoke to Shirley who was in the Valley. The overhead light I chose was stunning. It matches the decor of a cabin in Nevada. I was frustrated because I needed it shipped to an address that is not my billing address. Anyway, Shirley was patient, thoughtful, considerate, helpful and just a great representative of Lamps Plus. I have other lighting fixtures from Lamps Plus, and they are all beautiful. The price is good and the quality is even better. When you add employees like Shirley, then you have the ultimate shopping experience. read more

On Friday May/19/2023, i visited lamp plus in Chatsworth regarding my vanety light that was flickering. When i was there i was welcomed by Michele Tan. I explained her the problem. She looked into it and told me it was passed one year warranty by less than month. However, she spoke to the store manager and told me that she can replace it for me. She was very professional and welcoming. Thank you Michelle Tan read more

My husband and I went to Lamps Plus in Chatsworth to look for three fans. Behzad was very helpful in showing us the features of each brand and explaining the CFM number. We ended up purchasing all three fans and they arrived in less than a week. We could not be happier with our fabulous (and quiet!) new fans and the awesome service we received. Everyone was courteous and Behzad in particular was patient and knowledgable. We also purchased an open box outdoor light from the clearance section, which is well worth checking out. Very happy with experience at the store and the high quality fans we purchased. read more

Poor selection at the store; the majority of lighting products are their own brands and appear to be cheap quality compared to other sources for lighting such as Home Depot, Lowes or IKEA. I made a few small purchases and now cannot get them to stop mailing me mailbox-clogging thick catalogs EVERY MONTH. Have asked to be removed from their list several times to no avail, the catalogs keep coming. read more

Great selection of lamps and fans, we bought all of our exterior sconces and ceiling fans here. We were having a hard time finding an attractive fan without a light, and they had the most choices in town. What's really amazing - our beloved fan stopped working after four years of constant use and Pramod was able to diagnose it over the phone and provide an in-stock replacement part same day. It was easy for me to replace it and all is well. Great products, great people. read more

What a great place that's been under my nose all these years! I've ordered items and had them shipped for the past several years but never actually went into this store until yesterday. Michelle was great help and gave me and my guy the best service. They also had a sidewalk sale in their parking lot and we got a fire pit for $55! We walked to the back of the store to their "outlet" and there were so many great items (lamps, clocks, assorted decor) with really low prices. I got a lamp that you wold easily pay $150 for only $30! And it was in excellent condition. We ended up buying more than what we had come for but, to top it all off, they loaded our car for us, too. Excellent service and great merchandise. The selection is remarkable. What a gem in Chatsworth! read more

We just purchased a new chandelier from the Chatsworth store and had the pleasure of working with Lighting Consultant Richard Peters who was exceptionally helpful in our selection. We look forward to working with Richard during our next visit. We also made the decision to use the LampsPlus Installation Department to hang the chandelier in our 20 ft high entry hall. We were extremely happy with the expertise and hard work of the 2 person install team led by Razmik Zohrabyan. Razmik was well organized and prepared for the job, and we were impressed by his checking and rechecking of the installation to ensure everything was done perfectly. We could not be happier with the assistance we received from Richard, and the high-quality service provided by Razmik and his co-worker from the LampsPlus Installation Department. read more

This was the MOST AMAZING retail visit I've had in a VERY LONG time! First of all, the people at the door were very friendly and helped with all my lamps that I was returning. They promptly loaded everything onto a flatbed and brought it into the store and made the whole process so easy! The next part that was so amazing was PRAMOD KAPOOR! What a sweetheart! You could just tell he loves his job! He was super patient and kind! He even used the lamps that we eventually picked out and put it into a 3-D model design showing me how it would look in my new space! I mean... he was going ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Lamp Plus's Sales customer service are professional and kind. They know their products are willing to help you through the purchase process. I visited the store twice lately. I always purchase at least an item since they have a variaty of products to choose from such as fans, lamps, mirrors, furniture and many other items at a reasonable price for inside and outside of your home. My last purchases were three lamps for my desk work area and a fan. I asked Lamp Plus Manager to have the fan install and he informed me that I would be received an extra year of warranty by having it install by Lamp Plus installers. In addition, Evelyn, the Lamp Plus installation dispacher was very helfull in getting me an appointment for my fan installation. The installation of my new fan went great and it looks beautiful. The installers Vano and Robert were very professional, provided me with their arrival time, they arrived on time for the appointment, they were very cautious in my home by wearing masks and booties. Their work was clean and with an excellent professional installation work. Attached are the fan pictures. Thank you. read more

When we lived in Simi Valley, CA this is the first place we would look for our lighting needs. The showroom is very large with several options. It also has some furniture. In the back is a room full of sale items. We were looking for a replacement for our glass lamp shade. We were greeted by Maria Mendoza. She was so helpful! She spent quite a long time with us answering questions and checking stock. We ended up buying a LED lamp with a USB plug and a clock. Michelle and Behzad have been awesome each time I've visited the showroom. I learned from Michele that even if a lighting fixture is not on their website, most likely they can order it.
