Came in today "just looking" and came out with an ottoman that was 50% off. Such a good deal. This is a good place to find accent furniture and wall decor. They also have other items such as Christmas trees, yard decorations, patio sets, rugs and even ornaments. read more

On a quest to find my mother a nice accent chair so she could relax comfortably my sister and I found several furniture stores on the west side of the SFV. We come across GDFStudio Outlet. This place is more of a warehouse that has many various styles of furniture. For the most case and what I have seen the day that I visited were a lot of one offs, but did see some sets. I did speak with a representative there and was told inventory comes and goes. Prices seemed to be reasonable but I am pretty sure that fluctuates with the different types of stock that arrives. I feel this is the type of shop where if you like something, you should go and grab it sooner than later. Parking: small private lot VERDICT: One and done read more

Jonathan was great. He was patient and helpful as we tried to match pieces and make a decision. Great prices. Worth the few trips to find all the matching pieces of chairs, tables, sofa set and what we wanted. Thank you! read more

This place is amazing! The prices are super competitive, and the selection is great. I bought 2 dining chairs, and was told that I'd be contacted when 2 more came in. The owner did just that, and now I have a complete set for hundreds less than I'd pay anywhere else. read more

Amazing furniture and customer service! Emma, is the kindest and gives exceptional customer service. Great furniture at a great price. I highly recommend! read more

This place is pretty big with a lot of selections for indoor and outdoor. I think it's great to place to find a good accent chairs, tables or pieces but not a great place to find larger patio sets. This place is great when you're looking to a spot with decorative accents in the house but not for full sets.. but that's just me. read more

I bought beautiful barstools on my first visit here. Gorgeous and at an AMAZING price. The customer service was excellent. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

I really love a good outlet store and this is a GOOD outlet store..... you know the kind where you find something that you can't help Bragg about how much you paid for it? I was particularly looking for outdoor furniture and GDFS did not disappoint. I bought 2 chairs and 2 bar stools. I would have bought more items but you have to be able to take whatever you buy. Thankfully my girlfriend stuffed her car with the bar stools and followed me home. I plan on going back soon with a truck!!!!! read more

My old patio chaise loungers saw their last days after a long hot Los Angeles summer...and I needed new ones! I searched around for discount outdoor furniture and found GDF Studio Outlet! They had an amazing selection of new patio furniture, umbrellas and furniture pieces for the home. I found exactly what I was looking for...and more for way less! No, really! So check it out and you can thank me later! Okay seriously thank GDF Studio Outlet! LOL!!! P.S. They have a delivery service too read more

I bought the beige set less than a year ago and now, one of the chairs' gold trim is fading off. The armrest section of one of the chairs is showing discoloration to the point where you can see the silver/metal color.  I reached out to Support, and the only answer I got was, "we can't assist with this request as it is not under warranty". Not even a "how can we make this better, or giving the option to buy that section only". I was not looking to replace both chairs nor return them. I was even willing to buy the gold section if it was offered or sold to replace the defective chair. The discoloration is only happening to one of the chairs. We only use them as decorative side sitting, not everyday sitting, so clearly defective. read more

David was incredibly helpful with our purchase. I highly recommend this place if you need outdoor furniture. My husband and I love coming here to see their huge collection of beautiful things. A lot less of a mess than the guys across the street. Five Stars read more

We ordered outdoor bar stools which were described for outdoor use on the website. When we opened the package there was a note inside that the bar stools would rust when outdoors in the rain and may cause rust stainings. We therefore wanted to return but the company was first not responsive and now wants us to pay for shipping more than 60 USD! Very misleading company and unfriendly and awful customer service. Stay away! read more

I bought a fire pit 14 months ago for a second home. It was used less than 20 times and the knob doesn't work anymore. It should last more than one summer. It appears their products are junk and are not worth a penny. Save yourself hassle/frustration and take your business elsewhere. They do not stand by their products and their products are junk. Buyer beware of this company. read more

The only reason I don't rate this business 1 star is because the staff was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for a chair. The reason I rate this establishment so low is because of the quality of the furniture they sell. Their website states they specialize in high quality pieces but that is not the case. When I was shopping, I found a chair I really liked but was a bit wobbly at the legs. An associate told me it probably just required some screw tightening and offered a discount on the chair. I bought it an attempted to stabilize by tightening the screws. It did nothing. After 3 days of use, the chair is even more unstable. It's even begun to crack! They have a no return/ no refund policy. Now I'm stuck with a broken $100 chair. I'm going to Lowe's to see if i can buy some surface mount corner brackets to stabilize. I will not be going back. read more

They didn't have the color of the chair we wanted, but they only carry the outlet stuff. Very nice furniture though. We'll be back.

I have purchased numerous items at this outlet store over the last year. They have amazing deals, one of a kind accent pieces and unique decor up to 80% off the retail price. The staff and manager helped me out. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. I not only got a great deal but I felt like I was taken care of. The guys showed me some new pieces they just got in like TV stands, and hooked me up 20% off for the Big Game on Sunday. I will definitely come back to shop again. read more

Love this place! They have such a variety of furniture items at such a lower price. I have gotten a few items here and they are all amazing quality. It is quite organized in there so it is easy to spot what you are looking for. I really like that they have different things every time I go. Definitely check this place out for any furniture or accessories you might need! read more

Outdoor metal floral benches have been breaking but they will not sell me new legs for them. Scrollwork is way too thin on top of outside to hold 2 small normal people. Couple people got cut falling on sharp leg edges. I guess we are to throw out 5 benches at $200 each. It's not like I expected for free. Lame excuse that computer can't identify legs to charge. They should send 20 legs @ $20.00 & bypass computer. They are 5 star beautiful and otherwise held up. read more

I was in the market for patio furniture with a fire table and spent a few hours looking for a good quality set at a great price - came across GDF outlets website. The price was several hundred dollars less the big box and online retailers and thought to myself this has to be too good to be true but took a gamble as a first time customer and it paid off. This company is legit - my set arrived within 5 days of placing the order in perfect condition. I highly recommend GDF outlet based on my experience. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT A PURCHASE!!! Customer Service is non existent. I purchased several pieces and immediately realized I didn't need the cushion. I tried to call, email, FB Chat with NO RESPONSE. Everything shipped and have not been able to return. FORGET ABOUT a 90 day return policy. WORST non-existent customer service. I have never experienced an online shopping experience so awful. read more

I'm not sure if this is the same affiliate of GDF Studio but full disclosure, this review is for online shopping from gdfstudio.com I bought a beautiful patio furniture set for a great price. The reviews at the time had me alittle skeptical but everything went smooth. The only "issue" I had was with the shipping company, NHHF or NH Furnishing (the website was different than the company name that was given). Although GDF notified me of the shipment, the shipping company (small business presumably) did not. About 3 days after the initial "ordered has shipped" email was sent, the tracking was never updated and all of the sudden I received a call saying the delivery man was outside. Luckily I was home at the time but I could have very well not been as I did not anticipate the delivery. Anyway the furniture arrived in one piece and we are very happy. I would order from this company again but hopefully the shipping process is improved next time. read more

This place is amazing!!! They've got so many gems for great prices. The associates and manager here are very personable and kind! They helped me find two chairs and a bench that were actually showroom pieces and ended up at the outlet because GDFStudio (the main store) can't sell products without it being in boxes. We got a steal!! Kiara, the manager, helped us find some great items for the balcony and room. Doesn't matter if you're balling in a budget or just balling in general, this is the place to go for your furniture! read more

We purchased a patio set from Target from the manufacturer GDF Studio. The day after we put the furniture together, it rained and I couldn't get outside to grab the cushions because of baby issues inside the house. When the rain let up, I went outside and saw the cushions had some pretty good water spots and dirt. After attempting to scrub off the damage with Dawn soap and a scrubbie to no avail, I unzipped the covers from the cushions and washed them. Bad call. When they came out of the wash, they wouldn't fit dollhouse furniture. I called Target and they diverted me to GDF Studio customer service. I literally told them my problem and they shipped out new cushions within 2 HOURS of me contacting them. I received the new cushions today and I am super pleased with this company. My 5 star rating is based on their customer service and actual patio furniture frame. The cushions/covers are not very high quality and I will have to remove them every evening before going inside. I got a great deal on the furniture, however, and have no qualms about the purchase. Will buy from this company again. read more

Love the staff, so very helpful. I've found some great pieces to put up in my house and outside. I try to go every few weeks when they get new shipments. They told me Tuesday and Thursday is when they get the new items and it takes a few days to build and set them up for display. Great place. Great prices. read more

I bought a total of six stools from these guys through houzz.com. Three months later, the faux leather started coming off bubbling up on the two stools so I contacted houzz.com but they basically told me that the stools come with one month warranty and urged me to contact the seller directly. So I tried calling GDF Studio a few times but they wouldn't pick up. I ended up leaving them a detailed voicemail a couple of weeks ago but they have yet to return my call. They don't seem too eager to stand behind their products. EDIT as of 6/18/2018: Customer service reached out to me and they sent me two new stools in order to address the situation. I'm still puzzled by how long it took them but I'm thankful for what they did. Adding two stars. read more

I will never shop here again I'm going to do all my shopping on Amazon from now on because I was looking for a love seat and there where no employees to be found and I asked one gentleman named Jonathan and he said he'd be right with me and he just left never came out. Like I got the vibe he didn't want to help me to begin with but I'm just very indecisive and I needed guidance in that furniture store and I saw no employees other than one girl who was already helping a couple of people but the man that ignored me I didn't see him helping anyone else. I left very disappointed and I ended up finding a love seat on Amazon anyways! read more

All I have to say is don't spend your money there.very abrasive with the customers .rude employees.definitely not a good place to shop

We bought a 4-chair bistro set from Target online, but 2 of the chairs had defective feet (most likely from packaging/shipping). When we contacted Target, they were very pleasant, but wanted us to ship back the chairs first before sending replacements. We contacted Noble House Home, the company which actually supplied the set. We received an immediate response from Genesis, the Customer Service Rep, who found our purchase record, checked the warehouse, determined that they had replacements, and then sent us a tracking number for the replacement chairs. For free, since they were on warranty. We couldn't be happier with this service. Thinking of going online to their site to look at more stuff. read more

I wanted to check out this store, but they're closed since the quarantine order. I went online to find those cool egg chairs for my patio that are so ridiculously expensive everywhere. I couldn't believe this company was selling it for so much cheaper, even with shipping. I thought it was a scam/fake site, so after doing more research, decided to order it through their site. Arrived in 2 DAYS!!! Couldn't believe it. Customer service is incredible, responds quickly, and extremely helpful. I will definitely buy more stuff from them! read more

I found this place in October 2017 because I was nearby and they had a few signs out on the street. You have to go around to the "loading" area at the back of the building to find them, and they are only open on weekends, but I've found AMAZING deals there. We went 4 times between October and Thanksgiving. I've bought 6 dining chairs, two stools, an entry table, and two luxurious throw blankets. Everything was floor model finds except the dining chairs - Brandon ordered those for us. We saved 50% or more off regular retail. Highly recommend! read more
